A Study on the Factors that Influence the Digital Transformation of the Supply Chain on the Enterprise Environmental Performance of Chinese Automobile Manufacturers (공급망의 디지털 전환이 중국 자동차 제조기업의 환경성과에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구)

  • Automotive manufacturing is a traditional manufacturing industry that consumes a lot of energy and emits a lot of pollutants, and needs to improve environmental performance through digital transformation of supply chains.In this study, 13 hypotheses were put forward based on supply chain digital transformation, supply chain dynamic capability and enterprise environmental performance. The results of the questionnaire survey on the managers and employees of automobile manufacturing enterprises in 7 regions of China show that the digital transformation of supply chain can help improve the environmental performance of automobile manufacturing enterprises under the influence of supply chain dynamic capability

An Analysis of the Relationship Between Quality of Service and the Audience Attitude Variables of the Korean traditional opera Performance (창극공연의 서비스품질과 관객태도 변인 간의 관계 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the quality of performance on audience satisfaction, and to verify the mediating effect of service value and traditional image in this process. The subjects of this study included 211 male and female adults who experienced the Korean opera performance in Seoul, Korea in October. Collected data was used as a model of path coefficients obtained through analysis of covariance structure and hypothesis test. As a result of verification, program quality, physical environment quality, and quality of the stage performance perceived by the audience showed a statistically significant positive correlation with performance experience attributes. The path coefficient between performance attribute and service value, performance experience attribute and traditional image were also positively and statistically significant. Further, the path coefficient between performance experience and audience satisfaction showed a positive relationship. The service value and traditional image, service value and audience satisfaction, and the path coefficient between traditional image and audience satisfaction were statistically and positively significant. Finally, all hypotheses were adopted and study results confirmed the effect of service quality and experience attributes on audience satisfaction for the popularization, modernization and marketing strategy of the Korean opera. In this process, it is meaningful to verify the role and function of service value and traditional image.

A Study on Brand Alliance between Private Brand and National Brand (유통업체 브랜드와 제조업체 브랜드간 전략적 연계에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce brand alliance to private brand context. The conventional concept of the wheel of retailing hypothesis explains the limitation of private brand growth. Retailers, therefore, has made an effort to adopt brand alliance with national brand to solve the potential problem of private brand. The conjoint analysis was used to identify the importance of brand alliance. The importance of the general variable extracted from part worth presented there was significant benefit in an alliance between a private brand and a national brand. Additionally, the results showed that there were moderating effect of 1) familiarity with private brand, 2) evaluation of specific retailer and vendor and 3) usage amount on part worth structures.

  • Confucianism acts as the representative of Chinese mainstream cultures. Its research on the relation between groups and individuals, and about norms of the system is not only complete but of a long history. And its abundant management thoughts are important assets for us to know traditional culture and construct the management study of local colors. Menzi and Xunzi both inherit Confucianism but evolve into two Confucian paths of different scenarios. Both of them are different despite sameness, and are the same despite differences. Both are artistic all right, but have their imitation. This article aims to use Mengzi thoughts and Xunzi thoughts as a study domain. The study includes five sections. The first section as an introduction presents problems. The second section uses extrinsic factors to research the birth ground of Menzi, Xunzi management thoughts. The third section examines its basic presumptions in terms of inner logic. The fifth section analyzes its logical structure, and in this section the previous sections are concluded, presenting the possible development and relative limitations of Mengzi, Xunzi management thoughts. It is expected that we can re-examine traditional Confucius thoughts from the angle of management, renewing Confucius thoughts constantly in different ages.

Relationship between Climate Change and Environmental Improvement Projects during the Chosun Era - Focusing on Drought-related records of Chosunwangjoshillok - (조선시대 기후변화와 환경개선사업 관계 - 조선왕조실록의 가뭄관련 기록을 중심으로 -)

  • What kinds of environmental adaptation did people during the Chosun era take when climate change due to drought was perceived and natural disasters occurred? Research hypotheses is 'More environmental improvement projects were conducted when climate disasters were experienced than rituals for rain calling. In this study, frequency samples for Rituals for Rain (RR, 祈雨祭) defined as abnormal climate of drought, Climate Disaster(CD) and Environmental Improvement Projects(EIP) were extracted from "Chosunwangjoshillok(朝鮮王朝實錄)". The analysis among RR, CD, and EIP were studied for a regression model. Research hypothesis was statistically tested. RR took placed the order of Sejong(世宗), Sukjong(肅宗) and Youngjo(英祖), while climate disasters were extracted under the Jungjong(中宗), Sungjong(成宗) and Taijong(太宗). EIP were most active under Youngjo(英祖), Sungjong(成宗) and Taijong(太宗). During the former part of the Chosun dynasty, abnormal climate was more seriously considered than climate disasters, while the opposite pattern was shown during the latter part. In a regression analysis between EIP and CD, the equation of EIP = 0.632CD was determined. As a test result, the study hypothesis the entire Chosun dynasty was dismissed. However, it is possible to statistically support that more EIP were conducted in order to adapt to the climate change during the latter part of the dynasty when climate disaster were experienced.

  • 문화 유적에 대한 관심은 외부환경으로부터 이를 보존하려는 수동적인 노력과 함께 문화 유적에 대한 시대상황을 보다 잘 이해할 수 있도록, 역사적 정보제공을 위한 기술적 노력이 필요하다. 더욱이 이미 사라져 문헌에만 남아 있는 이야기나 역사적 가설을 그 때의 시대적 상황에 맞게 재구성하여 사실감 있는 정보를 전달하는 기술이 필요하다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 옛 백제의 마지막 도읍지인 사비성을 3차원으로 복원하여 가상공간을 재현하고 인터렉티브 전시 콘텐츠를 개발하는 것을 궁극의 목표한다. 먼저, 고증을 통해 그 시대의 건축양식을 이해하고 가상공간 구성에 필요한 건물을 모델링한다. 사실적 표현을 통해서 사용자의 임장감을 높이면서도 사용자와의 상호작용을 통해 시대적 상황이나 역사적 정보를 제공하는 것은 물론, 다양한 콘텐츠로의 활용가능성을 고려하여 전통건축을 3차원으로 복원한다.

Application of Unplugged Learning Method for Intellectual Disability Students' Informatics Education (지적장애학생의 정보교육을 위한 언플러그드 학습 방법의 적용)

  • The purpose of this research is to compare the effect of unplugged learning method with traditional lecture method on intellectual disability students' informatics education achievement. For this goal, we developed a new unplugged learning method and new appropriate teach-learning materials that can improve the intellectual disability students' informatics education achievement. We randomly divided special school specialized course freshman into the experimental group and the control group. We applied unplugged learning method to the experimental group and lecture teaching method to the control group. According to these results, Intellectual disability students participated in task interestingly and spontaneously. It has been proved that the teaching-learning materials applied unplugged learning method were helpful for intellectual disability students' informatics education achievement.

  • Many customer satisfaction studies have accepted the confimation/disconfirmation paradigm, but the findings as the antecedents of consumer satisfaction are mixed. So rather than asking whether or not there is a direct effect of a certain variable on satisfaction, it is necessary asking when does a certain variable have a direct effect on satisfaction. According to this result, we assume that the situation has a direct effect on satisfaction. So this study has investigated the moderating role of perceived heterogeneity as a unit of situation, in the process of customer satisfaction formation, especially on public service. We have found such thing as follows. 1) situation has an effect on customer satisfaction. 2) perceived heterogeneity of the customers, as a situation variable, lets the process of their satisfaction formation differ. 3) through these studies, the confirmation/disconfirmation paradigm are able to extend on public services.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of age and gender on Eastern and Western cultural values imbedded in online advertising. This study conducted a survey of 180 men and women ages between 10s and 60s who lived in Seoul, Korea. They responded the acceptance degree of six online advertising emphasized three Korean traditional values and three Modern values. Research hypotheses of this study were the acceptance of cultural values in online advertising is different between ages, but similar between gender. The hypotheses were supported as the previous studies. Findings suggest several theoretical and practical implications that convergence between modern and traditional values is a more important variable to study in the research of online advertising.

  • This study presented the analysis results and implications by identifying the structural relationship between the image of food tourism products, the long-term orientation of attachment, and the behavioral intention. The convenience sampling method of the non-probability sampling method was used, and the survey was conducted non-face-to-face due to COVID-19. This study was conducted for customers who live in Jeollabuk-do and Jeollanam-do and have experienced local traditional food. As for the survey method, the main researcher's acquaintances and related experts were consulted and utilized to select the survey subjects, and the survey was conducted by sending/returning them by mail or e-mail. Statistical processing was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 statistical packages. As a result of the verification, the relationship between the image and attachment of food tourism, the relationship between the long-term orientation in the attachment of traditional food, and the behavioral intention in the attachment of traditional food are significant. A significant positive (+) relationship was formed in the relationship of hypothesis setting according to the research purpose of the relationship.
