The purpose of this paper is to examine the students' mathematics problem solving process in the intuitive stages. For this, researcher developed the questionnaire which consisted of problems in relation to intuitive and algorithmic problem solving. 73 fifth grade and 66 sixth grade elementary students participated in this study. I got the conclusion as follows: Elementary students' intuitive problem solving ability is very low. The rate of algorithmic problem solving is higher than that of intuitive problem solving in number and operation areas. The rate of intuitive problem solving is higher in figure and measurement areas. Students inclined to solve the problem intuitively in that case there is no clue for algorithmic solution. So, I suggest the development of problems which can be solved in the intuitive stage and the preparation of the methods to experience the insight and intuition.

The Working Unit of Forestry Management Cooperatives has been organized by the training and extention service center since 1984 so as to take charge of forestry work of Forestry Management Cooperatives, and this study has been carried out in order to find the problem of Working Unit of Forestry Management Cooperatives, and to show how to solve it in the future. We analyzed a material gained by the immediate questionnaires to 33 members of 4 Working Unit of Forestry Management Cooperatives in Ulsan-Kun, and 10 members of Working Unit of Forestry Management Cooperatives in Jinan-Kun between July and August in 1993. Later, we found that there was an almost inactive Working Unit caused by the insufficient work amount, which resulted in inefficient skill and forestry work due to leave of the skilled forestry worker. Though the government concentrates on bringing up the Working Unit centered by the specialized laborer, it is concluded that bringing up the Working Unit should consider local labor market, organization of agriculture and forestry, organization of labor, level of wage, and the amount of forestry work.

There have been great demands for various private searches and collecting information activities. but in korea it is still banned to supply private investigation service and to use the term 'private investigation'. So establishment of desirable model for private investigation service system is essential factor in strategic approaching for privatization of policing. In most developed countries private investigation service system is generally permitted and various methods to solve the side effects of that are considered. It is necessary to revise more the Security Business Law to introduce private investigation service system so that the dispute on determining how to do and what to do. It looks like that police agrees with the introduction of the private investigation service system because this could be an option when it comes to the job that its members can take after retirement and because this system helpful their own work. Actually Korea government have tried to prepare the law enactment of the private investigation service system since 1999 but have been failed. This study focuses on implementing the suitable system for private investigation service in Korea, which includes the consideration of the logical validity of the introduction by comparing with other foreign private investigation service system. We should make research and effort to cope with such as a partial amendment about the problem and the side effect that can be happened in a beginning stage of system trial.
