In copyright dispute on software, appraisal procedure is needed, which is regarded as an implementation of the right to fast trial. Considering that, in practice, there has been a long discussion of attempting to operate the software appraisal as a summary procedure. This was done usually by reducing the resources devoted to the summary procedure, however, this way inevitably makes difference in a result obtained through the procedure. Therefore, this research reviewed the previous operation of summary procedure in software appraisal, focusing on intrinsic nature of the summary procedure and role of software appraisal in the trial process.

정보 시스템 개발은 크게 계획, 분석, 설계, 구축의 네 단계로 이루어진다. 이중 사용자 요구사항을 파악하는 분석 단계는 시스템개발 수명주기에 있어 가장 큰 비중을 갖는다. 또한 수명주기의 초기 단계에서 발견되지 못한 결점은 개발이 진행될수록 수정하는데 많은 비용과 노력을 필요로 하게 되어 분석 결과물의 품질은 전체 시스템 품질에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 분석 단계의 주요 작업은 데이터 모델링과 프로세스 모델링이다. 이중 데이터 모델리을 위한 지식베이스 시스템 개발에 대한 노력은 기존 연구에서 수행되어 왔으나 프로세스 모델링을 위한 지식베이스 시스템에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 특히 최근 User Interaction이 많은 시스템이 점점 증가하고 있는 추세에 적합한 프로세스 모델링 방법과 지식베이스에 대한 연구가 필요하다.이 연구에서는 사용자 상호작용이 많은 시스템 환경에서의 프로세스 모델링을 위한 절차를 제안하고, 제안된 절차를 효과적으로 지원하고 결과물의 품질을 보증하기 위한 지식베이스 시스템을 구축한다. 모델은 다음의 주요 작업들로 구성된다: 이벤트 분석, 프로세스 분석, 이벤트/프로세스 상호작용 분석. 이벤트 분석은 영향을 주는 이벤트와 그로 인해 수행되어야 하는 업무 절차(Response)를 파악한다. 프로세스 분석은 이벤트 분석과는 독립적으로 수행되며 상위 수준의 업무부터 최하위 수준의 프로세스까지 도출한다. 이벤트/프로세스 상호작용 분석은 이벤트와 프로세스의 분석 결과를 상호 검증하기 위하여 실시된다. 제안된 프로세스 모델링 방법을 지원하기 위한 지식베이스 시스템을 웹 환경에서 구현하였다. 구현된 지능형 robot과 spider 등으로 구성된, 신뢰성 있고 지능적인 MP3 검색 엔진 지원 시스템의 설계와 구현 결과 그리고 성능 등을 종합적으로 요약한다.실어증 환자들은 화시적 대명사를 조응적 대명사보다 더 잘 처리하는 동일한 결과를 보였다. 이러한 실험 결과들은 실어증 환자들이 뇌손상으로 인해 문법적 언어처리에는 어려움을 보이지만 비언어적인, 세상 지식과 관련된 화시적 대명사의 처리는 가능할 것이라는 가설을 뒷받침 해준다. 또한 이러한 실험 결과를 통해 대명사의 기능적인 측면에서 화시와 조응의 처리가 구분되어 있음을 보여준다.l mechanism is concentrate on only the reaction zone. As the systematic management of knowledge within an organization is recognized as a core factor for the continuous growth of an organization, organizations are increasing their interest in knowledge management. Knowledge management requires the active sharing of knowledge by insiders of the organization, but there are cases of failure due to the lack of participation of leaders and employees of the organization. The purpose of this study is to suggest a mechanism by which the authentic leadership of leaders in small and medium-sized enterprises(SME), which are relatively lacking in knowledge production capacity, leads to intention to share knowledge of employees. In addition, the study confirms that reciprocal feedback and task interdependence moderate the relationship between antecedent factors and intention to share knowledge. In this study, a research model was derived based on precedent research, and 272 samples were obtained by conducting a questionnaire survey on employees of SME that introduced a knowledge management policy. And, the study verified the hypothesis by applying structural equation modeling based on AMOS 22.0. The results of the study proved that authentic leadership has a positive effect on the intention to share knowledge through organization identification and organization commitment, and confirmed that reciprocal feedback and work interdependence moderate the relationship between knowledge sharing intentions and antecedent factors. This study suggests the mechanism by which the authentic behavior of the leaders of SMEs affects the knowledge sharing behavior of employees, and suggests that work cooperation strengthens the influence of the mechanism.

본 연구에서는 경보에 관한 지식을 획득하는 방법으로 경보간의 논리적 물리적 상관관계를 평가하여 지식구조를 설정하는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 이 지식구조를 지식기반으로 추론하여 주어진 상황에서 필요 없는 경보를 제거하거나 억제하며, 표시된 경보에 대해서도 운전원 조치의 긴급성을 운전상황에 따라 평가하여 우선순위를 동적으로 표시하는 지식기반 다이나믹 경보처리기술을 개발한다. 이를 위해 경보 운전절차서에 나타난 개별 경보들 중에서 주요계통경보들을 운전모드별로 분류하고, 연동신호에 의한 경보와 물리적인 원인-결과의 연동관계의 경보로 평가, 분석하여, 설정된 경보처리기술의 적용가능성을 평가하기 위해 가상 시나리오를 개발하고, 예비 prototype을 구현하였다.

It needs theoretical assessment fundamental for informatics curriculum to judge appropriate grades and measure academic standard of an learner according to be included in the conventional curriculum. Thus this study tried to present an criteria on programming area of an informatics curriculum through bloom taxonomy and knowledge type. And it presented assessment criterion on each steps from "Remember" to "Create". And we presented knowledge type examples of programming such as Factual to Metacognitive based on Bloom's knowledge types. Also we analysed that most important level or type is Apply Level, Create Level and Procedural Knowledge. We investigated for each criterion of programming assessment based on bloom's theory through Delphi method. And the result of this investigation was that area of bloom's taxonomy was CVR 0.90, Validity 0.85 and area of knowledge type was CVR 0.90, Validity 0.79. So it can decide to accept for our assessment criteria of programming education based on Bloom theory.

This study intended to draw some suggests for the development of mathematics teachers' expertise through the comparison research of pre-service and in-service teachers' PCK about questioning in elementary mathematics class. For this purpose, questionnaire survey was conducted to some pre-service and in-service teachers about the PCK concerning the way how questioning during mathematics class. This survey revealed the following implications. First, from the perspective of mathematics classroom, it is still more important the practical knowledge about how to teach which is evolutionally developed passing through the experience and currier of teaching than theoretical knowledge itself. Comparing the teachers' PCK about the two related knowledge types of mathematics contents, in case of procedural knowledge related PCK it was more asked of teachers' expertise than the case of conceptual knowledge related PCK. Thirdly, in case of learners' incorrect answer, for the desirable teaching it should be a questioning focused on whether there being or not the systematic among the learners' incorrect answer, and in case of appreciating the learners' understanding about the presently taught contents the questioning should be constructed considering the relevant contents early learned.

The aim of this study was to subdivide and present the units and the standards of knowledge integration in creating the students' integrated knowledge from content knowledge in college writing classes. For these, it analyzed three typical writing textbooks being used in colleges and examined the ways of presentation on forming integrated knowledge by text qualitative analysis methods. The analysis procedure and the presentation followed Creswell's spiral analysis model It is a method model which repeats the procedure from material collection and analysis to presentation circularly. This examination illustrates three dimensions of the units in forming content knowledge. Also, it suggested those should be all treated for the more systematic education: the units of the whole text, the paragraphs, and the sentences. In the next chapter, the standards and contents of knowledge integration were suggested in each process. For the process of knowledge selection, the suitability and the contradictoriness between the text materials and author's thesis were proposed as the standards and contents. For the process of organization and integration, the corresponsive integration, contradictive integration, background integration, synthetic integration were suggested. Finally the procedure knowledge such as correct expression and spelling, source indication were shown for the process of expression and citation. Furthermore, it showed, in terms of expression, the process of paraphrasing frequently practiced in writing textbooks needs to be exercised in the three dimensions including summarization, connection, and interpretation(or transformation). This result, however, calls for the further study about the subdividing processes to enhance the adequateness to writing textbooks in the level of universities and for a more refined syllabus on the systematic knowledge integration. Accordingly, it suggested the tasks mentioned above for further study.

Verbal Protocol Analysis(이하 VPA)와 Repertory Grid(이하 RG)를 활용하여 구매 전문가의 지식을 온톨로지로 구축하여 활용할 수 있는 방법론 제시하였다. VPA를 활용하여 전문가의 생생한 지식을 실제와 거의 유사하게 구어체의 문서로 표현하고, 다시 RG를 이용하여 온톨로지로 표현하는 절차와 세부 방안을 구축하였다. 본 연구의 방법을 활용하여 지식 온톨로지를 구축하면 전문가의 암묵적 지식을 실제와 가깝게 상호운영이 가능한 구조화된 지식으로 표현 할 수 있고 나아가 표현된 지식의 다양한 활용이 가능해 진다. 이와 같이 전문가의 암묵지를 실제와 가깝게 표현하고 이를 재활용 가능한 형태로 구조화할 수 있다는 것은 지식의 표현, 축적 그리고 활용을 위해서 매우 중요한 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다. 한편, 본 연구의 방식대로 표현된 구매 전문가의 지식 온톨로지에 대해 현장 전문가가 이를 평가하여 본 연구에서 제안하는 내용의 의미적 가치와 우수성을 검증하였다.

This study analyzed the learning objectives in the 2007 revised 10th grade Home Economics textbooks of 6 different publishing companies and the achievement standards developed by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology(2009). Two experienced coders performed initial analysis based on the 'revision of Bloom's taxonomy of educational objectives' and had subsequent conferences to reach an agreement on different results between coders. For knowledge dimension, the results show that the major types of learning objectives in the "Future Family Life" unit are mainly consisted of factual knowledge and procedural knowledge, where as those of "Family Life Culture" unit are consisted of factual knowledge and conceptual knowledge. The achievement standards in both "Future Family Life" and "Family Life Culture" units are solely in a factual knowledge major type. The sub-type of knowledge dimension of both learning objectives and achievement standards fall into 'a specific facts and knowledge component'. For cognitive process dimension, the results show that the leaning objectives are focused on 'understand' and 'analyze'. Those of achievement standards are 'analyse' in the "Future Family Life" unit and 'understand' in the "Family Life Culture" units. From the result of this study, we can conclude that both learning objectives and achievement standards do not adapt any meta-cognitive knowledge, higher order thinking, and cognitive process.

The March 29, 2016, amendment to the Civil Procedure Act introduced changes to the appraisal procedures, including new obligations for appraisers, changes in the modes of appraiser testimony, and questioning of appraisers through video conferencing, with all seemingly aimed at procedurally addressing the issues with appraisal in the context of court proceedings. The changes introduced by the amendment also affect the appraisal procedures for copyrights. In light of the above, this article examines how the amendment to the Civil Procedure Act affects the appraisal procedures for copyrights. Specific issues covered by this paper include: appointment of additional appraisers, prohibition of delegated appraisal, operation of the multiple appraisal system, disclosure of participating experts, proximity of the appraiser system, and congruence of areas of expertise.
