Recently, real time data acquisition become important for space weather forecast and research. In this work, we have developed the data acquisition tools and their applications for space weather monitoring. We have developed programs to download the space weather data using IDL as well as programs to interactively display the image and data using ION (IDL on the Net). By using these tools, we have constructed the mirror site of Active Region Monitor (ARM) which summarizes several different solar activities, and developed ION programs to display TEC(Total Electron Contents) maps from GPS data at the passage of Korean satellites. At present, the KAO ARM mirror site (http://sun.kao.re.kr/arm) is successfully updated in every thirty minutes. The TEC maps from GPS data are expected to be used for monitoring the space environment of Korean satellites.

The rapid change of the culture and art environment is led to new art & cultural education and differences in culture and art education facilities, away from the traditional closed space culture and art education. Phenomena such as plays out of the theater, exhibitions out of the art museum, and pictures taking a walk indicate that cultural and artistic educational facilities can no longer stay in the existing paradigm and are changing along with the changes in the cultural and creative world. Therefore, to develop a site-specific theater education program centered around a specific place rather than a theater or studio, in line with the changing times of cultural and artistic educational facilities, this researcher analyzes Brecht's radio play experiment and the recent performative performance experiment. Furthermore, using the regional and community values of arts and culture education confirmed as the motive for research on site-specific theater programs, I analyze the implementation and application process by experimenting with theater programs out of the theaters and studios. As a prior study, research on site-specific performances is being conducted relatively actively, but earlier studies were dealing only with the Ligna group performance cases are lacking. However, I would like to use the previous research on site-specific performance cases as an epistemological background. As a result of the study, for the place-specific theater program through a total of 10 learners, a text based on a specific place was created that did not depend on traditional literary texts. Through this, the possibility of a site-specific theater education program could be confirmed.

This study aims to analyze the change process in order to set the improvement strategies for the zoo in the Seoul Children's Grand Park. The zoo can be reviewed through three significant time periods with noticeable changes. As a framework to analyze the major changes that happened in the zoo, this study looks at the changes in terms of the planning aspect as well as the animal welfare and program operation aspect. The findings are as follows: first, the era of general theme park turned out to have focused on exhibiting animals to meet visitor demands by expanding the zoo area of the zoo without enlarging stockyards for the animals. Second, the environmental park era created a zoo having entertaining and educational functions by arranging animal houses with the concept of zoological taxonomy and introducing animal behavioral enrichment, animal welfare programs and visitor participatory programs. The era of the zoo as an Urban Cultural Park improved old animal houses and facilities for the welfare of the animals and increased educational programs to preserve species and provide environmental education. The current status of the zoo turns out not to meet the conditions for creating an ecological zoo, which is the overall goal for contemporary zoos. The improvement strategies based on the analysis through three different eras are three-fold. First, the zoo needs to improve the boundary conditions of the animals to showcase animal wildness through landscape immersion. Second, the zoo should provide a shared environment for animals from the same habitats by changing the classification methods from the existing polyphyletic taxon to a classification that considers ecological habitat. Third, the zoo needs to develop various ecological education programs by supplementing specialists in professional education.

The growing socio-economic effect caused by science and technology requires public to participate in policy-making process, which makes government to boost public understanding of science(PUS). Government has also exerted to construct infra for PUS. However results are not so meaningful. The government-funded science museum has mainly provided the program for students. Besides, science broadcasting channel has recorded the worst viewing rate. Meanwhile, some of the private sector-manufactured contents have attracted public attention in recent years, which is realized by considering elements such as an interesting topic selection, use of outside experts, two-way communication system, level adjusting for public through flexible running system. This study analyze podcast based program, face to face lectures, display contents by private industry, fab lab etc. on the base of the reciprocal PUS model to sort out the reason they have successful results. Futhermore, it argues that government should intensify support for private sector and create synergy effect by cultivate collaboration system between government and private sector to enhance the efficiency of PUS and offers public policy to realize the plan.

In this study, a simulation program was developed, which predicts the performance of cold-air forced circulation type air cooled showcase. The showcase has an excellent display effect in addition to preserving the grocery. In the program, the compressor was analyzed using performance data supplied by the manufacturer and the capillary tube pressure drop was analyzed using a homogeneous model. The evaporator and condenser were analyzed by dividing the heat exchangers into small elements, where energy balance and appropriate heat transfer correlations were used. A showcase model with two 3/4 HP compressors, capillary tubes of 1.6 mm inner diameter, a fin-and-tube evaporator and condenser was tested, and the results are compared with the predicted values. It is shown that both evaporation and condensation temperatures are adequately predicted by the program.

This study was investigated for the local festival's educational impact. And take advantage of local festivals and educational effectiveness of the educational factors that affects, local festivals, depending on the type, application factors and intention to revisit whether there are differences in educational projects have identified the effect. So take advantage of the educational needs of local festivals for the purpose is to recognize that. To this end, 2010 Cheongdo persimmon festival's visitors were surveyed. How to analyze the descriptive statistics and factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, ANOVA was used. The results of multiple regression analysis, community education of local festivals, discretionary activities, and agricultural education in educational projects in local festivals factor effects showed positive effects. The results of ANOVA, type programs and performances of the factors exhibition programs, experiential programs were no significant differences between groups. Of intention to revisit, "will revisit" and "I do not know", "will not visit" and "I do not know" and "will not visit" was no significant difference between the groups. These results, focusing on the needs of local festivals take advantage of the educational implications for the proposed recognition.

This study attempted to provide basic data for efficient advertising model strategies of companies and advertising agencies by verifying the effectiveness of advertising star power of retired sports athletes in Korea. Therefore, retired domestic sports athletes selected those who were aware of advertisements selected as advertising models as samples, and 206 copies of data were applied to the final analysis. Data processing used the SPSS (ver. 21.0) program to analyze frequency and verify reliability. In addition, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed with the AMOS (ver. 20.0) program, and the significance of effectiveness was verified. As a result of the study, first, star power had a positive effect on favorability. Second, favorability had a positive effect on advertisement consumption behavior. Third, star power had a positive effect on advertising consumption behavior. Finally, star power was found to have a greater direct effect on advertising consumption behavior, and favorability was verified to have a partial mediating effect.

As a Creative Director one is always looking forward to formative elements of new design. The fractal image that is generated by a computer program instead of by hand suggests a geometric pattern that can grafted into a new design for each field. In this paper we look for information about the creation of a Mandelbrot fractal image that is being utilized in the design of various sectors like textile design, architectural design, exhibition design from pure painting by convergence of both technology and art composites. And it analyses about forms based on the formative principle of creation images.

For the last 60years, North Korea has constructed a lot of roadway bridges with different standard from that used in South Korea, and since North Korea prefer to take advantage of train more than truck for long distance transport, the construction and maintenance of roadway bridges have not been constructed effectively. Upon these situations, an exact evaluation of the resisting capacity for bridges in North Korea has been required to check of any bridge can be used in time of war. This paper introduces an evaluation of bridges in North Korea on the basis of Military Load Classification (MLC). Three different types of concrete bridges are considered, and the numerical analysis and design calculation give the military loadings which can pass through the bridges in North Korea.
