  • 기존의 의미역 결정은 먼저 구문 분석을 수행한 후에 해당 구문 분석 결과를 이용해 의미역 결정 테스크에 적용하는 파이프라인 방식으로 진행한다. 이러한 방식의 학습을 두 번 연이어 진행하기 때문에 시간이 오래 걸리고 또한 구문 파싱과 의미 파싱에 대해 서로 영향을 주지 못하는 단점이 존재하였다. 본 논문에서는 의존 파싱과 의미역 파싱을 동시에 진행하도록 전이 액션을 확장한 의존 파싱 & 의미역 결정 통합 모델을 제안하고 실험 결과, Korean Prop Bank 의미역 결정 데이터 셋에서 파이프라인 방식 전이 기반 방식을 사용한 모델보다 논항 인식 및 분류(AIC) 성능에서 F1 기준 0.14% 높은 결과을 보인다.

Transition Structure Design of Wideband Double-sided Parallel-Stripline to Coplanar Stripline for Millimeter-wave Compact Radar System (밀리미터파 초소형 레이다용 광대역 DSPSL-CPS 전이구조 설계)

  • A high-performance wideband transition from double-sided parallel-stripline (DSPSL) to coplanar stripline (CPS) is proposed. This transition is designed by consideration of gradual field transformation and optimal impedance matching between DSPSL and CPS. Clear design guidelines of proposed transition are provided to determine the ground shape and the transition length. The fabricated transition exhibits less than 0.7 dB insertion loss per transition for frequencies from 6.2 to 18.2 GHz, and less than 1.25 dB insertion loss to over 30 GHz.

  • 80년이 넘는 역사를 간직한 옛 서울역이 각종 전시와 공연이 가득한 문화공간으로 다시 태어났다. 이발소와 화장실로 쓰였던 장소는 서울역의 옛 건축장식들과 사진자료를 모아놓은 미니 박물관이 됐다. 옛 서울역사에는 사적번호가 붙여졌으며 '문화역서울 284'라는 새 이름으로 개관 첫 전시회인 '오래된 미래'전이 개최됐다.

A New Current Transient Testing for Wideband CMOS Op Amps (광대역 CMOS 연산 증폭기를 위한 새로운 전류 전이 검사방식)

  • This paper presents a new current transient test technique for wideband CMOS Op Amps. This technique monitors the transient power supply current and output responses of the CMOS Op Amp to automatically differentiate faulty and fault-free op amps. The wideband op amp is designed using 0.25${\mu}$m CMOS technology. We present detailed simulation results for a wideband op amp. We show that catastrophic faults in op amps can be detected and analyzed by monitoring power supply currents and output responses. This technique is inexpensive and simple.

  • 원격 전이된 비인두암 환자에서 주요한 치료 방법은 고식적 항암화학치료에 국한되어왔다. 그러나 적극적인 항암화학치료로 비인두암 환자 중 많은 환자에서 치료 반응을 보이며, 치료 반응을 보인 환자군에서는 국소 제어가 중요한 문제가 된다. 본 저자들은 원격 전이 된 환자 1예를 보고하고자 한다. 환자는 큰 크기의 다발성 전이가 있었으나 항암화학요법으로 관해 상태를 보였다. 이후 공고화 항암화학방사선요법을 추가하였고 현재 30개월 간 무병상태이다. 원격전이된 비인두암에서 공고화 항암화학방사선 요법의 역할에 대하여 문헌 고찰을 통해 논의하고자 한다.

A Wideband Ridge SIW-to-SIW Transition for Microwave Applications (초고주파 응용을 위한 광대역 Ridge SIW와 SIW 전이 구조)

  • In this paper, we propose a wideband ridge SIW(Ridge Substrate Integrated Waveguide)-to-SIW(Substrate Integrated Waveguide) transition. The proposed transition structure is designed to acquire a wide bandwidth by inserting through via holes at the regular interval for an impedance matching and an E-field mode matching method. The measurement results show a fractional bandwidth is 29.1 % at 20 dB return loss from the center frequency(11 GHz). The maximum insertion loss is 0.49 dB from 9.21 GHz to 12.41 GHz.

  • A new, systematic, simplified design procedure for quasi-Yagi antennas is presented. The design is based on the simple impedance matching among antenna components: i.e., transition, feed, and antenna. This new antenna design is possible due to the newly developed ultra-wideband transition. As design examples, wideband quasi-Yagi antennas are successfully designed and implemented in Ku- and Ka-bands with frequency bandwidths of 53.2% and 29.1%, and antenna gains of $4{\sim}5 dBi$ and $ 5{\sim}5.6 dBi$, respectively. The design method can be applied to other balanced antennas and their arrays.

  • This study examines based on Cultural-Historical Activity Theory, graduate school student-workers' learning and developmental transfer in school and work. For this purpose, a question is raised. how do components of activities in school and workplace impact on learning and developmental transfer? For this study, based on the results of In-depth interview, questionnaire was designed and quantitative research has been conducted. This study analyzed 288 graduate school student-workers. As a results, First, the components which have an effect on learning were analyzed and the results show that among the components of the school activity system, the competitiveness reinforcement from object, the role of academic major from division of labor, and the interaction with professors from community are significant variables. Second, in case of developmental transfer, the activeness of class participation from tool, the role of academic major from division of labor, and the interaction with professors from community are significant variables of the school activity system and the self realization from object, the role in the workplace from division of labor, the interaction with supervisors from community, and the systemization of work from rule are significant variables of workplace activity system. On the basis of the findings, implications of the study and suggestions for further research are discussed.

  • Shipwaves can cause beach erosion, seawall destruction and difficulty of cargo working due to rolling of ship. In addition, high speed operation of motor boat and passenger ship jeopardize sea bathers and anglers' safety. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of shipwaves which occurred and propagated in shallow water experimentally and theoretically. Shipwaves which occurred and propagated in shallow water depth represent large wave height increase.

  • A clear and efficient design method for ultra-wideband microstrip-to-coplanar stripline(CPS) transition, which is based on the analytical expressions of the whole transitional structure, is presented. The conformal mapping is applied to obtain the characteristic impedance of the transitional structure within 3.2 % accuracy as compared with the EM-simulation results. The transition is designed to provide broadband impedance matching using Klopfenstein taper. The implemented transition performs less than 1 dB insertion loss per transition for frequencies from 5.39~40 GHz.
