Since the 5th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Special Education in 2013, special schools have been trying to improve facility standards to advance special education support. The purpose of this study is to find out the current status of the spatial composition of facilities for public special schools that will be established and planned after 2013, and analyze the differences from the existing school spatial composition to determine the space composition ratio and details required for the establishment of special schools in the future. As a result of the analysis, the total area of facilities of special schools established after 2013 increased by an average of 1,822.1㎡ (about 16%). Through actual drawing analysis, it was confirmed that both the dedicated area and the public area had increased. The cause of the increase in the public area was confirmed to be an increase in hallway width and ramps, halls, and toilet between classrooms, and the reason for the increase in the dedicated area was that the newly installed 'Learning Support Space' had an average of 20 additional rooms installed per school.

분양 시장이 기지개를 켜고 있다. 청약통장 가입자라면 한 번쯤 입성을 기대해 마지않던 판교신도시(전용면적 25.7평 이하) 분양 레이스는 마감됐지만, Post 판교를 준비하는 720만 명의 예비 청약자들의 수요가 상당하기 때문이다. 판교 청약경쟁률이 기대치를 밑돌았듯이 이미 상당수의 청약자들은 판교보다 당첨확률이 높은 대체 청약 지역을 물색하고 있는 분위기다. 당연 내 집 마련을 서두르려는 청약자들의 발걸음이 빨라질 수밖에 없게 됐다. 그렇다면 분양 채비를 갖추고 있는 많은 사업장 중 눈여겨봐야 할 곳이나 유망 택지지구의 당첨 가능성을 높일 수 있는 방법은 없는 것일까? 특히 다가오는 6월 말까지 주택청약제도를 실수요자 중심으로 재편할 계획이라는데 새 제도가 시행되기 전 내게 맞는 청약 전략을 어떤 것이 있을까?

This study was aimed at assess environmental conservation functions by analyzing the change of land use areas in agricultural fields between 1999 and 2006, and comparing land surface temperature distribution between 1994 and 2006 in Yongin city. Land use maps of Yongin city were obtained from soil maps for 1999, Quickbird satellite images(less than 1 m) and parcel map for 2006. The land use area for Yongin city was in the order of forest > paddy field > upland > residence & building in 1999, and forest > residence & building > paddy field > upland in 2006. Decrease of paddy and upland fields reduced 34% and 41% of the capability of agricultural multifunctionality as to environment including flood control, groundwater recharge, and air cooling. Land surface temperature(LST) was derived from Landsat TM thermal infrared band acquired in September of 1994 and 2006 and classified into three grades. The results impplied that green vegetation in agricultural field and forest play an important role to reduce land surface temperature in warm season.

This research aims to develop various infill-systems for practically applying to long-life housing with 100-year durability and flexibility as a strategy for realizing sustainable residential environment. Especially, the developed infill-systems & technologies were concentrated to the mock-up house applied with the standard model of long-life housing, and their in-situ applicability by a phase, experts' consultation, and questionnaire survey were also evaluated. This research was executed to divide by 3 phases. In the First phase infill-systems for a housing unit of $84m^2$ exclusive use area as well as a support of whole structure and infill-systems including dry wall, and windows were constructed, and their in-situ applicability were evaluated. In the Second phase vertical integration of upper and lower housing units of $50m^2$ and $40m^2$ exclusive use area was investigated the first in domestic for 3 housing units of $50m^2$ exclusive use area. In addition, various infill-systems including the horizontal expansion of $50m^2$ and $10m^2$ exclusive use areas were also constructed and evaluated on their in-situ applicability. In the third phase diverse performance tests and field investigation for in-situ verifying of dry Ondol, developed this research, were executed to improve their practicability. Inner dry walls were taken apart, moved and re-constructed for verifying their practicability to investigate 3R-Reduce, Reuse and Recycle-realization too.

경북 성주지역은 전국적으로 유명한 참외의 주산지이다. 시설참외 재배 단지 중 성주지역이 차지하는 면적이 약 47%('89)를 차지하고 있으며, 현재 군내 참외 재배 면적은 고소득 작목으로 날로 증가하고 있으며, 인근 선산, 김천, 구미지역에까지 확대되고 있는 실정이다. 사용하고 있는 온실은 단동비닐 온실이 85%, 연동비닐 온실은 15%로 거의 대부분이 단동 비닐 온실이다. (중략)

단독주택을 8-10가구의 다세대 주택으로 용도를 바꾸는 '지분 쪼개기' 때문에 최근 서울을 비롯한 수도권 곳곳에서 다세대 주택 신축 붐이 일고 있다. 서울시가 무분별한 지분 쪼개기를 막기 위해 가구당 전용 면적 $60m^2$ 미만 주택은 입주권을 주지 않고 돈으로 청산하는 방식으로 규제하겠다는 방침을 밝혔지만, 현장에서는 다세대나 빌라 신축 공사가 더욱 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 게다가 조례를 개정하는 7월 전까지 건축 허가를 받으면 면적에 상관없이 입주권을 받을 수 있다는 점을 노린 막판 투기가 기승을 부리고 있어 논란이 일고 있다.

본 논문에서는 wide data-width DRAM을 위한 flexible column redundancy scheme을 제안하였다. 구현된 redundancy scheme은 DB line shift method를 사용하여 wide data-width를 갖는 고집적 DRAM에 적용할 때 기존 redundancy scheme보다 더 작은 redundancy cell 면적과 fuse개수를 가지면서 더 큰 flexibility를 가지게 되었다.

서울시에서는 시가지가 확산되고, 간선 도로를 따라 건축물이 들어섬에 따라 용도지역 변경을 해서 건축허가등의 제약을 현실화했다고 한다. 이번 용도변경된 지역은 모두 주거지역때 대지면적의 60%까지 건축하던 것을 70%까지 건축할 수 있고, 점포전용 건물신축이 가능해 졌으며,40개 모선상업지역을 도로경계선에서 양쪽 12m까지 상업지역과 똑같은 용도로 대지를 쓸수 있게 됐다. 이번 용도지역변경 된 곳은 아래와 같다.

2003년 일본으로부터 도입, 작년 말까지 45대의 무인헬기가 운영 중이다. 확대 도입에 앞서 충분한 방제면적 확보와 기타 활용성을 꼼꼼히 따져 경제적으로 운영되어야 하며 적당량의 농약이 균일 살포되는 자동조정시스템 개발과 전용 약제 및 제형개발, 표준 방제매뉴얼이 하루 빨리 정립되어야 할 것이다.
