  • Through this research, it was possible to set up classification system between 'Harmful information site' and 'General site' that badly effect to teenagers emotional health. To intercept those entire harmful information sites, it using contents basis isolating. Instead of using existing methods, it picks most frequent using composed key words and adds all those harmful words' harmfulness degree point by using 'ICEC(Information Communication Ethics Committee)' suggested harmful word classification. To testify harmful information blocking system, to classify the harmful information site, set standard harmfulness degree point as 3.5 by the result of a fore study, after that pick up a hundred of each 'Harmful information site' and 'General site' randomly to classify them through new classification system. By this classification could found this new classification system classified 78% of 'Harmful Site' to "Harmful information site' and 96% of 'General Site' to 'General site'. As a result, successfully confirm validity of this new classification system.

  • ICT is still lacking relevant studies and efforts even though it needs to be accompanied by character education. Against this backdrop, this study has developed and operated an education program that combines ICT with character education and conducted surveys on its accomplishments. The research findings are as follows. The analysis of theme-based correlations has revealed that individual's character has not significantly affected character for others and global character and that building character for others have made a significant impact on establishing global character with a high level of correlations. Therefore, I have found that a program involving a group of people together such as team-based task has a positive effect on fostering problem-solving talents with global leadership. It is hard to obtain tangible results in character education in a short period of time but I would like to contribute to laying the foundation for cultivating and fostering talents equipped with global leadership while respecting oneself and caring for others in everyday life through these classes. There is a study on convergence of character education and different subjects, left behind of this study.

  • The current National Curriculum clearly states that students should utilize digital information as a core competency. With ICT-based non-face-to-face learning has become commonplace, that ability has become as basic and essential as the competency to read and write in traditional education. Therefore, this work analyzed the characteristics of ICT utilization learning in the social studies curriculum of elementary school to cultivate basic abilities and skills for learners' future, and these discussed from the perspective of digital literacy. The results are as follows. First, the ICT utilization learning could be found in most units for the subject, but most of them were just the searching material and the watching video. Second, when approached from the perspective of digital literacy, the main activities were the 'access' in the lowest level. Third, the higher levels such as 'understand' and 'create' were few activities. This result gave the task of reflecting on the ICT education so far. Rather than just focusing on increasing the frequency of the ICT using, it is necessary to improve the quality of students' activities in ICT learning for progressing digital literacy. For the students' skills of utilizing digital information could be developed differently depending on the type of ICT learning activity.

  • Plagiarism in which people use other people's works partially or in entirety as if they are their own and infringement on copyrights that frequently occur in various forms under smart device environment are becoming one of the crucial problems that need to be solved for Korea to become an advanced nation. This paper investigates and analyzes how college students, the heaviest user of smart devices under various smart device environment, are committing plagiarism and copyright infringement and suggest a basic education plan to prevent plagiarism and copyright infringement. College students have a very low awareness of plagiarism and copyrights and the level of violation associated with plagiarism and copyrights infringement they commit from elementary school to college were found to be at a serious level. It was demonstrated that the solution suggested in this paper to solve these problems would be effective in enhancing the awareness of the bad effect of plagiarism and copyrights infringement along with their side effects.

  • With advances in information and communication technologies, many innovative technologies have been developed. Those technologies are changing every aspect of our daily life. Especially smart technologies are changing our life dramatically. Smart devices such as tablet PCs and smart phones are used in education so that new concept called "smart learning" is created and used. Currently smart learning becomes popular in accordance with wide distribution of smart devices and smart contents in schools. In order to compare and check the current status and progress of individuals in smart environment, we need smart literacy standards. However, there has been only few works for smart literacy standards for teachers and students. Also, those standards need to be improved. The purpose of this paper is to develop smart literacy standards for teachers and students in smart learning environment. The proposed literacy standards are developed based on the existing ICT literacy standards. In this work, smart literacy standards consist of four main areas, smart education, smart knowledge, smart application, and smart ethics, respectively. For development of smart literacy, wide experts from teachers, professors, and researchers are selected and surveyed. Their responses are analyzed using through statistical analysis so that final smart literacy standards are obtained.

  • The present study was carried out with a view to examine the protective actions of physical and occupational therapists for patients's privacy. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with the questionnaires that were distributed to 297 physical and occupational therapists engaged in general hospitals as well as in rehabilitation clinics across the country from January 2 to 13, 2012. From the survey, it was made known that the overall extent of protective actions practiced by them was $3.54{\pm}.733$ in average. Divided by area, the average protective action in communication was $3.62{\pm}.776$, followed by $3.57{\pm}1.013$ in direct contact and $3.53{\pm}.780$ in maintenance and management, respectively. The analysis of general characteristics by each area showed that the older their age gets and the longer their career is, the more the protective action is practiced by them. Although they are well aware of the fact that the medical information of patients should be kept 100% secret and they practice it to almost excellent grade (5), the physical and occupational therapists, as key experts in charge of improving functions of patients, were found to have little concern for and little knowledge about contents of protecting medical information. It is thus required to perform public relation and instruction continuously to intensify their awareness of needs to protect patients' privacy and to implant ethical sense in this regard deep in their mind.

  • In this paper, we investigates the basis of the theological aesthetics and the Bible as the standard of human value standards on the basis of this theological aesthetics. In another approach, unique designs of plants and animals were described in terms of aesthetics. These descriptions were then employed to design and create things, recognised for their beauty as well as practicable applications. From this point of view, we can deduce the relevance of God, the created world, and theological aesthetics. We review the implications of human engineering and the art of convergence and engineering theology. We discussed why the need for a tool of theological aesthetics in convergence engineering is important. We will need more discussion in terms of technological progress in which theological aesthetics is embodied in order to develop more healthy, moral and ethical convergent engineering skills in our society and to provide a better and healthier life for mankind.

  • Currently, ICT is widely used in caring for the elderly living alone and preventing the disappearance of the elderly with dementia. Therefore, in this study, based on the government policy direction for the 4th industrial revolution, the use of AI technology-based care services, which are gradually increasing in community care, was sought to explore the current status and prospects for utilization and activation.AI speakers and caring robots, services that can be used for community care, help solve various problems experienced by the elderly, and are also used to relieve lack of conversation or loneliness by adding emotional functions. In order to activate community care using AI technology in the future: First, there is a need for continuous education to familiarize the elderly with AI devices and 'user experience (UX) design' for the elderly. Second, it is necessary to use human-centered technology that has a complementary relationship and enables emotional mutual relationships rather than using function-oriented technology. Third, it is necessary to solve ethical problems such as guaranteeing the user's right to self-determination and protecting privacy.
