과속차량 단속카메라에 촬영된 차량 전면 영상은 차량번호를 인식하여 과속차량에 과금하는 용도로 사용되나 범죄 용의자 차량을 추적하기 위한 용도로도 사용되어진다. 본 연구에서는 국소특징점의 정합을 이용하여 차량 모델을 찾는 방법을 넘어서 실시간으로 차량 모델을 찾기 위한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 입력된 영상에 대하여 차량의 모델을 특징지을 수 있는 헤드라이트를 포함한 차량의 그릴 영역을 관심영역으로 제한하고 관심영역에서 추출된 특징점들을 모델 특징벡터 데이터베이스의 자료와 비교하는 방법 을 사용하였다. 입력 영상의 크기 변화와 조명 변화에 강인한 SURF 국소특징점을 이용한 매칭 방법은 차량 모델을 찾는데 적합하나 선형적으로 탐색하는데 시간이 오래걸린다. 따라서 블러를 사용하여 차량 이미지에서 추출되는 특징점들의 수를 매칭이 가능한 수준으로 낮추는 방법으로 모델 자료로부터 탐색에 필요한 시간을 단축시켰다. 또한 모델 자료를 구조화하여 탐색시간을 줄이는 방법들을 비교하여 LSH 를 사용한 결과 차량 모델을 탐색하는데 필요한 시간이 단축됨을 보였다.

본 연구는 2005 년 8월 7 일 22시 58분경 전북 00시 00면 00리 고센농장(축사내 작업장용도 건물)에서 발생한 화재현장을 대상으로 화재조사 및 감식을 하여 그 원인을 규명하고자 하였다. 조사 결과 화재는 축사(돈사)와 같이 붙어있는 작업장용도의 공간에서 발생하였으며, 그곳엔 무쏘차량과 5톤 트럭, 페이로더를 주차시켜 놓았으며, 화재는 안쪽에 있는 무쏘차량과 5톤 트럭의 운전석부위가 소실되고, 입구 우측에 적재해 두었던 사료통 및 사일로가 탄화된 화재로 5톤 차량 옆에 주차되어있던 스키로더는 탄화되지 않은 점, 무쏘차량과 5톤 차량은 4M정도 떨어져 있었으며 각기 다른 3곳의 발화지점이 있는 점, 소유자는 3개월 전부터 금연을 하였다고 진술하였으나 현장에서 1 회용 라이터가 발견된 점, 작업장 안의 차량은 키가 꽂혀 있었고, 평소에 차량의 문을 잠그지 않았다고 진술한 점, 농장은 문이 개방되어 있고 도로에서 떨어져 있어(150M 정도) 일반인의 접근이 용이하지 않으며, 화재현장에서는 화원이 될만한 개연성을 가진 것이 식별되지 않은 점, 각각 3곳에서 단독 발화한 것이 식별된 점 등 상기 감식내용을 종합해 보면 미상의 화원에 의한 인위적인 화재(방화)로 추정된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' openness to diversity on career preparation behavior, unlearning, and the mediating effect of unlearning. The survey questionnaire was distributed to 258 university students and SPSS 22.O program was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follows: First, openness to diversity has a positive effect on career preparation behavior and unlearning. Second, unlearning also has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Third, unlearning has a partial mediating effect between openness to diversity and career preparation behavior. These results show that the more students enhance their openness to diversity and unlearning, the more students develop their career preparation behavior.

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' major satisfaction on career preparation behavior and the mediating effect of openness to diversity. The survey questionnaire was distributed to 182 university students and SPSS 23.0, AMOS 23.0 program was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follows: First, major satisfaction has a positive effect on openness to diversity and career preparation behavior. Second, openness to diversity has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Third, openness to diversity has a partiall mediating effect between major satisfaction and career preparation behavior. These results show that the more students enhance their major satisfaction and openness to diversity, the more students enhance their career preparation behavior.

This study aims to quantitatively assess collection and circulation data of one small library in an area where multicultural users are concentrated and draw policy implications on improving multicultural services for public libraries. The Ansan Multicultural Small Library was selected for examining the library's collection and circulation usages from 2016 to 2022. The numbers of collection and circulation, collection turnover rates and use factors were calculated by year, language, and KDC subject. The result of this study presents the empirical evidence drawn from users' circulation usage, which can be a basis for leading to valid collection development and multicultural service policies.

1970년도의 서울시 대기오염을 조사하기 위해서 광화문을 기점으로 하여 4km$^{2}$를 1구획으로한 164개 구획으로 한 164개 구획중 25개 지점을 조사지점(Fig.1)으로 하여 SO$_{2}$, SO$_{3}$및 분진을 시험한 성적은 Table II~Table III과 같으며 이들 25개 지점을 도시의 용도별, 지역별로 구분하여, 공업지역 4개지점, 상업지역 5개지점, 주택지역 13개지점, 녹지지역 3개지점으로 구분하여 고찰하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' openness to diversity on learning agility, career decision level and the mediating effect of learning agility. The survey questionnaire was distributed to 215 university students who are majoring in airline cabin service management and SPSS 23.0, AMOS 23.0 program was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follows: First, openness to diversity has a positive effect on learning agility. Second, learning agility has a positive effect on career decision level. Third, learning agility has a full mediating effect between openness to diversity and career decision level. These results show that the more students enhance their openness to diversity and learning agility, the more students enhance their career decision level.

Building use classification is classified the building types according to the similar structure, the goal of the use, and its shape. The important reason of building use classification is that building restrictions are applied according to building use classifications. But there are a lot of confusion because the building use classification is regulated not only by the Building Act but also by the several individual Act. Particularly in the large-scaled, high-raised and complex building construction, it is very important to remain the consistency of the building use classification between the Building Act and the Fire-Fighting System Act for safety of occupants. So the purpose of this study is to suggests the improve direction of the building use classifications through the comparative analysis of the Building Act and the Fire-Fighting System Act.

공업기술의 발전에 따라 전동기의 용도도 다양화되고 기계의 기진 정상 정전에서 역전으로 바꾸는것을 기계적 방법보다 전동기의 기동제동 plugging운전방법으로 이송할 때 기계의 고효율화, 기구의 간소화가 된다. 그러나 이러한 다송운전이 빈번할 때 일반전동기로서는 신뢰도가 문제가 되므로, 이 용도에 적합한 특성을 가지는 운동기를 개정함으로서 신뢰도가 높도록 해야 한다. 이런 종류의 용도로 사용되는 용형전동기로서는 특성상 기동 Torque, 가속 Torque가 크고 단시간에 기동하며 Plugging에 적합하고 Dynamic Brake에도 지장이 없어야 하며, 온도상승의 점에서는 기동중에 1차동손이 적고 2차고저항인것이 요구된다. 또 구조상에서는 Inertia가 작으며 급속한 기동이 제일 먼저 요구된다. 만약 기동중에 발열하는 부분의 열용량이 크며 부하 Inertia도 커서 기동시간이 수10초를 걸린다면 국부적으로 대단히 높은 온도상승을 하게 되고, 가혹한 Plugging운전을 하는 경우는 열적 및 기계적으로 고도의 신뢰성이 요구된다. 이에 적합한 Cycle Starting Motor를 시작하여 본 결과를 경험을 토대로 다목적으로 연구검토하여 여기에 소개하고자 한다.
