  • 마이크로파대 이상의 높은 RF 전파는 신호레벨이 비교적 작고 간섭현상에 매우 민감한 특성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 이러한 미소한 입력전파의 수신시 수신기 전체의 감도를 높이고 잡음을 저감시킬 목적으로 사용되는 고주파 증폭기가 저잡음 증폭기이다. 본 고에서는 LNA의 기본적 특성분석과 지능형교통시스템에 응용되는 5.8GHz대 단거리전용통신용 LNA를 구현하기 위한 기본 FET 증폭기의 전기적 특성을 연구하고 직렬 궤환에 의한 최소잡음과 최소 입력 정재파비의 최적 설계 파라미터를 도출하였다.

  • 항공 기술의 발달로 인해 항공기는 우리 일상에 가깝게 느껴지며, 다양한 기능을 가진 최첨단의 전자장비 등이 갖추어지게 되었다. 이러한 전자 장비의 내부 혹은 외부의 전파에 의한 전자파 간섭 현상을 일으키게 되며 심각한 경우 항공기기의 오동작을 유도한다. 따라서 항공기의 안전 운항에 필수적인 탑재 전자 장비의 전파 방해 방지를 위하여 항공기 탑재 전자기기의 전자파 장해 및 내성에 관한 국제 기술 규격의 동양 분석 및 불요 전자파 발생 인자의 파악과 대책이 필요하며 또한 전자파 장해 기준과 측정 방법의 표준화가 요구되는 현 시점에서, 본문에서는 항공기에 탑재되는 전자기기의 EMI/C 기술 동향에 대해서 언급하고자 한다.

  • Recently, Hi-pass system(non-stop electric toll collection) using DSRC is working. However, it has various problems such as system errors by EM wave interference or multi-path reflection. The EM wave absorber is able to solve these problems. In this paper, we designed and fabricated EM wave absorber using amorphous substance. As a result EM wave absorber with composition of amorphous metal powder:CPE=45:55 wt.% has the thickness of 2.65 mm and absorption ability was higher than 40 dB at 5.8 GHz.

  • 본 논문에서는 WRC-12 의제 8.1.1과 관련하여 ISM 기기로부터 전파통신 서비스의 영향을 파악할 목적으로 CISPR 통계적인 전파혼신 모형과 CISPR 11의 방사 기준치를 수신전력 관점에서 분석하였고, 산업공단에 설치된 열처리용 ISM 기기와 병원의 MRI로부터 복사되는 전파세기의 필드 측정치를 제시하였다. 본 논문의 분석결과에 따르면, 2.3GHz 주파수 대역에 적용되는 CISPR 11의 방사 첨두치 $110dB{\mu}V/m@3m$와 가중치 $60dB{\mu}V/m@3m$는 와이브로 보호를 위하여 재검토할 필요가 있다.

  • 극동지역에서 Loran-C 국제협력 체인의 구성에 따란 한국, 중국, 러시아 3개국에 상호호혜원칙에 따라 이용범위의 증대 및 전파표지의 연구 발전을 도모하는 등 전파표지분야의 협력과 발전을 위하여 협정서에 명시된 정책수행과 협정 체약국간 활동을 조정하는 역할을 하며 초기('92.9.7)에는 기관간의 협정으로 시작하였으나 '00.12.22에 정부간 협정으로 변경되어 그동안 Loran-C 국제 협력체인을 구성하는 한편 전파표지에 관한 정보 교환 및 운영절차 마련 등으로 해상교통안전에 크게 기여하고 있다. 최근 해사안전정보(MSI) 제공과 GNSS 전파간섭에 대비한 위치정보 제공에 관한 관심이 대두되면서 향후 FENRS에서 협력하고 발전해나갈 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In this paper, interference analysis is carried out to obtain the operating criterion and coexistence condition between digital television devices and cognitive radio-based mobile wimax devices in the UHF (Ultra High Frequency) broadcasting frequency bands. To this end, an efficient interfering calculation tool known as SEAMCAT (Spectrum Engineering Advanced Monte-Carlo Analysis Tool) is employed to acquire the coexistence criterions between heterogeneous radio links operating in the same portion of spectrum. As a result, these criterions will be used to achieve interference temperature limit level applied to interference temperature model for analyzing the capacity of cognitive radio receivers accurately.

  • In one dimensional linear array type piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers widely used for medical diagnosis, the acoustic cross talk caused by the structural acoustic coupling between the adjacent piezoelectric elements reduces significantly their performance. In the study, we have proposed an acoustic wall to reduce the acoustic cross talk by wave propagation through the surface the transducer which can not be prevented by conventional kerf and have analyzed using a finite element method the acoustic cross talk level with respect to the shape, size and materials of the acoustic wall mounted on a convex one dimensional piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer. We expect that the simulated results provide us with a valuable information to make an optimized design of the way type ultrasonic transducer minimizing the acoustic cross talk level.

  • This papers described with the analysis for electric Field strength on ground level transmitted from DMB transponder in stratosphere HAPS. It is compare with horizontal propagated ground wave. Resultly we confirm the equal strength a electric field on ground level between hish altitude vertical propagated wave and horizontal ground wave, also, is only 1W compare with terrestrial facility as transmitted output power for the DMB transponder in stratosphere HAPS. It is corresponding to 1Kw as same power value in ground propagated wave. Lastly it is new material wave source and also we concluding remarks as ubiquitous communication networking media.

A Study on Frequency Coordination between Fixed Wireless System and Mobile Base Station in Urban or Sub-urban Area (도심 또는 부도심에서 고정무선시스템과 이동기지국 간의 주파수 조정에 대한 연구)

  • Theoretical modelling and computational results for frequency coordination are presented over mobile base station and fixed wireless systems in urban or sub-urban area. Computational results with key parameters needed for interference analysis are performed and discussed in terms of system characteristics, propagation model, protection ratio, frequency dependent rejection, and discrimination angle with signal-interference plane. Based upon minimum coupling loss methodology, calculated interference powers of victim receiver for assumed system parameters are compared with maximum allowable interference power derived from protection ratio as functions of discrimination angle and distance including height-gain model in urban or sub-urban area. The proposed method is applicable for technical analysis on co-existence or interoperability for the various wireless systems, mandatory for frequency coordination or reallocation process.

  • Recently, there has been a fast paradigm shift in the automotive market from the traditional machine-oriented technology into the technology for vehicle informatics and electronics. In particular, telematics market is accelerating the development of technologies for vehicle informatics through the close cooperation between the vehicle makers and mobile communication companies. However, there may be the degradation of the quality of service by the interference since the telematics uses the wireless communication infrastructure for the base station-to-vehicle communication and the vehicle-to-vehicle communication. This paper presents an analysis device to easily analyze the interference by the wireless communication in the vehicle wireless network environment. Using the analysis results by the presented device, this paper shows that the link quality can be improved through the simulation and the experiment in real environment both.
