Identification of Buza by Detecting Aconitine-type Alkaloids (Aconitine 류 알칼로이드의 검출에 의한 부자류 생약의 확인)

  • After aconitine-type alkaloids have been isolated from the crude drug "Buza" as the precipitate, they could be identified with colour test, UV/Vis. absorption wavelength, TLC. The presence of aconitine-type alkaloids are confirmed by the reaction with the Reineke ion, $[Cr(NH_3)_2(SCN)_4]^{1+}$, and TCR ion, $[Co(SCN)4]^{2-}$, to produce the white precipitate or one of the containing from blue to yellowish blue. It is based on the formation of complex compounds by aconitine-type alkaloids with Reineke and TCR reagent. The method has been found to be simple, convenient and suitable for routine identification of aconitine-type alkaloids, related basic compounds, the crude drug "Buza" processed from the roots of certain Aconitum spp. plants(Ranunculaceae).

  • In this paper, we developed UHF RFID R/W system using AT91SAM7S256(ARM chip), UHF RFID R/W module (WJ7090) and wireless LAN(IEEE 802.11.a/b). And we developed a transmission/receiving packet which is send to UHF R/W module in AT91SAM7S256. In order to show the usefulness of UHF RFID R/W system, we executed a performance test. The developed UHF RFID R/W system shows better performance for reading of RFID tag and data transmission through wireless LAN.

  • 본 논문의 사회적 취약지구를 위한 전용 화재감지 AI'sTory 플랫폼은 달동네와 판자촌과 같이 소외계층이 집약된 곳이라면 노후된 기기와 전선들이 많을 것이고 그렇다면 전기적 요인으로 인한 화재가 발생할 것이라는 가설에서부터 시작한다. 피해의 최소화를 위해 고안한 사회적 취약지구를 위한 전용 화재감지 AI'sTory 는 스파크를 감지하고, 전선 주위의 발열량을 모니터링하며, 화재를 감지한 즉시 소방서로 연락을 취하는 인공지능 시스템이다. 더 나아가 센서로부터 데이터를 받아 매일 온·습도, 전력 접촉부의 온도, 계절 등 여러 환경을 고려해 화재가 발생할 확률을 계산한다. 또한 화재가 발생하지 않아도 매일 화재 발생 위험률을 제공한다. 이 정보를 제공하기 위해 사회적 취약지구를 위한 전용 화재감지 AI'sTory 는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어, 인공지능으로 구성하였다.

A Study on the Design and Implementation of the private u-Terminal for the new ITS Service (신규 ITS 서비스를 위한 전용 u-단말기 설계 및 구현에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we mainly describe the development of exclusive u-device essentially required to implement new ITS services (taxi call service, service for transportation vulnerable, transport information service, walker's navigator, electronic payment service, call information service etc.). To design this device, Samsung main CPU S3C2440A was selected and large memories (ROM and RAM) which are required for new ITS services are applied. In addition, all of GPS, RFID module, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions are included to develop an exclusive device indispensable in the ubiquitous society. For this, in this paper, we first examined detailed design of an exclusive u-device development, and based on the designed contents, the performance of a realized u-device was evaluated. If services are created by linking new ITS services with relevant public institutions or companies, based on application of the exclusive u-device developed as above, they would be expanded to a new blue ocean, expectedly resulting in a big spillover effect in local societies.

Weights of Attributes in Creating Transit Malls (대중교통전용지구의 조성목적에 따른 계획요소별 중요도 평가)

  • This paper assessed the weights of attributes in creating transit malls. The aim of the creation was classified as travel demand management and urban revitalization. The attributes were grouped into four aspects, or 4As: attraction, amenity, accessibility, and activity. These dimensions represented land-use, urban design, transport, and socio-cultural characteristics, respectively. The analytical hierarchy process was applied to explore the weights. Accessibility(52.7%), attraction(25.6%), amenity(13.7%), and activity(8.0%) were the order of magnitude in weights for the purpose of travel demand management, while attraction(36.1%), accessibility(30.6%), amenity(17.7%), and activity(15.6%) were that of urban revitalization. The multi criteria analysis also showed different size of weights in the sub planning attributes. These results indicate that the aimin implementingtransit malls should be differentiated and highlight that the combined land-use and transport plan is essential for the successful development. Car accessibility and socio-cultural characteristics are also understood as the important factors.

Characterization Study of Detector Module with Crystal Array for Small Animal PET: Monte Carlo Simulation (소동물 전용 양전자방출단층시스템의 섬광체 배열에 따른 특성 평가: 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to perform simulations to design the detector module with crystal array by Monte Carlo simulation. For this purpose, a small animal PET scanner, employing module with 1~8 crystal array discrimination scheme, was designed. The proposed scanner has an inner diameter of 100 mm with detector modules in crystal array. Each module is composed of a 5.0 mm LSO crystal with a $2.0{\times}2.0mm^2$ sensitive area with a pitch 2.1 mm and 10.0 mm thickness. The LSO crystals are attached to the SiPM which has a dimension of $2.0{\times}2.0mm^2$. The detector module with crystal array of the designed PET detector was simulated using the Monte Carlo code GATE(Geant4 Application for Tomographic Emission). The detector is enough compensation for the loss of data in sinogram due to gaps between modules. The results showed that the high sensitivity and effectively reduced the problem about the missing data were greatly improved by using the detector module with 1 crystal array.

Biomass Energy Potential of Wood Waste due to Forest Land Conversion (산림전용에 따른 폐잔목의 임산바이오에너지 잠재적 공급량 분석)

  • This study aimed to assess biomass energy resources available from waste wood due to forest land conversion. Forest land area of 7,806ha on annul average during 2001-2005 was converted to other land use and the growing stock of $266,551m^3$ was felled annually due to the conversion. Biomass energy potential of waste wood due to forest land conversion was estimated to 102,325 tons of biomass on annual average during 2001-2005 of which 57,945 tons were from coniferous forest and 44,379 tons were from broadleaved forest. Biomass energy Potential Per unit area Per year increased for the same period and was estimated to 13.0 tons of biomass on annual average.

Characteristic Analysis of Urban Traffic Noise in Officially Notified Land Price Evaluation (공시지가평가에 있어서 도시교통소음 특성분석)

  • Urban area is being continuously grown traffic volume due to diverse economic activities. Especially, the traffic noise, which occurs on the road of passing by residential district, is dropping quality of life as negative element of obstructing sleep at night. This study analyzed relationship between the officially notified land price and the traffic noise in residential district by using the estimating equation of traffic noise and GIS. As a result, the officially notified land price on a parcel of residential district along the road was indicated to be higher than a parcel where is located in other place. Even traffic noise was indicated to be higher. Accordingly, a plan is judged to be necessarily arranged that can be made appraisal of the officially notified land price, which is reflected the convenience of life and the quality of life at the same time in consideration even of traffic noise together as element of appraisal given evaluating the officially notified land price in residential district where is located in the downtown.

A Study on Player's Immersion by Difference of Input Control Devices in Computer Games (컴퓨터 게임에서 조작도구의 차이가 플레이어의 몰입에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • This study sets a hypothesis on that the use of input control devices, which are similar to what we experience in real life, to control activities in games increases players' immersion rate, and compares general input control devices with dedicated input control devices in order to show appropriate results. Accordingly the process of the study is derived and the hypothesis is substantiated by understanding the relationship between game controlling activities and immersion rate. Overall satisfaction survey result on the use of dedicated devices shows that most players responded that they felt immersed enough in games when used dedicated devices and were highly satisfied. The use of the dedicated devices had positive impact on the increase of immersion rate in general. In order to increase immersion rate with controlling activities in games, the use of input control devices that are easy to handle and enable precise control is required, which shows that it will bring more fun and more increased immersion rate.

Analysis on Effectiveness of Transit Mall by Visitor Perception (시민 만족도 분석을 통한 대중교통전용지구 도입 평가 연구)

  • The main objective of study was to analyze the effectiveness of transit mall. To this end, this study compared operational status of transit malls in operation (Daegu, Seoul and Busan). For the city of Busan where the latest transit mall became operational in 2015, a discriminant model was proposed to determine user satisfaction/dissatisfaction. The outcomes of comparative study showed that each city has different operational focus - Seoul has focus on traffic demand management, Busan has focus on walking environment, and Daegu has focus on accessibility to public transportation. Also, the discriminant model indicated that market sentiment, convenience of bus service, traffic accident risk, number of pedestrian, market user number have effects on user satisfaction. These results implied that, to improve user satisfaction, measures for market revitalization such as opening events and forming consultative groups need to be prepared and traffic conditions should also be improved through expansion of curfew time, linkage with subway station.
