Concurrent Degenerative Cervical and Lumbar Spondylolisthesis (경추 및 요추 퇴행성 척추전위증의 병발성 유병률)

  • Study Design: Retrospective radiographic study. Objective: To evaluate the characteristics of concurrent degenerative cervical and lumbar spondylolisthesis. Summary of Literature Review: Concurrent degenerative cervical and lumbar spondylotic diseases have been reported. Given that severe spondylosis can result in spondylolisthesis, one might expect that concurrent spondylolisthesis of the cervical and lumbar spines might also be prevalent. However, the incidence of spondylolistheses in the lumbar and cervical spines might differ due to anatomical differences between the 2 areas. Nonetheless, there is minimal information in the literature concerning the incidence of concurrent cervical and lumbar spondylolisthesis. Material and Methods: We evaluated standing cervical and lumbar lateral radiographs of 2510 patients with spondylosis. Concurrence, age group, gender, and direction of spondylolisthesis were evaluated. Lumbar spondylolisthesis was defined as at least Meyerding grade I and degenerative cervical spondylolisthesis was defined as over 2 mm of displacement on standing lateral radiographs. Results: Lumbar spondylolisthesis was found in 125 patients (5.0%) and cervical spondylolisthesis was found in 193 patients (7.7%). Seventeen patients had both degenerative cervical and lumbar spondylolistheses (0.7%). Lumbar spondylolisthesis is a risk factor for coexisting cervical spondylolisthesis. Lumbar spondylolisthesis was more common in females than males, independent of advancing age. In contrast, degenerative cervical spondylolisthesis was more common in older patients, independent of gender. Anterolisthesis was more common in the lumbar spine. Retrolisthesis was more common in the cervical spine. Conclusions: There was a higher prevalence of degenerative cervical spondylolisthesis in patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.

  • 본 실험은 삼차신경 자극으로 발생되는 체성 감각 유발 전위에 대한 국소마취제의 효과를 관찰하였다. 나트륨 통로차단을 통하여 약리작용을 나타내는 것으로 알려져 있는 리도카인를 뇌 피질에 국소 투여한 후 삼차신경의 체성 감각유발 전위의 강도및 지연시간을 측정하였다. 케타민으로 마취된 흰쥐의 대측성 구레나룻 자극후 뇌의 체성 감각영역으로부터 기록되는 유발전위를 분석한 결과, 리도카인을 뇌 피질에 국소 투여시 유발전위의 강도 및 지연시간의 감소가 나타났으며, 필드 전위의 형태는 이상성 (양극성 및 음극성) 혹은 삼상성 (양극성, 음극성 및 양극성) 의 파형으로 나타났다. 필드 전위의 발생 부위는 뇌 피질의 중대뇌동맥의 상행지 상방영역이었다. 본 실험에서 나타난 초기 전위변동은 피질판 상층에 존재하는 신경세포의 탈분극 과청에 의하여 생성되고 후기의 전위 변동은 동일 영역의 하층 신경세포에서 과분극 혹은 재분극이 발생한 결과라고 유추된다. 따라서 삼차신경계의 체성 감각 영역에서는 피질 상층및 하층의 과립성 피라미드 세포의 순차적인 활성화에 의하여 기본적인 신경 회로망이 형성되어 있으며 생리적 자극으로 유발되는 필드 전위는 이러한 신경망를 통하여 발생될 것으로 사료된다.

Application of SP monitoring to the analysis of anisotropy of aquifer (대수층 이방성 분석을 위한 자연전위 모니터링의 적용)

  • To analyze the anisotropic characteristics of fractured aquifer, variations of streaming potential were measured during and after pumping over several wells at the two test sites. Surface electrical resistivity survey, normal resistivity logging, and slug test were performed at the wells to identify the hydrogeological structure. Applying the results to the recently suggested model, the aquifer of the two test sites showed confined characteristics. Anisotropic direction appeared in using equi-potential maps from self-potential monitoring results matched well with the results of the hydrogeological test. The self-potential monitoring method adopted in this study would be useful for providing a more reliable information on the anisotropy of aquifer in the pumping test at single well.

  • 균일 인장하중하에 있는 고체 내부에 고립된 제 1형 탄소성 크랙의 반취성 파괴를 경사슬립밴드모델(inclined slip band model)로서 연속크랙전위(conticuum crack dislocation) 및 연속격자 전위(continum lattice dislocation)을 이용하여 이론적으로 연구하였다. 크랙전위 및 격자전위에 관한 힘평형을 나타애는 연립특이적분방정식의 해는크랙전위 및 격자전위에 관한 적정밀도함수를 가지고 특이함을 해소하는 조건을 부가하여 얻는다. 이특이항 해소조건의 타당성은 처음으로 소성영역의 크기를 그 판단기준으로 검토되었으며, 그결과 합당한 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 상기방법으로부터 산출된 COD는 소규모 성역을 넘어서도 선형적으로 .KAPPA.$^{2}$.EPSILON..sigma.$_{Y}$ 에 따라 변화함을 알게 된다. 상기모델에서 위축적분경로(Shrunk path) 상의 J 적분치를 J=.delta..sigma.$_{Y/}$sin2.theta.의 형태로 유도하였는데, 이것은 J 적분에 관한 Eshelby의 힘개념을 구체적으로 표현한다: J는 크랙전파방향으로 탄소성크랙정점에 작용하는 가상적인 힘이며, 1/2 J의 한 슬립편면상에서의 분력은 그 슬립정면사으이 보든 격자전위에 작용하는 전단력의 총화와 같다. 같다.

  • Prism plane slip {11$\bar{2}$0}1/3{$\bar{1}$120} location velocity in sapphire ($\alpha$-Al$_2$O$_3$) single crystals was measured by etch-pit method. The dislocation velocities were measured as a function of temperature and stress between $1150^{\circ}C$ and $1400^{\circ}C$ for engineering stresses in the range 140 to 250 MPa. The dependence of temperature and stress in dislocation velocity was investigated. The activation energy for dislocation velocity was determined to be 4.2$\pm$0.4 eV. On the other hand, the stress exponent (m) describing the stress dependence of dislocation velocities was in the range of 4.5$\pm$0.8. Through this experiments, it was reconfirmed that the basal plane in sapphire single crystals has the 3-fold symmetry.

  • 인접한 독립 접지전극에 접지전류가 인가된 경우 접지전극 상호간 전위간섭을 일으키게 된다. 상용주파수 접지전류에 대한 전위간섭은 많은 분석이 이루어 졌으나, 뇌서지와 같은 고주파수를 포함하는 접지전류에 대한 전위간섭의 분석은 충분히 수행되지 못하였다. 본 논문에서는 상호간 영향을 줄 수 있는 길이 4 m인 수직 접지전극을 대상으로 주파수에 따른 전위간섭의 영향을 분석하였으며, 수직 접지전극의 주변에 나타나는 대지표면전위와 함께 상호 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과, 전위간섭은 접지임피던스의 변화에 의존하는 경향성을 나타내었으며, 수직 접지전극 길이의 1.5배에 해당하는 이격거리에서 접지전극의 전위와 대지표면전위가 거의 일치하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 전위차 측정형 바이오 센서는 기준전극에 대한 센서 전극의 전기화학적 전위를 정확하게 측정하여야 하므로 기준전극의 안정성이 매우 중요하다. 기준전극의 전위는 전해질 용액 내의 염소 음이온 농도에 영향을 받으나 다행히도 혈액 내의 염소 음이온 농도는 거의 변화가 없으므로 혈액 속에서의 은/염화은 기준전극의 전위도 거의 변화가 없다. 본 연구에서는, 사진석판 (Photolithography) 공정을 이용하여 실리콘 표면 및 다공질 실리콘 표면에 은/염화은 박막 기준전극을 제작하고 시료 용액에서의 drift, 안정성, 재현성 등에 대한 특성을 고찰하였고, SEM, AES, EDX 스펙트럼 등을 이용하여 전극의 표면을 분석하였다. 시료 용액의 염소 음이온 농도를 $10^{-4}$M에서 1M까지 변화시켜가며 기준 전극의 전위를 측정한 결과 약 50mV/pCl의 기울기를 얻었으며 이것은 Nernst식을 잘 따르는 결과이다.

  • Diaphragmatic eventration is a rare disease and is caused by congenital etiology. We operated on a patient who had had preexisting left diaphragmatic eventration which was complicated by a right diaphragmatic paralysis and a persistent respiratory insufficiency due to a traffic accident. This was a very rare case and there has not yet been any case reports worldwide. We were able to abtain good surgical results from plication of left diaphragm in this case and thus report it.

The Influences of Parental Psychological Control on Displaced Aggression -Mediating Effects of Internalized Shame and Rejection Sensitivity- (대학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제가 전위공격성에 미치는 영향 : 내면화된 수치심과 거부민감성의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of internalized shame and rejection sensitivity between parental psychological control, and displaced aggression in college students. For this purpose, 406 data samples were collected from the college students. SPSS was used for the analysis of descriptive statistics, reliability, correlation, AMOS for the evaluation of structural equation model and the mediating effect, and Mplus for the double mediating effect. Following is the summarization of the study. First, the displaced aggression has a positive relation with parental psychological control, internalized shame, and rejection sensitivity. Also, there were positive relations between internalized shame and parental psychological control, parental psychological control and rejection sensitivity, and internalized shame and rejection sensitivity. Second, internalized shame has a full mediation effect between parental psychological control and displaced aggression. Third, rejection sensitivity has not a mediation effect between parental psychological control and displaced aggression. Fourth, internalized shame and rejection sensitivity were identified as double mediation variables between parental psychological control and displaced aggression. This result inspires the college student's displaced aggression and can be useful in college student's counseling settings. Meanings, limitations and suggest for future research were discussed.

  • This study was to examine the effect of Displaced aggression and Justice sensitivity(victim sensitivity and penetrator sensitivity) on Cyberbullying tendency in 20s adult, and the moderating role of Justice sensitivity to identify psychological factors affecting a serious social problem, cyberbullying. The online survey was handed to 261 adults in their 20s for a month. First, Simple regression analysis shows that displaced aggression(F=62.55, p<.001) and victim sensitivity(F=29.61, p<.001) predict cyberbullying tendency. Second, hierarchical regression analysis by controlling the effects of sex, the perpetrator sensitivity has been shown to morderate the relationship between displaced aggression and cyberbullying tendencies(F=29.61, p<.001), and the effect of victim sensitivity has not been significant. In conclusion, that future studies need to consider the limitations of this study to ensure that the same results are shown in different age groups and also some approaches such as empathetic understanding could help to reduce cyberbullying.
