The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of learning space Servicescape on the user satisfaction level and continuance intention and to identify moderating effect of the learning activity. The six Servicescape factors are selected after literature review and in-depth interviews; cleanliness, comfort, convenience, aesthetics, accessibility, and flexibility. The online survey is given to the university students at four-year private universities in Seoul metropolitan area. The result shows that among the learning space Servicescape factors, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and accessibility have a significant impact on the user's satisfaction and the user's satisfaction response determines the continuance intention to the learning space. It is also found that the factors of cleanliness and comfort have a negative moderating effect on user satisfaction. This study implies that the result provides methods to develop the space arrangement for university libraries that provide the better-support to students' learning experience.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the conditions of disability facilities in universities and to improve disability facilities for disabled students. First, we selected six universities in Jeollabukdo and categorized their accommodations into exterior connection facilities, interior facilities, sanitation facilities, guidance facilities, and other facilities. We evaluated their fidelity to guidelines on accommodations under the convenience enhancement act for students with disabilities. The physical environment of the universities generally did not fit the guidelines, and they did not provide an appropriate environment for students because of inconvenient utilization and lack of management, even though they were equipped. Universities should make a greater effort to improve and expand the accommodations to establish a consumer-centered higher-education environment. This can be done by universal design and enhancing the fidelity for an advanced higher-education environment and students with disabilities.

This study identifies visible/invisible factors and analyzes facilities, structure, and visible perceptive contents in the aspects of operation and efficiency with a focus on the interfaces between interior design of the subway and users. More specifically, it diagnoses the requirements and empirically presents improvements. As the interior design in the subway trains is fur the public reflecting the value, consciousness, and behaviors of users, it should be approached through the application of the concept of universal design that considers the potential needs and psychological satisfaction of users. In arranging the indoor of the vehicles, the conditions for the facilities should be specified through the interdisciplinary approach from professional fields including ergonomics and psychology, the path of flow should be induced through the use of space and the analysis of passengers' behaviors, an integrated planning should be re-established, and continuous evaluations of basic guidelines, manuals, and requirements should be made.

Smart phones mixed with mobile devices and computers are biggest change of information technology and user-installed applications of them provide various information and services which were only possible on PC and Internet in the past. They are expected to be used by ten million people in 2011 and people with disabilities can get easily information and location of disabled facilities using them. In this paper, we design a mobile information service system for person with disabilities, which provides various information and location of disabled facilities. We build information of disabled facilities using acquisition information through existing web sites and provide location based service with user's location.

본 논문에서는 외국인을 대상으로 보다 쉽고 재미있게 우리말을 배울 수 있도록 도와주는 교육용 앱 소프트웨어를 제안한다. 이 앱에서는 사용자가 입력한 문장을 형태소 분석하여 용언 및 서술어를 중심으로 어형 및 문형의 올바른 사용법을 제시함으로써, 우리말의 용법을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 제안한 방법을 음성인식을 활용한 스마트폰 앱으로 개발함으로써 사용자의 접근성 및 편의성을 높였다.

This study deals with the technical approach related to the protection of digital video contents copyright, which has currently become a major issue in the digital contents market. With the production and distribution of digital video contents rapidly increasing, various policies and technical approaches are being made in relation to the protection of intellectual property rights. The technical approach from a DRM (Digital Rights Management) perspective was made from various angles, but its limitations have also been exposed in terms of convenience and quality. In this study, rather than the existing encoding certification and watermark technologies, it introduces technical approaches from a content-based copy detection method, while suggesting a copy detection method using the representative color sequence. In particular, this study takes into consideration the distribution environment of the domestic video market and deals with the technical approach in a direction that can control the illegal distribution of high quality videos.

Using a stochastic cost frontier approach(SCFA), this paper annually estimates the efficiency and productivity with same data in the papers which analyze the efficiency and productivity using data envelopment analysis(DEA) to compare the results and suggest the political findings of raising the efficiency and productivity for three publicly-owned rail transit properties. the Seoul Subway Corporation (SSC), the Seoul Metropolitan Electrified Railways Sector of Korea National Railroad (SMESRS) and the Busan Urban Transit Authority (BUTA). The results show that the results of SCFA are higher than DEA for efficiency and lower for productivity in that DEA regards the stochastic error and measurement error as the inefficiency contrary to SFCA. But the political findings from these results appears to be similar as follows. First, the productivity of the three properties should be first improved by using existing technologies efficiently and then by introducing new ones. Second, the three properties should improve the technical efficiency through reducing input quantities to raise their efficiency. Finally, all the three components of the productivity such as productive efficiency change, technical change, and scale change should be considered to evaluate their productivity more correctly.

The purpose of this paper is to empirically examine whether there are significant relations among rankings of cross-efficiency, web accessibility, and website evaluation. For this purpose, the study uses the KWAH-4 method developed by the Web Accessibility Laboratory in Korea, website evaluation method developed by the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), and the cross-efficiency model for 13 Asian container seaports including Korean, Chinese, and Japanese main ports in 3 years (2009, 2010, and 2013) using data for two cases: three inputs (depth, total area, and number of crane) and one output (TEU) in the first case and three inputs and two outputs (TEU and BDC overall score) in the second case. The main empirical results are as follows. First, the ranking orders of cross-efficiency, web accessibility, and website evaluation overall scores are not significantly correlated with each other. Second, if the BDC overall score is included in the output element, the correlation results are improved. However, the correlation coefficient is still low. The container port policy planners should introduce and consider the web accessibility and website evaluation scores when evaluating an efficiency-increasing plan for Korea's main container ports.

최근 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래(e-commerce)가 확산되면서 많은 편의를 제공하고 있다. 하지만, 인터넷을 통한 거래는 개인정보의 유출이나 주문 및 지불 정보의 유출 등의 취약점들에 대한 보안상의 요구를 만족하면서도 사용자들이 접근하기 쉽고 사용하기 편리해야 한다는 점에서 이중적인 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 전자상거래에서 사용되고 있는 보안 프로토콜들의 문제점들을 분석하고 이를 보완한 새로운 보안 프로토콜을 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 프로토콜을 정형검증 툴인 AVISPA를 이용하여 명세 및 검증함으로써 안전성을 검증한다.

In this study, the facilities, educational program, and exhibition for students with disabilities in science museums were investigated. To do this, 19 science museums in Korea were surveyed by reviewing information and visiting investigation including interview. Facilities for access in consideration of the disabled were measured and found to averaged at 84.3 points well within the legal standard of 100 points. There were 11 moving science classes in which students with difficulties in accessing the museum can participate, but educational programs for the disabled were executed in 2 science museums. Exhibition in most science museum focused on basic science and dynamic operation, however there were little consideration for the disabled except for guides in braille and voice. In general, the facilities and educational program in science museum for students with disabilities were insufficient, but there are some possibilities to supplement by modifying the guide for the disabled or enlarging the educational program to include the disabled.
