This study is performed to measure a performance of IMS using Delone & McLean's Information Success Model as a practical analysis for IMS implementation and their effects. For this, I reviewed the pre-research literatures to attain the measurement factors for IMS implementation and information system success model. For inspecting the hypotheses, answered the questionaries to the IMS managers. The results are as follows: the first, to improve the user's will, they have to focus on the service quality. The second, to improve the user's satisfaction, focus on the system quality. Finally, which affect on the performance is user's will rather than satisfaction.

정보와 지식의 활용이 무엇보다 중요하게 여겨지는 정보화 사회에서 정보소양은 산업사회의 문자해득력만큼이나 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 또한 정보 기술만으로는 정보 사회에서 발생하는 문제에 대해 효과적으로 대처하고 적응하기 어렵다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구에서는 최근 외국에서 활발히 진행되어 온 정보소양교육에 초점을 두어 실제로 정보소양 학습 효과가 대학생들의 문제해결과정에 미치는 영향과 효용을 검증함으로써 차후 대학에서의 정보소양 교육 도입에 대한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest Vergence Information Extracting Algorithm(VIEA) which enables quick and accurate vergence information achievement for automation of vergence and focus control of horizontal moving stereoscopic camera. Firstly, for this purpose, the geometric structure of horizontal moving stereoscopic camera device was analyzed and linear relation between the vergence and the focus control. Then stereoscopic camera was designed and produced with the application of vergence and focus relation formula. Finally, VIEA that uses Cepstrum filter was employed to implement Automatic Vergence and Focus Controlling Stereoscopic Camera System(AVFCSCS). VIEA showed lower vergence achievement time and error ratio in comparison with existing algorithms. The suggested system in this study substantially reduced the controlling time and error-ratio as to make it possible to achieve natural and clear images. It also simplified the handling of stereoscopic camera for the convenience of end-users.

In this paper, we present a novel digital multifocusing approach using adaptive region-based histogram equalization for the multiple color-filter aperture (MCA) system with insufficient amount of incoming light. From the image acquired by the MCA system, we can estimate the depth information of objects at different distances by measuring the amount of misalignment among the RGB color planes. The estimated depth information is used to obtain multifocused images together with the process of the region-of-interests (ROIs) classification, registration, and fusion. However, the MCA system results in the low-exposure problem because of the limited size of the apertures. For overcoming this problem, we propose adaptive region-based histogram equalization. Based on the experimental results, the proposed algorithm is proved to be able to obtain in-focused images under the low light level environment.

The common way to obtain a stereoscopic image of a subject at a distance is to place two cameras on the parallel axis rather than crossing axis. To find the IAD and maximum focal length, left and right images are obtained by varying the IAD of cameras and the focal length of the camera lens and the depth budget for the obtained images is analyzed through post production. Then, the database for IAD and focal length of the camera lens with the depth range that does not cause visual fatigue and visual discomfort are developed. These data are used to design fuzzy control and deduce the IAD and focal length of the camera lens to shoot a subject at a distance, and the function of the fuzzy control is confirmed through the actual shooting within the range of deduced IAD and focal length of the camera lens.

올해 정보문화의 달은‘함께하는 디지털 세상’이라는 주제에서 나타나듯이 정보화 격차 해소와 올바른 인터넷 이용에 초점을 맞췄다. 한국정보문화진흥원은 6월 한 달을 인터넷 이용률의 증대에도 불구하고 여전히 정보화에서 소외된 계층과 날로 확산되는 인터넷 유해 정보에 대처하기 위한 대국민 홍보의 장으로 적극 활용했다. 이와 함께 정부 산하기관, 체신청, IT 관련기업, 정보나눔실천운동본부, 정보보호실천협의회 등 관련 단체와 시민단체도 총 출동해 범국민적 건전 정보문화 확산에 앞장섰다. 17회 정보문화의 달을 맞아 6월 한달 동안 펼쳐진 주요 행사를 소개한다.

정보화시대의 두축은 컴퓨터와 통신망이다. 컴퓨터의 발전은 정보의 대량생산을 , 통신망의 확산은 정보의 대량유통을 가능하게 하였다. 벨이 전화기를 발명한 이후 전화망(PSTN)구축에 막대한 투자가 이루어져, 많은 국가에서 사람들간의 통화수요는 충족이 된 상태이다. 그러나 정보화시대가 본격화됨에 따라 정보원이 다양해지고, 데이터, 음향, 화상정보에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 멀티미디어정보를 수용키위해 선진국들은 초고속 정보통신망의 구축이 필요하다고 인식하고 있으며 ,또한 이는 국가 경쟁력유지에 필수적인 것으로 보고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 초고속정보통신망 구축을 촉진시킬 수 있는 방안을 개발함에 있으며, 가장 많은 투자가 필요한 가입자망(local loop)구축에 CATV망과의 연게에 대하여 초점을 맞추고 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a multi-modular account of double accusative constructions in Korean in the framework of Autolexical Grammar. The grammar views syntactic, semantic, and morphological structures of sentences as modules which are generated simultaneously and independently. Unlike syntactocentric theories, this paper analyzes semantic characteristics of double accusatives through function-argument (F/A) structure along with roles structure (RS) and information structure (IS). In F/A structure of double accusatives, the first accusative becomes an argument of a predicate, unlike the possessive, which is an argument of a relational noun. Furthermore, the first accusative of double accusatives takes the role of patient in RS, which allows it to become the subject of a passive sentence. On the other hand, the second accusative, which is originally the possessee, becomes a focal area in IS. Therefore, the purpose of double accusatives is twofold: one is to turn the possessor into an independent argument of a predicate which takes patient role, and the other is to turn the possessee into a focus. Such semantic characteristics of double accusatives can be expressed by means of multi-dimensional structures of F/A structure, RS, and IS of Autolexical Grammar, which allows an integrated account of the phenomenon.

응급환자의 생존 가능성은 응급의료체계가 얼마나 잘 갖추어져 있느냐에 따라 결정된다. 과거의 응급체계가 가장 빠른 시간에 환자의 이송함으로서 치료를 받게 하는데 초점을 두었다면 최근은 RFID등의 기술을 이용하여 환자의 상태를 빨리 파악하여 최적의 치료를 받을 수 있는 병원으로 이송할 수 있는 시스템 도입에 초점을 두고 있다. 따라서 응급 환자의 기본적인 정보를 수집한 후 최적의 병원 전 단계(pre-hospital phase)를 수립하기 위해서는 다양하고 이질적인 정보 자원들을 접근할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 응급환자의 기본적인 사고정보를 가지고 최적의 치료를 받을 수 있는 정책을 수립하기 위해 자율적으로 서로 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 멀티에이전트 기반의 응급 의료 시스템 모델링을 제시하고, 응급환자에 대한 최적의 병원 전 단계를 수립하기 위한 시퀀스를 설명한다.
