기존의 지식공유에 관한 연구들은 KMS를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 그러나 최근에는 폐쇄적 성격을 가진 KMS 뿐만 아니라 개방적인 성격의 인터넷 공간에서도 지식 공유활동이 활발하게 일어나고 있다. 네이버의 지식인, 포털 사이트들의 지식공유 공간들은 그 중요한 예가 될 것이다. 이런 인터넷 공간에서의 지식공유에 행동에 대한 연구는 미비하기 때문에 이에 대한 연구가 필요한다. 본 연구에서는 이런 상황들은 고찰하여 사회적자본 이론(Social Capital Theory)과 자기표현 개념을 중심으로, 인터넷 지식공유에 미치는 영향 요인들을 밝히고자 시도하였다. 실증분석을 위해서 구조모형을 제안하였으며 PLS를 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과적으로 사회적자본과 자기표현은 지식공유의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Due to recent growth in IT industry along with the expansion of smartphone, we came to connect to the Internet wherever and whenever we are. However, this causes negative side effects, though. One of them is a rapid increase of the financial crimes such as the Phishing and the SMishing. There have been many on-going researches about crimes such as Phishing and SMishing to protect users. However, the study about sharing knowledge on SNS to prevent such a crime can be hardly found. Based on social identity theory, we conduct the research about factors on SNS users' intention to share the information security knowledge on SNS. As a result, we found that knowledge provision self-efficacy has a significant impact on self-expression. In addition, it also found out self-expression, awareness about information security and the sense of belonging have a significant impact respectively on the intention to share the information security knowledge on SNS. On the other hand, the altruism didn't have a significant impact to the intention to share information security knowledge on SNS. With this research as a starting point, it seems necessary to expand its range to all types of online community in the future for the generalization of the hypotheses.

Advances in technology have made it easier for organizations to share information and collaborate. However, collaboration systems where multiple entities share and access information are vulnerable to security. The concept of Software Bill Of Materials (SBOM) has emerged as a way to strengthen information security by identifying and transparently managing the components of software programs. To promote the adoption of SBOM in Korea, this study investigated the intention to use of collaboration system managers. This study was based on the theory of planned behavior and the integrated technology acceptance theory. The results of this study confirmed that performance expectations from SBOM adoption were an important variable for intention to use, and positive attitudes toward security also had an indirect effect through performance expectations. We found that SBOM adoption has an important causal relationship with performance due to the fact that it is targeted at enterprises, and that positive attitudes toward security and social climate can have a strong effect on intention to use.

사용자 참여, 개방, 공유를 기반으로 하는 웹2.0 환경 하에서 보다 효율적이고 합법적으로 UCC(User Created Contents)가 제작, 공유, 유통되기 위한 저작권 시스템으로서, CCL(Creative Commons License)이 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 그러나, UCC에 CCL메타데이터를 직접 첨부하지 않는 기존의 CCL어노테이션 방식은 의도적으로 또는 비의도적으로 UCC와 CCL메타데이터가 분리될 수 있는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 그 결과, UCC로부터 분리되어진 저작권관련정보는 변경 또는 분실되어 추후에 저작권분쟁의 원인이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 RDF와 XMP를 기반으로 CCL메타데이터를 이미지 컨텐츠에 직접 부착하는 방법을 제안하고 이를 지원하기 위한 어노테이션 지원도구(CCL-MASTer)를 개발하였다. 본 연구결과는, 기존의 어노테이션 기법의 문제점을 해결하고 다양하고 풍부한 CCL메타데이터의 효율적인 어노테이션을 가능케 하여 UCC 저작권분쟁 해결방안 및 UCC와 UCC관련 CCL메타데이터의 생성과 검색 등의 토대가 된다.

In a world of uncertainty and complexity, leadership is essential to lead collaborative and positive interactions among employees. In other words, if members share opinions and work through voluntary leadership, they will respond more effectively to uncertain challenges and get closer to the targeted management performance. Therefore, in this study, we would like to elucidate the importance of shared leadership, which has recently become an issue. We will examine the impact of shared leadership on team efficacy, team organizational citizenship behavior, and turnover intention. A survey was conducted among members working in a team organization in Busan, and the results were as follows. First, the effects of shared leadership on team efficacy were found to have significant positive(+) effects, such as the hypotheses set at planning and organizing 0.202(C.R.=2.853), problem solving 0.463(C.R.=5.620), support and caring 0.237(C.R.=3.326), and development and mentoring 0.366(C.R.=5.132), respectively. Second, the effects of team efficacy on team organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention were 0.545(C.R.=5.895) and -0.143(C.R.=-0.817), respectively, and team efficacy was found to have a positive(+)positive(+) effect on team organizational citizenship behavior, but team efficacy did not have a significant effect on turnover intention.

P2P 어플리케이션은 일대일 통신 흑은 그룹간의 공동 작업에 많이 사용된다. 이러한 어플리케이션은 메시지 전송 및 파일 데이터의 공유기능을 가지고 있어 신뢰할 수 있는 상대방과의 통신을 전제로 하고 있다. 하지만 사용자의 의도에 따라 혹은 의도하지 않는 경우로 인하여 상대방과 그룹 전체에 악영향을 미칠 위험성도 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 일대일 혹은 그룹간의 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 통신을 위해 보안성을 지닌 P2P 어플리케이션을 설계해 보았다.

온라인 커뮤니티는 사용자들의 상호작용을 기반으로 생성된 컨텐츠(member-generated content)를 그 핵심가치로 제시하고 있으며, 이용자들은 소통의 장으로써 온라인 커뮤니티 내에서 정보획득, 교육자료 공유 등 다양한 혜택을 누릴 수 있다. 최근 2년 페이스북과 카카오스토리, 밴드 등과 같은 대표적인 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS) 이용자 수가 감소한 반면, 온라인 커뮤니티만 상승세를 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 여자고등학생들을 대상으로 고등학생들의 온라인커뮤니티 이용 실태와 이용하는 의도를 살펴보고자 한다. 연구를 위해 정보품질, 커뮤니티 정보의 신뢰성, 학습 혜택, 사회적 혜택, 자아존중감 혜택, 쾌락적 혜택, 경제적 혜택, 신뢰, 몰입 그리고 지속사용의도와 관련된 설문을 실시하였다.

The main channels of the financial industry are rapidly changing to mobile. In this environment, banks are focusing on information and communication technology to secure their competitiveness, and rapid innovation is being pursued especially in the payment settlement sector. In October 2019, Korea also introduced open banking services to accelerate the financial innovation, such as the open conversion of financial settlement networks and the expansion of the use of simple payments. In this paper, an empirical study was conducted on the effect of domestic open banking quality factors on usage intention. The service quality factors for open banking were classified into interface design, innovation, security, and data sharing, and the technology acceptance model (TAM) was used to verify whether it has a significant effect on perceived convenience, usefulness and intention to use. According to the analysis results, while innovation and security did not have a significant effect on convenience and usefulness, interface design and data sharing were found to have an effect on perceived convenience. The results would provide implications for some quality issues for companies seeking to introduce open banking services as well as for the related academic arena.

In this study, in order to find out how the quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the importance of IT security which had been recently emerged by including the security in the system, information and service is considered as the factors of information system quality. To verify how the information system quality affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the study was conducted with expanded information system by classifying the technology acceptance model with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and classifying user intention with acceptance and utilization whether user had only acceptance intention or both acceptance and utilization intentions. The study results are as follows. First, the hypothesis that quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model significantly was partially adopted. Second, the hypothesis that the technology acceptance model affected user intention significantly was adopted.

The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement tool for the quality of information commons. Information commons is a physical, technological, social, and intellectual place where library users can experience various educational, research, and cultural activities. It is recently gaining popularity and several libraries have implemented it to help users share knowledge and interact with each other. It also intends to provide a place for collaboration, learning, and rest. Despite its benefits and usefulness, there is no measurement tool explicitly designed for the quality of information commons. This study used in-depth personal interview, compared prior studies, and conducted a pilot study to elicit library users' perceptions on information commons and factors influencing on the perceived quality of information commons. Groups of initial items were emerged through classifying and clustering key concepts in the data. Then, the validity of the items were verified through a pilot study. The findings of this study will be useful for developing more reliable and valid survey measurement tool.
