This paper was designed to identify influencing factors and to develop indices for measuring information and communication technology related ethics behaviors of college students majoring in information and communication engineering. Data collected from 288 students surveyed in Busan and Kyungnam area were used and the average of information and communication engineering ethics were below the mid-points meaning 'fairly ethical'. 'Passively violating behavior' showed the highest value (2.77 out of 5) while 'rudeness and insulting behavior' showed the lowest (1.65 out of 5). Second, variables of gender, age, religion, idealism, and relativism were revealed to be meaningful ones. Results can help educators understand the influencing factors in information and communication technology related ethics behaviors of college students as well as develop topics in educating engineering ethics.

본 논문에서는 최근 유아대상으로 무분별한 스마트폰 기기 노출 등으로 인한 피해의 심각성을 알고 유아교육에서 인터넷 윤리 및 스마트폰 기기의 올바른 사용이 제대로 이루어 질수 있도록 교육 방법을 제안하는 것이다. 제 4차 산업혁명으로 인하여 연령과 상관없이 과도하게 스마트기기에 많이 노출되고 있다. 따라서, 유아기때부터 올바른 정보 윤리 의식 및 적절한 컴퓨터 사용을 할 수 있는 교육이 이루어지며, 유아 스마트폰 증후군을 예방하여 건전하고 안전한 사이버 세상이 이루어지도록 해야 한다. 그러나 아직까지 유아교육분야에서 정보 윤리 및 스마트폰 중독에 대한 프로그램이 특강형태로 이루어지고 교재교구들이 부족하며, 다양한 활동이 개발되어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 정부차원에서 각 센터와 기관들과 잘 협업이 이루어지도록 유도하며, 전문가들에 의해 다양한 활동이 개발되고 교재교구가 제작될 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

2015 Software Education Guidelines aim to foster the capacity to solve the problem by extending the learners ICT literacy. However, this guidance does not include ICT literacy education content. This study develop a model curriculum on information ethics and creation tools for elementary school students. And 7 levels of learning contents and achievements on information ethics and creation tools are proposed in this study.

컴퓨터는 인간의 모든 꿈과 희망을 실현시켜 줄 수 있는 마법상자는 아니다. 정보화 시대라고 일컫는 현재, 정보의 가치를 더해주는 컴퓨터의 중요성은 날로 커지고 있는 반면 인간의 존엄성은 경시되고 있다. 많은 사람들은 요즘 사회가 커다란 도덕적 위기에 빠졌다고 걱정하지만 컴퓨터 사용과 관련된 윤리적 문제에 대해서는 심각하게 느끼지 못하고 있는 것 같다. 정보통신 기술의 발달에 따라 새로운 교육의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 기존의 전통적인 교육방식에서 사이버 윤리 교육은 교과서 중심의 단편적인 교육이었기 때문에 학습자의 흥미를 유발하지 못하였으며, 교육자와 학습자의 상호작용이 부족하여 사이버 윤리 교육의 효과가 미흡하였다. 정보통신 기술의 발달에 따라 새로운 교육의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 기존의 전통적인 교육방식에서 사이버 윤리 교육은 교과서 중심의 단편적인 교육이었기 때문에 학습자의 흥미를 유발하지 못하였으며, 교육자와 학습자의 상호작용이 부족하여 사이버 윤리 교육의 효과가 미흡하였다. 이런 관점에서 본 논문은 정보통신 시대가 수반하고 있는 사회적 영향력과 윤리적 이슈들에 대하여 좀더 교육적인 측면으로 접근해 윤리교육의 현황과 문제점, 그리고 체계적인 확산방안에 대해 살펴보았다. 본 논문에서는 사이버공간에서 윤리 교육을 받는 청소년들을 중심으로 그들에게 새로운 윤리교육의 한 형태인 사이버공간에서 관련된 문제들을 교육적인 측면으로 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 그러나, 무엇보다 우리가 명심해야 할 것은 인간의 존엄성은 그 어떤 이유를 막론하고 존중되어야 한다는 사실이다. 검증되지 않은 스토리 보드에 의한 저작 단계로 바로 돌입하고 있는 것이 한국의 실정이라 하겠다. 따라서 본 프로젝트에 의해 개발 된 교수 설계 도구는 교육/학습 컨텐츠의 품질 보증을 위한 방법론인 교육 공학의 체제적 교수 설계 이론 Model (Instructional System Design Model), 특히 그 중에서도 이 분야의 사실상의 표준 이론(de facto standard)인 Dick & Carey 교수와 Gagne 교수의 인지주의 ISD Model을 기반으로 정교한 교수 설계와 코스 맵 설계를 가능하게 함으로써 학습 컨텐츠의 품질 보증 활동을 지원 할 수 있는 도구로 개발하였다. 특히 Linux 기반에서 PHP로 개발 함으로써 Platform에 구애받지 않은 사용 환경을 구현 하였으며 향후 많은 e-Learning Platform에 교수 설계 모듈로 장착 함으로써 기존의 e-Learning Platform들의 가치를 높일 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 생각한다.실징후를 파악하는데 그치지 않고 부실의 원인을 파악하고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 수립하며 그 결과를 측정하는데 활용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 부도예측 정보 중 현금흐름정보를 통하여 '인터넷기업의 미래 현금흐름측정, 부도예측신호효과, 부실원인파악, 비즈니스 모델의 성격규정 등을 할 수 있는가'를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(

Necessity and importance of ethical education for information and communication have been increased, as the age of people who are using internet is lowering progressively. Even though various of text developments and the teacher training to ethical education for information and communication have been done, most teachers and parents of students have been not quite enough satisfied by the ethical education for information and communication in school, society and home. This paper also aims to develop and apply the system of ethical education to each student by presenting suitable ways according to the diagnose to not only students but also teachers and parents of students. After this system applies to students, students could have felt ethical awareness for information and communication and got the information to solve some problems themselves. Futhermore, teachers and parents of students could have felt students' level of awareness and obtained various teaching materials and ways, that is, it has become an opportunity for an efficient ethical education of information and communication.

The objectives of this study are to study and propose the learning elements and it's teaching methods for Information Ethics by expert survey. In recent days, Internet is the new field of our living, but teaching the students in elementary and secondary schools the subject of Information Ethics which purpose is to have positive attitude of utilizing Internet is not properly executed. The first step to teach Information Ethics in schools is to choose the learning elements in Information Ethics. Therefore, this paper is to choose the learning elements and re-arrange them with point of view to elementary and secondary schools. And more, in order to teach the students the learning elements of Information Ethics effectively, we propose the proper teaching methods to the learning elements by teacher's survey. The learning elements and teaching methods in Information Ethics is not the perfect guide to teach students in school, but the output of this study will be the good guide to revise the Information Ethics-related curriculums and product the textbooks about Information Ethics.

오늘날 시대는 컴퓨터 기술과 정보통신기술의 발달로 유비쿼터스 시대와 맞물려 다양한 곳에서 정보통신기술이 활용되고 있으나 그와 더불어 많은 문제점들이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정보통신윤리교육의 필요성을 강조하고 그동안의 교육 현장에서 학생들에게 일방적으로 주입하고 전달하던 교수-학습 형식을 벗어나 학생들이 흥미를 갖고 접근할 수 있도록 정보통신윤리 관련 UCC를 학생들이 직접 제작하여 교수-학습에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 학생들 스스로 능동적이고 자발적으로 학습에 임하여 정보화의 역기능에 적극적으로 대처할 수 있는 태도를 견지하고 올바른 정보통신윤리 의식의 실천의지를 다지며 보다 심화된 정보통신윤리 의식을 함양시킬 수 있을 것이다.

To solve the problems of lack of professional knowledge and teaching method for Information Ethics in the school, In this study we designed a curriculum model on point of students of educational colleges for Information Ethics Education(IEE) in the college that many researchers had mentioned. The contents in IEE curriculum included opinions of them who will be teachers of elementary or middle, high schools in the future. Also, For imbalance of reverse functions-oriented contents of information society in present, In the first, we made up 5 content fields: "In formation Society", "In formation Ethics", "Cyber-Etiquette", "Reverse Functions and Conquest", "Teaching method". In the second, we reflected opinions and demands of active teachers. Finally, In oder to check the validity of curriculum that designed in this study, we had expert group of education examine the validity of IEE curriculum design.

It is not easy to find out well organized teaching and learning methodology as the adverse effects of the internet have made a lot of problems because we realize the importance of the information/cyber ethic education. In this paper, I suggest the teaching and learning process of the information/cyber ethic education as applying the creative problem solving process of the six-step model proposed by A. Osborn and S. Parnes. We divided fifth grade 54 elementary school students into two groups, a experimental group and a control group, and conducted the the teaching and learning experimental methods. The experimental group, conducted educational teaching and learning methods for information ethics education using creative problem solving process, got a better result compared to the other group. It must be one of the systematic approach to lead changes of learners'; recognition, focusing on the ethics problem-solving process.

Rapidly increasing Internet use has brought beneficial developments in many aspects, and it also stimulates elementary students' curiosity and is becoming an important part of entertainment. On the other hand, it is giving rise to some negative results such as violence and delinquent conduct in cyberspace. This study is to find the effects and problems of Information and Communication Ethics education before and after it is carried out by analysing the curriculum of Information texbooks, and to search for new teaching methods for Information and Communication Ethics education.
