This paper presents are experimental investigation to figure out slamming impact pressure and flow characteristics of a wedge type structure in free fall. The flow field has been obtained by 2-frame grey level cross correlation PIV(Particle Image Velocimetry) method, the impact presure of free fall structure by a pressure acquisition system apply to Dewetron system. The angles between a model and the free surface are adapted $15^{\circ}$, $25^{\circ}$, $35^{\circ}$ and $45^{\circ}$ respectively. Velocity field of water exit has higher better than water entry. The impact pressure under the bottom of the model ha been appeared higher values at 15 degrees than 45 degrees, and also at P1.

119 Integrated Emergency Management System, 119 IEMS hereinafter, is specialized command and control system for fire H.Q., that supports effective response activity at Fire, Rescue, and First Aids; it covers the emergency call taking, dispatch command delivery and situation control after dispatch command. While the efficiency of emergency response activity of call-taker and dispatcher is directly linked to the capability of qualified response in protecting the life and properties at real-time emergency condition, there is not any similar simulator system that can be used for training purposes for newly allocated personnel or beginner of emergency call taking and dispatch activity - 119 IEMS in fire H.Q. is the operation system that cannot be shared with other purposes, and they're highly expensive ICT system and infrastructure to be used as training and education. 119 Integrated Emergency Management Simulator System, 119 IEMS Simulator, was developed to be utilized in low cost for the training of 119 emergency call taker and dispatcher, and it can be used in training of various types of disaster and emergency handling, spans to emergency call taking, dispatch command, and field report and situation control after dispatch command.

This study aims to shed light on the relationship between information official disclosure and records management in the local government's authority regulations. To that end, analyzed 337 local autonomy laws found in ELIS and the Ministry of Office of Legislation. As a result, it found a link between the 'Public Records Act' in terms of 'records preservation (making minutes)', 'information disclosure procedures for transferred records,' and claims receiving department. 'Record keeping (written minutes)' was similar to that of the 'Public Records Act,' and the 'Claims Receiving Department' mentioned 'Record Management Department.' However, the 'Claims Reception Department' had a strong characteristic of the civil service department, and the 'Public Record Act' did not specify the clause in terms of 'minutes of the minutes.' The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of health services that satisfy chronic musculoskeletal patients in the northern part of Gyeong-buk, South Korea. One hundred and seven chronic musculoskeletal patients who had visited a clinic in Gyeong-buk were recruited for this study. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey administered from May 7 to June 6, 2012. The collected data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this research are as follows. The chronic musculoskeletal patients' satisfaction was determined by the "physical therapist's explanation," "registration process," "home exercise," "respect from staff," and whether the physical therapist and staff "listened to concerns." The chronic musculoskeletal patients' likely to revisit is strongly related to "physical therapist's explanation," "registration process," and "up-to-date equipment." Therefore, it is very important for clinics to improve the quality of the "physical therapist's explanation," "registration process," "respect from staff," "informed consent," "up-to-date equipment," and "home exercise." Furthermore, it is expected that the outcomes of this study will contribute to the customer satisfaction of chronic musculoskeletal patients in clinics.

Medical robot has four fields. Surgery assistant robot, robotic surgery, Surgery Simulator, rehabilitation robot. Thus, medical robots is often high precision and reliability requirements for operations are being developed. Medical service robot's another sector is care for service robots. Care services robot is the hospital's reception work and biometric data acquisition of patients, the hospital in location and content information provide to patients. But now medical service robot practical acceptance process failed to progress. In this paper were the medical service robot systems design and implementation. Implemented the robot system is using the standard protocols for the exchange of medical information and can be linked with hospital information system. The hospital's patient reception and processing, to provide care waiting number information.

This paper proposes a method for counting function point using goal and scenario based requirements. Function Point is a software sizing method and widely used as a basis to estimate software development cost. Requirements elicitation and analysis should be performed before function point analysis but function point analysis method doesn't deal with requirements elicitation and analysis. For that reason, Function point extraction method from existing requirements method is needed and if the requirements method has advantage for traceability and elicitation, it is suitable for managing cost. Goal and scenario method is widely used as requirements elicitation and analysis. It has also good traceability. Therefore, this paper discusses a method for extracting function point from requirements text gathered using the goal and scenario based requirements elicitation technique. The proposed method aims to establish and maintain traceability between function point and requirements text. Text based function point extraction guidance rules have been developed. The proposed methodology has been applied to Order Processing System development.
