  • 유역 특히 상습침수지구의 통합관리는 유역이라는 한정된 범위 내에서 물에 영향을 미치거나 물에 의하여 영향을 받는 모든 인간 활동과 자연현상을 통합적으로 고려하는 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 유역관리는 유역 차원에서 물을 경제적이고 공평하게 관리하고 분배하여 수자원에 대한 장기적이고 지속가능한 해결방안을 마련하는 것이다. 여기에는 정부, 시민사회 및 기업 행위자가 사회경제적 개발목표와 정책형성, 집행계획을 수립하는 것으로부터 시작된다. 유역관리를 위한 의사결정들은 행위자들과의 영향으로 수정되며, 이런 과정에서 토지와 수자원에서 분쟁이 발생하며, 수자원 관리자는 자연현상, 물 사용, 재정적, 인적자원 및 외부적인 요인으로 인해 목적을 달성하는데 부합하지 않을 수도 있다. 효과적인 유역관리를 위해서는 제약조건하에서 수자원 관리자가 의사결정에 정보를 주고 주요 행위자들과 협력을 통해서 이루어 질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 유역관리를 위한 의사결정을 행위자기반모형(Agent based Model, ABM)으로 이해하고자 하며, ABM은 유역관리의 이해당사자간의 정책과정을 도출하고 다양한 유역관리 대안을 평가하고 유역관리의 영향을 설명하는 모델이다. 본 모형은 관측자료를 통해 상향식 접근법으로 가능한 많은 세부사항을 모의할 수 있다. 분석과정은 자료의 수집, 모델 확립, 모델의 개발, 통계자료 수집 및 모델의 결과와 실제 시스템의 보충된 관측자료를 비교하는 검증 순으로 진행되며, 본 모델에서의 행위자는 과거의 행동으로부터 주위 환경의 반응하는 패턴을 확인하고 개발하며, 이러한 패턴은 정책들을 구별하기 위해서 이용되며, 이러한 과정에서 강화학습이 이루어진다. 이를 통해 행위자의 익숙한 방식의 합리적인 행동과 정책들의 상관관계를 평가할 수 있으며, 강화학습을 통해 실제적인 통계적인 모델이 가능하다.

A Study on the Appropriateness of he Problem-Solving Models and the Information Literacy Education (문제극복 모형의 적합성과 정보화 교육에 관한 연구)

  • This study is an attempt to analyze the individual merit of the INSTRAT model, which forms a cognitive process paradigm, and that of the Big6 model, which involves a functional approach, as tools for enhancing human information activities and aptitude. The former was examined through logical interpretations, while the latter was deduced from interviews using the Micro-Moment Time-Line method, a key methodology used in the Sense-Making Approaches. Results indicate that the application of the INSTRAT model is suitable for developing information systems that can assist users in the stage of defining information needs and search strategies, and that the application of the Big6 model is appropriate in information literacy education or information aptitude training. Of particular significance is the fact that the study proves for the first time that human information problem-solving behavior indeed follows the process delineated in the Big6 model.

  • 공간 변화의 동적과정을 시뮬레이션 하기 위한 이론과 모델들은 대, 중, 소규모에 따라 system of cities, city system, cities 로 나눌 수 있으며, 지난 40년 동안 이 각각의 규모에 초점을 맞춘 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 하지만, 각 규모를 통합하여 도시를 설명하는 이론은 없는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 거듭제곱 법칙을 기반으로 한 행위자기반모형을 이용하여 모든 규모에서 설명이 가능한 모형을 제시하고, 이러한 거듭제곱 법칙이 공간패턴 형성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to define determinants of VoIP user acceptance and to verify significant causality among latent variables - performance expectancy, effort expectancy, cost expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, behavioral intend, use behavior - based on UTAUT model. We presented the expanded hypotheses including the new factor, cost expectancy and analyzed the moderating effect of user age, gender and usage experience variables. For a accuracy of predicted results, we focused on survey analysis with 641 real user samples. Compared to previous studies, it is meaningful that this research verified the conceptual difference between behavioral intention and usage behavior. As a result, all proposed hypotheses accepted and moderating effects are supported significantly in age and use experience moderating variables.

A Study on Behavioral Intention on u-Health using Health Promotion Model (건강증진모형을 활용한 유헬스 시스템의 행위 의도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors on behavioral intention in u-health system using Health Promotion Model(HPM) by Pender [11]. This study used PLS-SEM(Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling) method for verification of the proposed model and conducted the analysis with sample data of 216 respondents. As a result of the analysis, a path from individual experience to personal health and also, path from self-efficacy to behavioral intention had the highest influence in the research model. Also, it was confirmed that the only factor that affect health promotion behavior was 'self-efficacy' variable in u-health system. However, in the future time, additional research is needed in that this study has small sample data and needs more clear definition on u-health system.

  • This study was intended to analyze media in education policy from the governance perspective and suggested some orientations and innovative ideas to a new governance in media in Education. For these purposes, this study reviewed related literature about media in education and governance policy and drew a governance model of educational community as an analytic scheme to understand a governance approach to orientation-order-performance of Schmank. Thereafter, the study analyzed formulation and implementation processes of media in education policy, based on some criteria to operate the model, and also analyzed the policy governance in a comprehensive way. Based on the results, this study suggested recommendations to innovate current media in education governance as follows: (1) working towards an idea of operative cooperation through reforms (2) constructing a rational policy system to incorporate socio-political variables, and (3) activating cooperative governance to transform 'governing' into 'governance'.

  • 인터넷의 급속한 성장으로 e비즈니스의 인터넷 사용이 증대되었다. 인터넷 환경에서는 새로운 인터넷 사용자라는 소비자를 대상으로 인터넷 소비자 행동에 관한 연구가 중요한 분야로 자리잡게 되었다. 인터넷상에서의 소비자 행동을 설명하기 위해 온라인 인지절차 (Cognitive process)에 관한 연구로, 웹 사이트에 대한 소비자의 태도에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 연구들이 수행되었다. 웹 사이트에 대한 소비자의 태도에 따른 개인화된 마케팅을 위해서는 웹사이트를 소비자의 특성을 고려해서 개인화된 웹사이트를 운영해야 한다. 개인의 정보 시스템 사용에 대한 설명을 위하여 많은 모형들이 개발되어 왔다. 기술 수용 모형(Technology Acceptance Model: TAM)은 개인의 정보 시스템 수용에 영향을 미치는 요소를 설명하기 위하여 가장 폭 넓게 사용되고 있는 모형이다. TRA 모형에 따르면, 개인의 사회적 행위는 그 행위의 결과에 대한 신념에 의해 영향을 받는다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 고객의 신념을 신뢰 (Trust), 유용성 (Usefulness), 사용의 편의성 (Ease of Use), 위험 (Risk), 보안통제 (Security control)로 분류하고, 고객의 실제 사용 (Usage)을 인터넷 뱅킹 환경에서 측정하여 고객세분화에 적용하였다. 세분화된 고객집단을 분류하기 위해서 인공신경망, 판별 분석 기법을 적용하여 웹 사이트에서 사용할 수 있는 개인화 모형을 개발하였다.

Modeling Consumers' WOM (Word-Of-Mouth) Behavior with Subjective Evaluation and Objective Information on High-tech Products (하이테크 제품에 대한 소비자의 주관적 평가와 객관적 정보 구전 활동에 대한 연구)

  • Consumers influence other consumers' brand choice behavior by delivering a variety of objective or subjective information on a particular product, which is called WOM (Word-Of-Mouth) activities. For WOM activities, WOM senders should choose messages to deliver to other consumers. We classify the contents of the messages a consumer chooses for WOM delivery into two categories: Subjective (positive or negative) evaluation and objective information on products. In our study, we regard WOM senders' activities as a choice behavior and introduce a choice model to study the relationship between the choice of different WOM information (WOM with positive or negative subjective evaluation and WOM with objective information) and its influencing factors (information sources and consumer characteristics) by developing two bivariate Probit models. In order to consider the mediating effects of WOM senders' product involvement, product attitude, and their characteristics (gender and age), we develop three second-level models for the propagation of positive evaluations, of negative evaluations, and of objective information on products in an hierarchical Bayesian modeling framework. Our empirical results show that WOM senders' information choice behavior differs according to the types of information sources. The effects of information sources on WOM activities differ according to the types of WOM messages (subjective evaluation (positive or negative) and objective information). Therefore, our study concludes that WOM activities can be partially managed with effective communication plans influencing on consumers' WOM message choice behavior. The empirical results provide some guidelines for consumers' propagation of information on products companies want.

Satisfaction Factors and Determinants of Visitors in Byeonsanbando National Park, Korea (변산반도국립공원의 탐방객 만족요인 및 예측모형 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for developing the practical park management. For this, satisfaction degree, satisfaction factors and estimated model by satisfaction variables of visitors analyzed through a questionnaire survey in Byeonsanbando National Park, Korea. In the evaluation of the satisfaction, variables of 'careless cooking'. 'collection of natural plants & animals', 'Noise and urination on the road' and 'Littering problem' at Naesosa and 'crowding', 'touting', 'Indiscreet use' and 'Illegal merchant' at Gyeokpo was most unsatisfied than any other variables. Satisfaction factors by Factor Analysis were loaded with 'user management' at Naesosa(65.1%) and 'business behavior management at Gyeokpo(68.4%) by the highest contribution degree. In estimated model of satisfaction by Multiple Regression Analysis showed in order of 'Injury of landscape resource', 'Lack of information facility', 'crowding' and 'Lack of employee's guidance or kindness' at Naesosa and 'Injury of landscape resource', 'Lack of information facility', 'Illegal merchant', Lack of facility to stay' and 'Lack of employee's guidance or kindness' at Gyeokpo. So, Mountain and marine National Parks needed different management policy and are required to institutional apparatus for user education.

Exploring the Relationship between the Level of News Usage on Influenza A(H1N1) and Media Users' Behavioral Intention toward Personal and Public Health Protection: Focusing on Protection Motivation Theory (신종플루 뉴스 이용 정도가 개인 및 공중에 대한 건강보호 행위의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 보호동기이론을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this research examined the relationship between the level of news usage on Influenza A(H1N1) and media users' behavioral intention toward health protection. Specifically, the study investigated causal relationships among exposure of media information on Influenza A(H1N1) as an independent variable, psychological protection motivation factors such as perceived severity, vulnerability, response efficacy, & self-efficacy as mediated variables and behavioral intention on personal and public health protection as dependent variables using structure equation model analysis. Self-reported questionnaires were administrated to 460 college students. The result indicated the followings. First, the level of news usage on Influenza A(H1N1) was not statistically significant on influencing behavioral intention toward personal and public health protection. Second, perceived severity, vulnerability, and self-efficacy were significant variables on behavioral intention toward personal health protection whereas perceived vulnerability and response efficacy were significant on public health protection. The function among factors in protection motivation theory is dependent upon whom protected from illness.
