  • Smart factory has the function of integrated management of production process management, logistics management as a intelligent factory, it is also emerging as the core of new industry which converges ICT and manufacturing business. We suggested Smart factory logistics management system which embedded position tracking technology and the system converges ICT and IoT. This suggested system can manage all the processes from production to release by tracking route and position based on signal strength of bluetooth 4.0 beacon tag. For the more, we will expect to apply to the various type of factory environments like detachable installation, optimized management using sensor.

  • Korea has been showing a high interest in convergence centered on information and communication technologies for the past 10 years. However, with successful convergence of broadcasting and telecommunication sectors, successful convergence cases such as IPTV have been excluded. In some fields, The performance that citizens can experience is limited. In addition, the combination of the Internet of things and the big data shows that infinite data in the natural and social environment surrounding service users can be created and utilized to create better services. However, the division between departments and departments, And the limitations of policies and systems that can promote convergence of information and communication technologies. Therefore, in order to create new industries through the fusion of the Internet of things and big data, it is necessary to investigate what kind of inhibitory enzymes are present, to investigate the problems, to solve the problems, to develop technologies for activating the Internet and big data, And suggests ways to utilize the policy to promote convergence of related technologies.

Curriculum of IoT by IPC Code Analysis of Patents (특허문헌의 IPC 코드 분석에 의한 사물인터넷 분야 교육과정에 관한 연구)

  • We analyzes representative technologies of IoT patents and reflects these results in the curriculum of IoT. In order to identify the representative technologies, the IPC codes of the patents were analyzed. Among the main category IPC codes, the most used IPC codes were H04L in Single IPC Patent with 974 cases(32.0%) and G06Q in Multiple IPC Patent with 710 cases(29.2%). As a result of classifying the IPC code into the WIPO technology classification system, the most emphasized technologies are Digital Communication, accounting for about 60.5% in the Single IPC Patent and IT Methods for Management(710 cases, 29.2%) in Multiple IPC Patent. The main points to be considered when organizing the curriculum of IoT are: ∇Emphasis on Digital Communication, ∇Expansion of Education related to IT Methods for Management(Including entrepreneurship and patent application), and ∇Consideration of subjects related to the Convergence of IoT. This research can contribute to the curriculum design of new industrial technologies such as AI and Fintech.

  • 국내 차세대 이동통신 산업은 1994년 세계 최초 CDMA 상용화에 이은 CDMA2000 및 W-CDMA 구축, 세계 최초 최고의 무선 인터넷 기술인 WiBro기술의 개발 및 보급, 꿈의 통신으로 여겨지는 3.9세대 LTE시스템 구축과 보급으로 세계 최고의 뛰어나 기술력을 가진 산업으로 발전하였다. 이러한 우수한 국내 이동 통신 인프라는 기존의 조선 및 선박과 같은 전통산업과 바이오 및 의료기기와 같은 신산업과의 융합을 통하여 국가 경쟁력 한층 더 향상 시키는데 기여하였다. 또한 휴대폰분야에서도 국내 기업이 세계 최고의 경쟁력을 가진 기업으로 성장하는 등, 차세대이동통신 산업은 타 산업과 달리 기술의 빠른 추종자 (Fast Follower)에서 기술 선도자 (First Mover)로서의 지위를 가지게 되었다. 그러나, 이동통신 시스템 분야에서는 이미 중국 업체가 세계적으로 약진하고 있으며, 휴대폰 분야에서는 선도 기업과의 경쟁 및 견제, 후발 주자인 중국 및 대만 기업의 추격에 직면하고 있다. 한편 국내 휴대폰관련 중소 중견기업은 급격한 단말 환경변화에 따라 많은 어려움에 처해 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 차세대 이동통신 기술 선도자로서 지속적인 경쟁력 확보 및 대-중소기업 동반성장 생태계 조성을 통한 모바일 최강국 달성을 위한 이동통신 분야 국가 연구 개발 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 제I장에서는 차세대이동통신의 개념 및 분류 기준에 대하여 알아보고, 제II장에서는 차세대이동통신에 대한 국내외 현황과 국내 기술 수준 및 기술 경쟁력을 고찰한다. 제III장에서는 기술 선도자로서의 차세대이동통신 분야의 비젼을 제시하고, 이러한 비젼을 실현시키기 위한 국가연구개발 추진 전략을 제시한다. 마지막으로 제IV장에서는 우리나라 이동통신 미래상과 함께 국가연구개발 전략에 대한 결론을 맺는다.

Quality management direction in the 4th industrial revolution era (제4차 산업혁명시대에서의 품질경영 방향)

  • Since the 4th industrial revolution was thrown into the world at the Davos World Economic Forum in January 2016, the world has been undergoing major social and economic changes. In this study, the direction of quality management in the 4th industrial revolution era was examined. First, in all the major countries the industrial structural changes and smart business models were confirmed due to the convergence of new ICT such as IoT, robotics, 3D printing, big data, and AI with the existing technologies and industries. Second, we found that although the core technology level of the 4th industrial revolution in Korea is not as good as that of advanced countries, we have been working on expanding smart production methods and creating new industries by utilizing new ICT. Finally, it was confirmed that quality management is a real-time implementation of new ICT that reflects the needs of the market in real time based on big data from the planning and design stage of products or services.

  • It seems that the hottest UAV drone market shows a similar move to that of smartphone. Depart from a communication medium, smartphone incorporates the role of cameras and game players. Likewise, drone will be versatile in the future. For example, drone was developed as war weapons but now it is getting close to our real life as toy or tool for aerial photography. In this paper, we studied how to bring the aging population to drone industry. Previously, controlling skills and taking aerial photography seemed to have nothing to do with citizen seniors. However, we try to show any positive relationship between those, thus creating more job opportunities in this paper.

  • Lately, as artificial intelligence becomes a source of global competitiveness, the government is strategically fostering artificial intelligence that is the base technology of future new industries such as autonomous vehicles, drones, and robots. Domestic artificial intelligence research and services have been launched mainly in Naver and Kakao, but their size and level are weak compared to overseas. Recently, deep learning has been conducted in recent years while recording innovative performance in various pattern recognition fields including speech recognition and image recognition. In addition, deep running has attracted great interest from industry since its inception, and global information technology companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Samsung have successfully applied deep learning technology to commercial products and are continuing research and development. Therefore, we will look at artificial intelligence which is attracting attention based on previous research.

  • The various digital services that people are experiencing recently are bringing about changes in the daily lives, and these changes are due to the spread of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The 4th Industrial Revolution is based on the development of ICT technology, and ICT technology inevitably generates issues such as the use and protection of personal information as well as the use of public data. Accordingly, countries around the world are making efforts to revitalize new industries by wisely solving conflicting issues between the use and protection of personal information through legislation. There are some differences in the protection and use of personal information in Korea, the United States, and the EU. Korea trys to make the legislation that prioritizes the use of data, and the United States establishes individual laws governing the protection of personal information by sector, while the EU has clarified the strengthening personal information protection. This paper aims to find out how personal information protection is defined in Korea, the United States, and the EU through enacted laws and organize the direction of the future policies.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the problem of installing VR theme park in Korea and to find a solution for it. VR is expected to play a leading role in the fourth industrial revolution as a new industry, but it is a reality that it is hard to feel its value in actual field. This is a reality that can not move one step further because it is trapped in the existing legal network rather than the essence of VR because it sees VR from the existing law frame. Because VR is regarded as an amusement device in the amusement facility and is regarded as a game, the former is applied to the Tourism Promotion Law and the latter is applied to the game industry law. When one content and hardware are applied to both laws at the same time and other regulations are applied to it, it is practically impossible to operate VR properly. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to revise each law little by little in each law and amend the law that can apply VR itself. This study is expected to contribute to the revitalization of VR industry by presenting the ultimate problems and solutions in creating VR theme parks in Korea.

  • Recently, the drone industry rapidly rises to the surface as the new market leading the future, and it seems that the hot UAV drone market shows the similar trend to that of the smartphone. It is expected that the individual application of the drone is quickly diffused as the smartphone roles of camera and game player with the communication medium. For example, the drone is developed mainly as war weapons, but now it is getting close to our real life as the toy or tool for the aerial photography. In this paper, we studied the education for how to bring the aging population to the drone industry.
