중국 중소기업들은 기업 경영에서 아웃소싱을 광범위하게 활용하고 있다. 이에 따라 아웃소싱을 위한 정보 수집 및 활용 역량은 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 매우 중요한 역량으로 작용할 수 있다. 특히, 글로벌 시장에서 이러한 정보 역량은 기업의 수출 경쟁력을 제고하고, 지속가능한 성과 향상의 핵심 역량으로 작용할 수 있디. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국 중소기업의 이러한 아웃소싱 전략을 개방형 혁신 전략의 프레임워크에서 논의하고, 중국 중소기업의 정보수집 및 활용 능력이 기업들이 추진하는 제품 차별화나 원가우위 전략에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 또한, 이러한 정보 역량들이 궁극적으로 기업의 최종적인 성과로서 수출성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 통해 중국 중소기업 345개사의 응답을 확보하였고, 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 중국 중소기업들의 정보수집 및 활용 역량은 각각 제품차별화 전략과 원가우위전략의 실행에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이를 통해 최종적으로 기업의 수출성과 역시 향상되는 것을 규명하였다.

연구결과는 학술적인 논문, 기술의 기반이 되는 특허, 기술이 체화된 상품 등 다양한 방법으로 도출되고 있다. 현재까지 연구 성과를 측정하는데 있어서 수치로 표시되는 정량적인 평가는 용이하게 활용하고 있다. 하지만 질적인 우수성을 평가하기 위한 정성적인 방법은 많은 연구를 필요로 한다. 각기 다른 목적이나 용도로 만들어진 평가지표나 방법론이 적절하게 적용하여 평가지표로 적용되어 지기는 힘든 상황이다. 특히 연구자나 기관 등의 평가 시 연구논문을 활용한 계량정보기법을 근간으로 하는 다양한 방법이 많은 연구자들을 통해 제시되고 있다. 또한 학술적인 논문뿐아니라 산업으로 대표되는 특허의 평가시도 유사한 방법을 활용하고 있다. 문헌의 경우는 SCI DB를 활용하여 정성적인 부분을 대체하고 있다. 하지만 산업으로 대표되는 특허의 정성 평가는 많이 활용하지 못하고 있다. 이에 특히 문헌 및 특허의 인용정보를 대상으로 최근 제안되고 있는 연구 성과 지표인 h-지수 등을 활용하여 사례를 분석하여 보고자 한다.

In this paper, we propose antecedent factors that influence the Information Literacy Competency of female farmers using smart devices. The study was analyzed using the materials from the "Primary Survey of Information Literacy Competency Measurement Index for Female Farmers" by the Rural Development Administration. The target of the survey was 200 women working on the farms. The descriptive, correlation, and multiple regression analyses, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS 21.0 program were performed. Study results found that among the psychological factors, Self-efficacy and Innovativeness have positive effects on Information Literacy Competency. Among the Sociodemographic factors, the education level, presence of smartpads, and tiem spent on smartphones have positive effects on Information Literacy Competency. Findings of the results contributed to the understanding of the Information Literacy Competency for female farmers, who have lack of infromarion on smrt devices, and suggested the direction of enhancing the level of Information Literacy Competency for female farmers.

모바일, 클라우드, BYOD 등 새로운 IT 환경으로의 변화로 인해 기존의 정보보호 접근방법의 효과성에 대해 의문이 대두되고 있다. 침입차단시스템, 안티 바이러스 등 알려진 침입패턴에 근거한 기술적 대책 중심의 접근방법으로는 복잡하고 지능화되어가는 최근의 공격에 효과적으로 대응하기에는 태생적 한계를 가지고 있다. 또한 가중되는 보안대책으로 인해 창의적인 업무 수행을 방해하고 사용자의 자율성을 감소시키는 부작용도 초래하고 있다. 따라서 새로운 환경변화에 효과적으로 대처하고 지속가능한 정보보호관리 프로그램을 수립하기 위해서는 새로운 패러다임의 도입이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 가트너에서 제시한 일련의 혁신적인 정보보호 접근방법을 소개함으로써 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고 이에 기반한 새로운 정보보호관리 프로그램 구성요소와 이의 구현을 위한 로드맵을 제시한다.

This research aims at investigating what the determinant factors for the use of web based logistic are and if it enhances the cost reduction and consumer satisfaction for Korean medium sized exporting firms. Furthermore I investigate if there are the interaction effects between the web based logistics and its determining factors on cost reduction and consumer satisfaction. The empirical results show that CEO' s innovativeness, exporting region, exporting share play significant roles in using the web based logistics. Moreover, the web based logistics improve the cost reduction and consumer's satisfaction. The result of two-way variance analysis indicates that there are the interaction effects between CEO's innovativeness, firm size, the activeness of information use and use of the web based logistics on the logistics performances.

본 고에서는 스마트폰, 스마트TV를 비롯한 통신서비스의 컨버전스 양상과 여타 과학기술과 IT의 융합현상으로 인한 새로운 산업의 등장 등, 가속적인 ICT의 진화로 말미암아 점차로 불거지고 있는 망 중립성에 대한 논의와 관련하여, 진화하고 있는 ICT 환경에서 그 동안 정보통신서비스의 혁신적 발전을 견인해왔던 기존의 망 중립성에 대한 개념에 대한 새로운 시각들을 살펴보고, 향후 소비자들의 망 접근성을 보장할 수 있고, 정보통신서비스는 물론 산업 전반이 지속적으로 성장하기 위한 망 사용에 대한 새로운 원칙의 수립에 대한 고려사항에 대해 알아본다.

최근 비즈니스 프로세스가 주목을 받으며 기업에서는 비즈니스 프로세스의 개선을 중요하게 생각하기 시작했다. 기업은 비즈니스 프로세스를 개선하기 위해 BPR(Business Process Re-engineering)등의 혁신 프로그램을 도입했지만 그 효과나 성공률이 상당히 미흡했다. 성공적인 프로세스의 혁신을 위해서는 프로세스 모델의 개편과 함께 자원 및 자원의 관리 방식의 개편도 필수적이다. 그렇지만 지금까지의 프로세스 혁신은 프로세스 모델 중심으로만 이루어졌으며 자원 및 자원의 관리 방식의 개편에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 최근 실제 발생한 비즈니스 프로세스 인스턴스를 기록한 프로세스 로그를 기반으로 효율적인 자원할당 및 통제방안에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사회 연결망을 응용하여 각 자원간의 연결을 고려하여 비즈니스 프로세스의 업무에 적합한 자원을 판단할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

This paper investigates how small-medium firms deploy organizational culture, job stability and environmental uncertainty for technological innovation(product and process innovation). This paper suggests that organizational culture has significant effects on technological innovation, that job stability and environmental uncertainty moderate relationship between organizational culture and technological innovation. To test the hypotheses, data were collected from small-medium firms. The survey data of 258 firms were collected and integrated as the empirical base for testing the hypotheses. Major results are as follows: Firstly, when organizational culture as well as control variables are considered, organizational culture had significant and positive effects on product innovation. This result implies that organizational culture is an important means by which small-medium firms can promote innovation. Secondly, the interaction between organizational culture and job stability had a positive and significant effects on product innovation. Thirdly, the interaction between organizational culture and environmental uncertainty had a positive and significant effects on product innovation and process innovation. This paper suggests implications and several future researches need to overcome the limitations of this paper.
