뇌파신호는 사람의 생각이나 감정을 가장 현실적인 방법으로 취득하여 해석하고 분석할 수 있는 유용한 정보원이다. 뇌파는 음성인식 이후에 사람과 사람, 사람과 사물, 사람과 컴퓨터 간에 편리하고 가장 자연스러운 초연결(Hyper-Connection) 접속과 통신을 가능하게 하는 유력하고 궁극적인 수단이다. 하지만 뇌파를 두뇌 활동 시 발생하는 신경세포와 신경세포 사이에 형성된 시냅스들의 화학적 활성화에 의한 전자기적 신호 평균의 총합으로만 해석하는 한, 뇌과학에서 이룩한 복잡한 사람의 생각과 감정 패턴과의 연결 해석이 불가능한 한계가 발생한다. 본고에서는 이를 극복하여 뇌파를 미래의 초연결 접속과 통신 수단으로 활용 가능하도록 하기 위한 기술적 가치와 가능성을 재발견하기 위하여 뇌과학에서 밝혀지고 있는 생각과 감정회로와 연동 해석하기 위한 뇌파신호의 처리, 해석 및 응용 기술 동향에 대해 기술한다.

자율주행 자동차의 개발을 위해서는 다양한 기능 평가, 성능 평가, 안전성 평가 등이 필수적이다. 이러한 평가는 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 실제 주행을 통해 이뤄질 수 있으며, 현실의 도로 상황을 고려한 단위시험환경들을 조합 구성한 통합시험환경에서 수행하는 것이 일반적이다. 여기서 단위시험환경은 도로망 구성, 장애물, 표지판 등의 정보를 포함하는 정밀도로지도를 기반으로 주행차량수, 보행자, 기상환경, 동적 이벤트 요소 등을 고려하여 구성할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단위시험환경을 구성하기 위한 정밀도로지도 처리 방법을 소개한다. 구체적으로는 정밀도로지도 처리를 포함하는 데이터 파이프라인을 설계하고, 정밀도로지도 객체분석을 통해 시험환경의 특성 및 상호 유사성을 파악한다. 국토지리정보원에서 배포한 정밀도로지도를 사용하여 객체를 추출하고 분석하는 실험을 수행했으며 전반적인 동작 상태를 확인했다. 개발한 소프트웨어는 향후 자율주행 학습을 위한 단위 및 통합 시험환경 구축 및 법규 및 규제 대응 서비스 시나리오의 구성에 활용할 예정이다.

The purpose of paper is to confirm the role of E-WOM(Electronic Worth of Mouth) in decision making of selecting the mobile application via smart-phone or tablet pc. Particularly i wished to confirm the effects of others' positive or negative reviews in purchasing(free downloading) mobile applications. To resolve these research questions, the secondary data or previous research were collected and arranged theoretically. From literature research, i made out the proposed model to explain the relationships between the variables, executed the operational definitions and 14 Hypotheses were established, collected the survey data of 228 mobile application users. Using the empirical test analysis, previous performances to confirm the construct validity and internal consistency and PLS(Partial Least Square) modelling method was executed. The test result showed that proposed relations of variables was empirically identified, therefore, i got the conclusion as followings; First, attributes of mobile application users' reviews have the effects positively to usefulness perception and expected performance. Second, it was significantly tested Usefulness of Online Review and Expected Performance. Second, Usefulness of Online Review, Source Credibility and Expected Performance have effect positively to Intention of Review Adoption.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the types of cited materials dependence ratio of foreign information of researchers, and half-life of some cited analysis, Journal articles from four science & technology fields-mechanical, architectural, chemical, electrical-are selected, and the literatures cited by those journal articles are analysed in terms of resource types, languages, publication year of cited analysis. In result, it was found that the order of frequency of citation is scholarly journal, monograph, Proceeding, technical report. And dependence ratio of foreign information of researchers was most higher in the chemical field. Also, it was found that half-life of mechanical is 6.50, that of architectural is 5.45, that of chemical is 9.65, that of electrical is 5.60

A literature analysis for the planning and realization of meta database system was carried out to establish the ocean electronic resources, the first in Korea. The study targeted from web resources and to oceanographic survey data. The focus of the analysis lies in the providing practical information retrieval service for ocean electronic resources based on the framework of effective Dublin Core metadata with network resources description. The analyses included ocean electronic resources, metadata descriptive elements, metadata classification, system organization and retrieval for planning and implementation of meta database system.

Seoul City has been operating 17 public libraries to bridge the digital gap in the information society. Digital collection that has used recently, is providing various information services and information sources such as Internet. DVDs, satellite broadcasts and plan to offer service with more contents in the near future. In an attempt to facilitate the use of digital archives in public libraries in Seoul, this study thus applies marketing strategy to Electronic Information Center in the S Library and techniques can contribute a dynamic approach to total strategy development for library professionals that will ensure effective management and the achievement for their goals.

The purpose of this study is to review current issues in practices of acquisition, organization and access to the web resources operating at libraries. Literature reviews were conducted to analyze patterns of access to the web resources, such as electronic journals, bibliographic databases and web sites used at libraries. Also analyzed was information seeking behaviors of researchers how they access to web resources.

최근 대학도서관뿐만 아니라 대부분의 도서관에서 인터넷과 웹의 영향으로 전자정보원이 급증하고 이를 관리하는 예산의 비중이 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 이러한 어려움을 극복하기 위하여 장서개발정책 수립이 불가피하다. 특히 외국의 경우 장서정책개발, 장서분석 등의 분야에서 그 연구가 활발한 데에 비해 국내의 장서개발정책은 현실을 반영하는 것조차 힘든 상황이다. 이것은 이용자나 다른 도서관에서 활용하기 어렵다는 문제점을 안고 있으며, 변화하는 시대에 맞춘 장서개발 및 관리 역시 어렵다는 점을 보여주고 있다. 특히 대학도서관의 의무를 다 하기 위해서는, 장서의 효율적인 관리와 공간 활용뿐만 아니라 대학의 교육 및 연구에 얼마나 이바지 할 수 있을 것인가에 더욱 주안점을 둔 장서개발정책이 필요할 것이다. 본 내용은 영국의 리즈대학교와 국내의 A대학교의 장서개발정책을 비교분석함으로서 장서개발정책의 필요성과 문제점을 확인하고자 한다.

The foundation of information theory mainly established by C. E. Shannon , opened the way to profuse studies on the linguistics of various languages. The statistics of Korean letters composed of elements and space are analyzed. The Korean alphabetic elements including the space have their probabilities . And information techniques can be applied to them. This paper extended the previous statistics of Korean letters to include the space. We have also calculated the entropies and redundancy for the case. The result can be used to modify the evaluation of Korean letter information processing devices and used as the basis for letter coding method for eventual future information processors.

점진적 빅데이터 학습 기반의 전자저널 구독가치 큐레이션 서비스는 대용량의 학술정보 처리환경을 하드웨어 기반에서 소프트웨어 기반으로 데이터를 학습함에 있어 학습 소요시간 및 메모리 부족 문제 등을 해결하기 위해 널리 사용하는 자질축소 기법에 의존하지 않고 대량의 데이터를 자유롭게 학습하고 증분 데이터 변경요소만을 추가 반영할 수 있는 범용적이고 일반적인 분류기의 구조설계 방법이다. 학술정보의 논문요약과 참고문헌의 데이터 수집 정제 분류 저장 분석을 통해 활용할 수 있는 지표를 생성하여 도서관 학교 공공기관 연구기관 등에 제공하여 기관에서 구독하고 있는 학술지가 연구에 얼마나 활용되고 있는지를 판단하는 정보 가용성을 활용한 양질의 정보원을 확보하여 불필요한 저널 구독을 중단하고 연구자가 요구하는 품질 좋은 학술정보를 제공할 수 있는 서비스로 일반적인 학술문헌 이용도 평가방법과 달리 구독 가치에 대한 지표를 제공하는 큐레이팅 방법이다.
