  • 안전한 생화환경에 대한 국민수요 급증 및 사회변화에 따른 장기적 관점의 재난관리체계가 필요하고 우리나라의 경제성장이 거듭됨에 따라 고도화된 기술문명 사회로 급속히 발전한 결과 과거와는 달리 지하철 사고, 가스폭발사고, 화학물질 분출사고 등 사회재난의 유형이 다양화되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 그 피해의 양상이 복잡화 되고 있어 이에 대한 전략적인 대응이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회재난 사고유형 및 대응사례 분석을 통한 재난대응 시나리오를 개발하고, 관련 법제도 검토를 통해 법개정 방안을 수립하여 시범사업 기반 구축의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 지향성 스피커를 활용한 APP 기반의 보급형 조류 제어 시스템을 제안한다. 농가에서는 유해조류 퇴치를 위해 그물 설치, 소음 방출, 천적 모형 설치, 화학 약품 사용 등 다양한 방법으로 피해를 줄이고자 하는 노력을 하고 있지만 과다비용과 생활에 피해를 주는 소음 발생 등으로 인해 효과를 볼 수 없는 문제를 가진다. 또한, 무지향성 스피커의 파형특성상 음원 발생기 주변에 불필요한 소음을 농가에 방출하게 되어 소음공해의 피해를 주는 경향을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 지향성 스피커를 활용하여 필요한 구역에만 선택적으로 방출 가능하도록 구현하였으며, 음향을 다양한 패턴 방출를 통하여 패턴인지 저하로 인한 문제를 극복하였다.

A Comparison of Manufacturing Firms and Service Firms Using a Marketing Performance Evaluation Model (마케팅성과모델을 이용한 제조기업과 서비스기업의 비교)

  • 본 연구는 마케팅성과에 대한 Kotler의 접근법을 원용하여 한국의 대표적인 제조기업과 서비스 기업들의 마케팅 성과에 영향을 주는 요인들을 발견하고 경영 시사점을 제시하기 위한 모델을 개발하였다. 제조 분야에서 10개 기업, 서비스 분야에서 9개 기업을 각각 선정하여 전체 19개 기업의 마케팅 성과의 수준을 평가해 보았다. 확인요인분석 결과 제조기업의 마케팅 성과요인으로는 마케팅 인력, 마케팅 조직, 마케팅 전략이 추출되었고 서비스기업의 요인으로는 마케팅 인력, 마케팅 정보, 고객지향성, 마케팅 전략이 추출되었다. 5개의 마케팅성과요인과 제품력, 유통력, 판촉력, 가격력으로 구성된 마케팅역량, 그리고 고객만족 간의 관계를 규명할 목적으로 구조방정식모형을 구축하고 관계들에 관한 가설들을 검증하였다. 요인분석결과 제조기업은 마케팅인력, 마케팅 조직, 마케팅 전략의 세 요인이 유의한 요인으로 나타났으나, 서비스 기업에서는 마케팅 인력, 마케팅 정보, 고객지향성, 마케팅 전략의 4요인이 유의하게 나타났다. 각 요인의 평균치 분석결과, 서비스기업이 제조기업에 비해 마케팅성과 영향요인, 마케팅역량과 고객만족에서 모두 우세하게 나타났다.

  • 무선 센서 네트워크 라우팅 프로토콜에서의 경로탐색에서 중복 브로드캐스트 메시지에 의한 비용이 증가되고, 많은 노드들이 동시에 통신을 시도하기 때문에 많은 충돌이 발생한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 Directed Diffusion 라우팅 방법에 지향성 안테나를 도입하여 채널 이용율을 높여 통신에서의 충돌을 줄이고 네트워크 구성 및 유지 시 사용될 flooding의 범위와 노드간의 통신시 불필요한 방향으로의 통신을 최소화하여 중복되는 브로드캐스트 메시지 수를 줄일 수 있는 라우팅 방법을 제안한다.

A Study on the Effect of Market Orientation on Relationship Specific Investment and Performance (B2B 기업의 시장지향성이 관계특유투자와 지각된 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Business performance is the ultimate output of company's effort. So in all academic area of business, scholars have tried to identify influencing factors on the business performance. This study also try to identify the factors and relati on among factors focusing on market orientation and relationship specific investment. Based on the literature review, we developed hypotheses. To examine the hypotheses we gathered survey data from B2B companies located in the Ulsan and 288 survey data was used to the analysis. Research results are as follows. As sub-factor of market orientation intelligence generation and responsiveness to intelligence affected on the relationship specific investment significantly and relationship specific investment also affected performance significantly. But all sub-factors of market orientation didn't influenced performance significantly meaning the mediating effect of relationship specific investment between market orientation and performance. Finally, the relation between intelligence generation and relationship specific investment was moderated negatively by dependence. The theoretical and practical implications of this study and limitations were discussed.

  • 무선 Ad-hoc 네트워크에서는 주로 IEEE 802.11 MAC 프로토콜을 이용한다. IEEE 802.11 MAC 프로토콜은 제어 메시지인 RTS-CTS를 통해서 채널 예약을 하고 데이터를 전송하는 방식으로 모든 통신에 Omni-directional 안테나를 이용하여 전송한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 IEEE 802.11 MAC 프로토콜보다 성능을 향상시키기 위해서 directional 안테나를 이용한 MAC 프로토콜을 사용한다. Directional 안테나를 사용한 MAC 프로토콜은 IEEE 802.11 MAC 프로토콜에 비해서 Spatial Reuse를 증가함으로서 채널 자원을 더욱 효율적으로 사용하는 것이 가능하다. 또한 Directional 안테나의 사용은 안테나의 지향성에 따른 안테나 이득 및 전송 범위의 증가 그리고 전송 범위를 Omni-directional 안테나와 동일하게 적용할 경우에는 저 전력 통신이 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 Directional 안테나의 사용은 IEEE 802.11 MAC보다 좋은 성능을 갖기는 하지만 새로운 문제들이 발생한다. 이러한 문제들로는 New Hidden Terminal, Deafness, Capture, 그리고 위치 인식에 관련된 문제들이 발생한다. 본 논문에서서 위에서 언급한 Directional 안테나의 이점과 그리고 문제점에 대해서 설명하고, 이러한 문제들 중에 Deafness 문제를 완화시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 QualNet 4.0을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해서 제안된 프로토콜의 성능을 평가한다.

  • Using directional antenna in wireless network can offer many advantages including significant decrease of interference, increase of spatial reuse and possibility of improving network capacity. However, existing 802.11 MAC is designed for use of omni-directional antenna then those advantages can not be shown in that MAC protocol when it uses directional antenna. In this paper, we present a MAC protocol specifically designed for directional antenna to achieve spatial reuse and improve capacity of MAC protocol. Simulation result shows the advantages of our proposal in comparison with existing MAC in terms of end-to-end delay and network throughput.

Research results have Revealed that Surprisingly, Small Companies Market Orientation and Influence on Corporate Performance. This is an Empirical Study on the Influence of them. In this Study, we Focused on the Mediating effect of Organization Commitment when the Company's Market Orientation and Learning Orientation Influenced on the Corporate Performance as a Differentiated Element of Research. It was also Verified that Organization Commitment had Partially Mediated Effects. In Conclusion, as a Prerequisite for Small Enterprises to grow, we have to Create Market Oriented and Learning Oriented Organization and at the same time we should Strive to Ensure that all Organization Members have Attachment Relationships with their Organization. It is Understood that it must be. The Results of these Studies will be Helpful for not only Individuals who Prepare for Founding and Founded but also Start-up Related Officials.

The Impact of Entrepreneurship of Franchisees on Their Business Performance : Mediation Effects of Market Orientation and Relationship Commitment (프랜차이즈 가맹점의 창업정신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 : 본사의 시장지향성과 가맹점 관계몰입의 매개효과)

  • This research suggests an ideal role between franchisee and franchisee for survival and development of the Korean franchise business by identifying causal relationships between entrepreneurship of franchisees and their business performance. Besides, when considering multi-dimensional features of a franchise system, this study aims to show that the market orientation of the franchisee and the relationship commitment between franchisee and franchisee will play an important mediating role to achieve a better business performance. Thus specific causal relationships among sub-dimensional constructs of entrepreneurship and market orientations were investigated. They are innovativeness, risk-taking propensity, pro-activeness, information creation, intelligence generation, intelligence dissemination, response design, response implementation. The results demonstrate that pro-activeness of franchisee plays a crucial role for franchisee's business performance. It was noted that franchisor's market orientation and innovativeness is also important for high market orientation of franchisor. The higher the market orientation of franchisor was, the higher relationship commitment of franchisee was formed. By identifying the mediation effect of relationship commitment and market orientation of franchisor, this paper showed that relationship commitment positively affect the improvement of franchisee's business performance. Above all, it should be noted that this research empirically identified the relationship between franchisee's entrepreneurship and business performance that most of the previous researchers have ignored. Furthermore, the analysis was conducted at sub-dimensional construct level. It is expected that empirical results from this study will be able to provide a meaningful framework and theoretical basis for future research on franchise, entrepreneurship and market orientation.

The Effect of the Entrepreneurial Motivation in Women Entrepreneurs on Entrepreneurial Satisfaction Mediated by Entrepreneurial Orientation and Commitment to Start-up (여성창업자의 창업동기가 기업가지향성과 창업의지를 매개로 창업만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to examine their influential relations between the start-up motivation and entrepreneurial satisfaction of women entrepreneurs mediated by entrepreneurial orientation and commitment to start-up. An empirical analysis of the 386 questionnaires collected by the cosmetics store entrepreneurs located in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces were conducted in this study. Mediator effect use the comparison by correspondence with total effect, direct effect, indirect effect inclusive of characteristic indirect effect. To achieve the research goal, this study were analyzed on the cornerstone of combination of parallel serial mediation models with entrepreneurial orientation and commitment to start-up as mediator variable. The following is the results verified through this study. First, Rewards motivation had the significant positive effects on the entrepreneurial satisfaction in total effects of X on Y and direct effects of X on Y. Second, Achievement motivation had the positive effects on entrepreneurial satisfaction in characteristic indirect effects of X on Y. Third, Environment motivation had the significant positive effects on the entrepreneurial satisfaction in total effects of X on Y and direct effects of X on Y. Fourth, The entrepreneurial orientation and the commitment to start-up between the start-up motivation and entrepreneurial satisfaction in women entrepreneurs had the serial mediation effects. I discussed theoretical and empirical implications with these findings and described the future research.
