A Study on Developing the Enhancement Method for the Reusability of GIS Component (GIS 컴포넌트의 재사용성 향상을 위한 기법 개발 연구)

  • 기존의 구축된 GIS 컴포넌트 혹은 개발 중이거나 향후개발을 목표로 설계단계에 있는 컴포넌트들의 최종 목표는 재사용성과 상호운용성의 가능성 여부이다. 하지만 컴포넌트 개발에 있어 시스템 개발환경의 다양성으로 인하여 그 재활용성은 생각만큼 쉬운 작업이 아니며, 특히 공간정보를 다루고 있는 GIS(Geographic Information System)분야에서의 GIS 컴포넌트 재활용은 전 세계의 산재한 각 데이터형의 포맷, 개발 환경, 운영환경을 고려하여 볼 때 시급한 일임에도 불구하고 그에 대한 노력이 상당히 미진한 실 정 이 다. 본 논문에서는 GIS 애플리케이션을 보다 효율적이고 유용하게 개발하기 위하여 GIS 컴포넌트의 개발과 관리에 이르는 전 과정을 관리 감독할 수 있는 COGIS(Component Oriented Geographic Information System)을 제안하고, COGIS 프로세스의 가이드라인이며 GIS 컴포넌트의 기능적인 면을 정의하기 위한 GCA(GIS based Component Architecture) 아키텍처를 제안하였다. 아울러 GIS 컴포넌트의 메타데이터를 분류 및 정의하여 GIS 컴포넌트의 비 기능적면을 제시하고 이를 이용하여 웹 기반 GIS 컴포넌트 등록/검색 에이전트 시스템을 개발하였으며 기존 GIS 컴포넌트 재사용 및 확장, 신규 컴포넌트의 등록, 검색이 가능하도록 한다. 사례연구로 웹 상에서 산불 발생 위험지수 표출을 위한 GIS 공간 분포도 작성이 쉽게 이루어지도록 2FDRV.avx와 2FDRC.exe 컴포넌트를 개발하였으며, COGIS 프로세스의 컴포넌트 관리방법을 통하여 여러 관련 컴포넌트를 조합함으로써 웹 기반 산불위험지수예보시스템을 구축하였다.입력 근거의 확보’, ‘갱신주체별 역할의 정의 및 유지관리 기준의 설정’, ‘분야별업무 특성을 고려한 관련 기준의 마련 및 타 시스템과 연계되는 항목을 고려한 절차 정의’ 등에 대한 다양한 접근을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 유지관리 모델을 기반으로 각 지자체별로 적절한 컨설팅이 진행되고 이에 따라 담당자의 실천이 이루어진다면 지자체 GIS의 투자대비 효과에 대한 기대는 이상이 아닌 현실로 다가오게 될 것이다.가오게 될 것이다. 동일하게 25%의 소유권을 가지고 있다. ?스굴 시추사업은 2008년까지 수행될 계획이며, 시추작업은 2005년까지 완료될 계획이다. 연구 진행과 관련하여, 공동연구의 명분을 높이고 분석의 효율성을 높이기 위해서 시료채취 및 기초자료 획득은 4개국의 연구원이 모여 공동으로 수행한 후의 결과물을 서로 공유하고, 자세한 전문분야 연구는 각 국의 대표기관이 독립적으로 수행하는 방식을 택하였다 ?스굴에 대한 제1차 시추작업은 2004년 3월 말에 실시하였다. 시추작업 결과, 약 80m의 시추 코아가 성공적으로 회수되어 현재 러시아 이르쿠츠크 지구화학연구소에 보관중이다. 이 시추코아는 2004년 8월 중순경에 4개국 연구팀원들에 의해 공동으로 기재된 후에 분할될 계획이다. 분할된 시료는 국내로 운반되어 다양한 전문분야별 연구에 이용될 것이다. 한편, 제2차 시추작업은 2004년 12월에서 2005년 2월 사이에 실시될 계획이다. 수백만년에 이르는 장기간에 걸쳐 지구환경변화 기록이 보존되어 있는 ?스굴호에 대한 시추사업은 후기 신생대 동안 유라시아 대륙 중부에서 일어난 지구환경 및 기후변화를 이해함과 동시에 이러한 변화가 육상생태계 및 지표지질환경에 미친 영향을 이해하는데 크게 기여할 것이다.

  • 네트워크상에서 발생하는 다양한 형태의 대량의 데이터를 정확하고 효율적으로 분석하기 위해 설계되고 있는 마이닝 시스템들은 목표지향적으로 훈련데이터들을 어떻게 구축하여 다룰 것인지에 대한 문제보다는 대부분 얼마나 많은 데이터 마이닝 기법을 지원하고 이를 적용할 수 있는지 등의 기법에 초점을 두고 있다. 따라서, 점점 더 에이전트화, 분산화, 자동화 및 은닉화 되는 최근의 보안공격기법을 정확하게 탐지하기 위한 방법은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경 내에서 발생 가능한 문제 중 복잡하고 지능화된 침입패턴의 탐지를 위해 데이터 마이닝 기법과 결함허용방법을 이용하는 개선된 학습알고리즘과 후처리 방법에 의한 RTPID(Refinement Training and Post-processing for Intrusion Detection)시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서의 RTPID 시스템은 active learning과 post-processing을 이용하여, 네트워크 내에서 발생 가능한 침입형태들을 정확하고 효율적으로 다루어 분석하고 있다. 이는 기법에만 초점을 맞춘 기존의 데이터마이닝 분석을 개선하고 있으며, 특히 제안된 분석 프로세스를 진행하는 동안 능동학습방법의 장점을 수용하여 학습효과는 높이며 비용을 감소시킬 수 있는 자가학습방법(self learning)방법의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 이는 관리자의 개입을 최소화하는 학습방법이면서 동시에 False Positive와 False Negative 의 오류를 매우 효율적으로 개선하는 방법으로 기대된다. 본 논문의 제안방법은 분석도구나 시스템에 의존하지 않기 때문에, 유사한 문제를 안고 있는 여러 분야의 네트웍 환경에 적용될 수 있다.더욱 높은성능을 가짐을 알 수 있다.의 각 노드의 전력이 위험할 때 에러 패킷을 발생하는 기법을 추가하였다. NS-2 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 실험을 한 결과, 제안한 기법이 AOMDV에 비해 경로 탐색 횟수가 최대 36.57% 까지 감소되었음을 알 수 있었다.의 작용보다 더 강력함을 시사하고 있다.TEX>로 최고값을 나타내었으며 그 후 감소하여 담금 10일에는 $1.61{\sim}2.34%$였다. 시험구간에는 KKR, SKR이 비교적 높은 값을 나타내었다. 무기질 함량은 발효기간이 경과할수록 증하였고 Ca는 $2.95{\sim}36.76$, Cu는 $0.01{\sim}0.14$, Fe는 $0.71{\sim}3.23$, K는 $110.89{\sim}517.33$, Mg는 $34.78{\sim}122.40$, Mn은 $0.56{\sim}5.98$, Na는 $0.19{\sim}14.36$, Zn은 $0.90{\sim}5.71ppm$을 나타내었으며, 시험구별로 보면 WNR, BNR구가 Na만 제외한 다른 무기성분 함량이 가장 높았다.O to reduce I/O cost by reusing data already present in the memory of other nodes.   • Traditional studies for customer relationship management (CRM) generally focus on static CRM in a specific time frame. The static CRM and customer behavior knowledge derived could help marketers to redirect marketing resources fur profit gain at that given point in time. However, as time goes, the static knowledge becomes obsolete. Therefore, application of CRM to an online retailer should be done dynamically in time. Customer-based analysis should observe the past purchase behavior of customers to understand their current and likely future purchase patterns in consumer markets, and to divide a market into distinct subsets of customers, any of which may conceivably be selected as a market target to be reached with a distinct marketing mix. Though the concept of buying-behavior-based CRM was advanced several decades ago, virtually little application of the dynamic CRM has been reported to date. In this paper, we propose a dynamic CRM model utilizing data mining and a Monitoring Agent System (MAS) to extract longitudinal knowledge from the customer data and to analyze customer behavior patterns over time for the Internet retailer. The proposed model includes an extensive analysis about a customer career path that observes behaviors of segment shifts of each customer: prediction of customer careers, identification of dominant career paths that most customers show and their managerial implications, and about the evolution of customer segments over time. furthermore, we show that dynamic CRM could be useful for solving several managerial problems which any retailers may face.

Research on Optimal Deployment of Sonobuoy for Autonomous Aerial Vehicles Using Virtual Environment and DDPG Algorithm (가상환경과 DDPG 알고리즘을 이용한 자율 비행체의 소노부이 최적 배치 연구)

  • In this paper, we present a method to enable an unmanned aerial vehicle to drop the sonobuoy, an essential element of anti-submarine warfare, in an optimal deployment. To this end, an environment simulating the distribution of sound detection performance was configured through the Unity game engine, and the environment directly configured using Unity ML-Agents and the reinforcement learning algorithm written in Python from the outside communicated with each other and learned. In particular, reinforcement learning is introduced to prevent the accumulation of wrong actions and affect learning, and to secure the maximum detection area for the sonobuoy while the vehicle flies to the target point in the shortest time. The optimal placement of the sonobuoy was achieved by applying the Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) algorithm. As a result of the learning, the agent flew through the sea area and passed only the points to achieve the optimal placement among the 70 target candidates. This means that an autonomous aerial vehicle that deploys a sonobuoy in the shortest time and maximum detection area, which is the requirement for optimal placement, has been implemented.

  • This paper presents an innovative load management technique that can effectively lower the summer peak load by adjusting the aircondition loads through smoothe coordinations between utility companies and large customers. An intelligent hierarchical load management system composed of a Central Intelligent Load Management System(CIMS) and multiple Local Intelligent Management Systems(LIMS) is also proposed to implement the reposed technique. Upon receiving a load curtailment request from the utilities, CIMS issues tokens, which can be used by each LIMS as a right to turn on the airconditioner. CIMS creates and maintains a queue for fair allocation of the tokens among the LIMS demanding tokens. By adjusting the number tokens and queue management Policies, desired load factors can be achieved conveniently. The Markov Birth and Death Process and the Balance Equations are employed in estimating various queue performances. The proposed technique is tested using a summer load data of a large apartment complex and proved to be quite effective in load management while minimizing the customer inconveniences.

A Study on the Fluorescence Characteristics of Dye-doped Silica Nanoparticles for Integrated Bio Imaging (융합 바이오 이미징을 위한 염료 도핑 된 실리카 나노입자의 형광 특성에 관한 연구)

  • The functional nanomaterials of fluorescent dye-doped silica nanoparticles(NPs) are applied to bio applications such as bio-labeling of DNA micro-array, and bio-imaging. Organic dye-doped fluorescent silica NPs exhibit excellent bio-compatibility, non-toxic, and highly hydrophilic properties. In this study, organic fluorescent dyes were dissolved in ethanol, and deionized(DI) water. Organic fluorescent dyes were physically adsorbed to silica NPs and chemically doped to silica NPs. The fluorescence characteristics(FLC) was investigated by UV lamp irradiation of 365 nm wavelength. As results, the FLC of dye-doped silica NPs exhibits better than dye-adsorbed silica NPs and the FLC was improved with the increase of concentration of doped-dyes. The fluorescent organic dyes were well dissolved in ethanol than DI water. The photostability of dye-doped silica NPs was superior than pure fluorescent organic dye. The FLC of optimized dye-doped silica NPs would be applied to agent of non-invasive fluorescence bio-imaging in live cell and in vivo.

A Conversational Interactive Tactile Map for the Visually Impaired (시각장애인의 길 탐색을 위한 대화형 인터랙티브 촉각 지도 개발)

  • Visually impaired people use tactile maps to get spatial information about their surrounding environment, find their way, and improve their independent mobility. However, classical tactile maps that make use of braille to describe the location within the map have several limitations, such as the lack of information due to constraints on space and limited feedback possibilities. This study describes the development of a new multi-modal interactive tactile map interface that addresses the challenges of tactile maps to improve the usability and independence of visually impaired people when using tactile maps. This interface adds touch gesture recognition to the surface of tactile maps and enables the users to verbally interact with a voice agent to receive feedback and information about navigation routes and points of interest. A low-cost prototype was developed to conduct usability tests that evaluated the interface through a survey and interview given to blind participants after using the prototype. The test results show that this interactive tactile map prototype provides improved usability for people over traditional tactile maps that use braille only. Participants reported that it was easier to find the starting point and points of interest they wished to navigate to with the prototype. Also, it improved self-reported independence and confidence compared with traditional tactile maps. Future work includes further development of the mobility solution based on the feedback received and an extensive quantitative study.

Enhanced Cross-Layering Mobile IPv6 Fast Handover over IEEE 802.16e Networks in Mobile Cloud Computing Environment (모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 IEEE 802.16e 네트워크에서의 향상된 교차계층 Mobile IPv6 빠른 핸드오버 기법)

  • The main issue in mobile cloud computing is how to support a seamless service to a mobile mode. Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) is a mobility supporting protocol which is standardized by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). Mobile IPv6 fast handovers (FMIPv6) is the extension of MIPv6 which is proposed to overcome shortcomings of MIPv6. Recently, fast handovers for Mobile IPv6 over IEEE 802.16e which is one of broadband wireless access systems has been proposed by the IETF. It was designed for supporting cross-layer fast handover. In this paper, we propose an enhanced cross-layering mobile IPv6 fast handover over IEEE 802.16e networks. In our scheme, a new access router generates a new address for the mobile node by using a layer 2 trigger. We utilize a layer 2 message which is sent from a new base station to the new access router in order to inform the new access router of information of the mobile node. A previous access router sends a binding update message to the mobile node's home agent when it acquires the new address of the mobile node. We evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme compared with the existing schemes in terms of the signaling cost and the handover latency. From the results, we observe that the proposed scheme can support fast handover effectively over IEEE 802.16e networks than existing schemes.

Realtime Strategy Generation System using Case-based Reasoning (사례기반 추론을 이용한 실시간 전술 생성 시스템 설계)

  • Case-based reasoning is an efficient method to find solutions for new problems by using past cases after appropriate changes. It is widely used in everyday life because it resembles the way human acts. In this paper, we propose a military system that generates the most appropriate tactics for CGF (Computer Generated Forces) by utilizing past practices. It indeed applies case-based reasoning at the process of armed conflict. When the CGF squad on a mission, they will be given an action plan to reach the final goal. In the process of executing, tactics for specific action should be organized such as attacks, ambushes, and tactical moves. By using the proposed method, tactics were generated by case-based reasoning. The proposed system successfully receives input through each command and control agent, measures the degree of similarity with the case in case DB, selects the most similar case, modifies, uses, and then stores it for next time.

  • UP Link is One of the commercial product which converts HTML to HDML convertor in order to show the internet www contents in the mobile environments. When UP browser accesses HTML pages, the agent in the UP Link controls the converter to change the HTML to the HDML, I-Mode, which is developed by NTT-Docomo of Japan, has many contents through the long and stable commercial service. Micro Explorer, which is developed by Stinger project, also has many additional function. In this paper, we designed and implemented WAP convertor which can accept C-HTML contents and mHTML contents. C-HTML format by I-Mode is a subset of HTML format, mHTML format by ME is similar to C-HTML, So the content provides can easily develop C-HTML contents compared with WAP and the other case. Since C-HTML, mHTML and WML are used under the mobile environment, the limited transmission capacity of one page is also similar. In order to make a match table. After that, we apply conversion algorithm on it. If we can not find matched element, we arrange some tags which only can be supported by WML to display in the best shape. By the result, we can convert over 90% contents.
