The objective of this study is to analyze control factors in protecting activities of business information that affects the effects of protecting leaks of industrial secretes during business security works in the ranks of staffs. A regression analysis was implemented by 36 items of protecting activities of information and 10 items of preventing industrial secretes for a total of 354 users and managers who use internal information systems in governments, public organizations, and civilian enterprises. In the recognition of protecting activities of business information that affects the prevention of controlling industrial secretes, clerks showed recognitions in physical control, environmental control, and human resource control, and software control and assistant chiefs showed recognitions in hardware control and environmental control. Also, ranks of department managers and higher levels represented recognitions in security control activities. It showed that clerks, assistant chiefs, and above department managers show effects of technical control factors on protecting activities of industrial secretes but section chiefs represent system control factors in preventing industrial secretes.

In this study, we explored consumers' the privacy attitudes and Internet activities on the expectations of the fourth industrial revolution. Furthermore, we examined the moderating effect of Internet activities between the privacy attitudes and the expectations of the fourth industrial revolution. Research data are 2018 Korea media panel survey provided by Korea Information Society Development Institute. As a result, concerns about privacy were negative on the expectations of the fourth industrial revolution. Consumer's internet activities had a positive effect on the expectations of the fourth industrial revolution. Concerns about privacy have a negative effect on the expectations of the fourth industrial revolution, but active internet activities have mitigated it or turned it into a positive. This study will contribute as basic data for more active responses in the economic structure facing the 4th industrial revolution.

휴대용 컴퓨터의 보급이 확산됨에 따라 이들을 장소에 상관없이 컴퓨터망에 연결시키는 수단으로 무선 LAN의 사용이 확산되고 있으나 무선 LAN 서비스는 전파라는 무선매체를 사용함으로써 정보도용의 가능성이 높으며 감시도 어렵다는 특징을 가지므로 정보보호가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.11 표준안 및 IEEE 802.lleS 초안에서 제시하는 무선 LAN의 정보보호기술인 ESN, WEP, AES 및 SMIB에 관하여 기술한다.

산업이 발전함에 따라 타인의 아이디어에 대한 가치가 점점 높게 인정되고 있다. 아이디어는 지식재산권으로 보호가 될 수 있으며, 특히 발명에 대한 아이디어는 특허로 보호된다. 특허법상 요건에 맞는 발명은 특허권으로 보호될 수 있고, 특허권으로 보호되는 발명은 특허권자만이 실시할 수 있는 독점적인 지위가 인정된다. 기업들은 새롭게 개발한 기술을 특허권으로 보호하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는데, 이러한 특허가 기업의 매출에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하기 위해 다양한 연구들이 계속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소기업이 개발한 새로운 기술에 대한 특허취득활동이 기업의 매출과 같은 경영성과와 기업이 속한 기술분야에서 시장점유율에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하고, 시장점유율 상승이 기업의 매출증진에 매개효과를 일으킬 것인지, 기업이 속한 산업분류가 특허취득활동의 경영성과 등에 미치는 영향에 조절효과를 일으킬 것인지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 특허취득활동이 시장점유율과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 아울러 특허취득활동이 시장점유율과 경영성과에 미치는 영향력이 산업분류에 의해 조절되는지 여부과 시장점유율이 경영성과에 미치는 매개효과를 조사하였다.

This study aims to analyze problems and deduce improvement plans for information security support policies for SMEs in Korea. To this end, an effective support policy necessary for reinforcing cyber safety nets to enhance the level of information security of domestic SMEs based on the analysis results by analyzing the status and problems of the previous research review and analysis, the current status of information security of SMEs and the information security support policies of major SMEs at home and abroad. I would like to suggest improvement measures. Reinforcement of awareness, legal basis, voluntary capacity building, joint response system, professional manpower and budget support, cyber security construction, untact era support, and regional strategic industry security internalization were suggested. This can be used as the government's information security support policy to raise the level of information security of SMEs in preparation for the post Covid19.

본 연구에서는 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 문화산업이 제주 지역 경제에 미치는 영향에 대한 파급효과를 보기 위하여 산업연관분석 기법 및 AHP 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 제주문화산업에 대한 현황 및 문제점을 분석하여 Porter의 가치사슬 (value chain) 모형을 토대로 지역발전전략으로서 지식기반 제주문화산업의 육성방안을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 문화산업에 대한 투자가 지역경제에 소득유발효과, 고용창출효과 및 타 산업으로의 전?후방 연계효과 등이 강한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 소득유발효과와 고용창출효과 등의 파급효과로 인한 제주지역 경제를 활성화시키기 위하여 기식기반 문화산업을 육성하여야 할 것이다.

산업안보위협은 개인 또는 전·현직자의 이익을 위해 다양한 경로를 통해 지속적으로 산업기술들을 유출하였지만, 최근에 는 국가에서 지원하는 사이버 공격자 그룹을 활용하여 신기술을 탈취하려는 목적의 사이버공격을 감행하고 있어 현재 산업체뿐만 아니라, 국가경제의 손실이 매우 크다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보탈취를 목적으로 하는 국가 배후 해킹조직의 침투 경로 및 공격 단계와 국가핵심기술 유출 사례와 연계하여 MITRE사(社) ATT&CK 프레임워크를 활용하여 산업기술위협에 대응할 수 있는 기술을 소개 한다.

산업 제어 시스템은 사회 기반 시설이나 산업체의 설비를 감시하고 제어하는 시스템을 의미한다. 제어시스템의 효율적 관리를 위해 상용 기술과의 유사성이 증가함에 따라 기존 정보시스템들이 가지는 보안 취약점 또한 수반하게 되었다. 따라서 제어시스템에 대한 침해사고 또한 증가하게 되었으며, 우리나라의 경우 대표적으로 한수원 해킹 사건이 있다. 이렇듯 기반시설에 대한 침해 사고가 늘어나 산업제어시스템 보안에 대한 중요성이 강조되면서 국내외로 제어시스템 보안 표준이 제정 개정되고 있다. 특히, NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800 series 와 같은 표준은 매년 또는 격년마다 개정이 되는 등 매우 활발히 변화하는 사이버 위협에 적극적으로 대응하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2006년부터 현재까지 발생한 주요 침해 사고에 대해 알아보고, 동 기간 내 국제 표준 동향 및 국내 정보보호 관리체계를 조사한다. 이를 통해 국내 정보보호 관리체계의 구체적인 문제점을 파악하여 보다 나은 산업제어시스템의 안전성을 확보하고자 한다.
