Moreover, this research will be used as a valued basic material in the pursuit of the future Broadcasting environment Advancement convergence projects.

'Youth Archivists Program' is an program of archival service in this archives. We suggest archival service based on social relationship by this case study. We have verified that there are some archival services based on social relationship in Korea. We hope that archival service based on social relationship should be an serious issue in Archival community.

This study aims to determine the value of the willingness to pay(WTP) admission fees through surveying the level at which visitors to national science museums in Korea are willing to pay for admission fees. The determination helps objectively identify ways to substantially increase admission-based revenues, thereby enhancing managerial efficiency of national science museums. Using the contingent valuation method(CVM), we analyzed the WTP for admission fees of 250 visitors to Gwacheon National Science Museum. The statistical analysis revealed that the average amount of WTP was far higher than the current admission fees(4,000 won for adults and 2,000 won for children and adolescents). WTP of questionnaire respondents was normally distributed at the mean of 8,447 won for adult admission and 6,535 won for non-adult admission to Gwacheon National Science Museum. This result can be used as basic evidence to redetermine admission fees of national science museums and ultimately improve financial vitality.

3D와 UHD(Ultra High Definition) 기술의 발전과 함께 실감미디어의 응용분야가 점차 증대되면서 넓은 시야각의 고품질 파노라마 영상기술도 활발히 연구되고 있다. 실사 기반의 파노라마 영상은 현실감과 몰입감을 증대시킴으로써 시청자에게 새로운 실감미디어를 경험할 수 있는 계기가 마련되고 있다. 특히, 그 응용분야가 기존의 전시관과 스트리트 뷰 등에서 영화, 뉴스룸 등으로 점차 확산되고 있는 추세이다. 본고에서는 고품질 파노라마 기술의 현시점을 짚어보고, 요소기술과 활용분야에 대하여 소개한다. 고품질 파노라마 AV 기반의 실감미디어서비스를 위해 기술적으로 극복해야 할 사항들이 존재하지만, 다양한 분야에서의 수요가 증가함에 따른 많은 연구개발이 이루어질 것으로 예상되며, 이에 대한 추가 연구개발을 통해 지적재산권 확보와 해외기술의 국내시장 잠식에 대처할 필요가 있다.

본 시스템은 1997년부터 추진된 지역정보화 사업의 추진 과제인 $\boxDr$과학기술정보시스템$\boxUl$ 과 $\boxDr$중소기업지원 정보시스템$\boxUl$ 을 확대 발전시키고 시스템 운영의 효율화를 도모하고자 DB를 통합하여 확대 재 구축함으로써 서비스 수준을 한 단계 높이고 고객 중심의 정보 이용 활성화 차원에서 추진되었다. 기 구축되었던 $\boxDr$과학기술정보시스템$\boxUl$ 과 $\boxDr$중소기업지원정보시스템$\boxUl$ 은 정보화를 통한 지역경제 발전에 일익을 담당하고자 관. 산. 학. 연이 참여한 지역정보화 사업이다. 이번에 확대 개발된 $\boxDr$과학산업종합정보시스템$\boxUl$ 은 연구개발정보센터로부터 자금 지원을 받아 구축한 시스템으로 크게 과학기술정보, 무역지원정보, 기업정보, 기업지원정보, 인력정보, 도서관정보, 시민광장 등을 중심으로 구성하였다. 특히 지역 기업체의 해외 마케팅 강화를 위한 무역지원정보는 상품전시관, 무역/거래알선, 무역통상정보 등 지역기업활동 지원 및 수출진흥을 도모하고 지역경제 활성화에 기여토록 하고자 한다.

디지털 기술이 전시환경에 도입되면서 다양한 매체를 통해 전시물의 정보를 전달하게 되었다. 그리고 관람자는 단순히 보는 전시에서 적극적으로 전시관람에 참여하고 전시물의 정보를 활용하고자 하는 욕구가 증대 되고있다. 이에 따라 전시환경은 이동하는 관람자를 위해 인터넷과, 모바일 기기를 활용하여 효과적으로 관람체험을 지원하고, 정보를 제공하기 위한 서비스 연구가 중요해 졌다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 디지털 네트워크 환경으로 변화하는 전시 환경과 전시관람을 지원하는 서비스 연구 현황을 이해하기 위해 문헌과 사례조사를 통해 살펴보았다. 그리고 관람자들의 관람 상황과 관람 유형을 파악하기 위해 관람자들의 전시 관람 행동을 관찰하였다. 관찰내용을 분석하여 관람자들의 관람 행동에 따른 관람 유형 및 키워드를 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 전시관람 시 발생하는 관람자들의 니즈와 문제점을 심층인터뷰를 통해 추출하였다. 관람자들의 니즈와 문제점은 관람자가 전시관을 이동하며 관람하는 상황에서 인터페이스를 통해 해결할 수 있는 요소를 중심으로 전시관람 지원 서비스 요소를 제안하였다. 제안한 서비스 요소는 전시물을 선택하여 관람할 때 전시물과 공간과의 관계를 인터페이스를 통해 파악하고 관람시간을 확인하며 관람하는 해결방안을 제시하였다. 이를 박물관의 전시환경을 사례로 모바일 PDA 에 적용하였으며 사용 시나리오를 통해 제안한 서비스의 유용성과 활용 가능성을 살펴보았다.

A smartphone is one of the best candidate devices on which context based services can be provided because a smartphone has considerably powerful computing ability and large memory capacity and it is a personal belonging. One of the most important factors of context is the moving status of the smartphone. For example, if the smartphone is not moving and the user is in an exhibition room then we can conclude that the user is watching an exhibit. This paper proposes an algorithm of determining the moving status of a smartphone for the first time. Our test results showed that the proposed algorithm is 100% correct.

Recently, the cooperation among Korea, Japan, and China for the standardization of information technology is very well done due to the mutual countries' interests. Especially, in the field of digital home, that is consisted of next generation digital home technology and service based on the ubiquitous computing, the Korea and Japan have endeavored for several years, and now they are in good will competition in technology and the mutual cooperation for the standardization. In this article, the current trends of Japanese and Korean technology and service in ubiquitous home are discussed. From this discussion, the comparison between Japan and Korea will be used for the industrialization based on the best aspects from the view points of each other's technology and approach.

This study was conducted based on the need to establish an operational plan following the establishment of the Okcheon-gun Daily Life Culture and Sports Center Library, and for the users of public libraries in Okcheon-gun, the functions and roles of the Okcheon-gun Library, collection related to operational direction, user service related activation, library usage related status survey, preference for the future use and perception of desired services were surveyed. Based on the results of the perception survey, the direction required by the Okcheon-gun residents for the Library was identified, and the research results are as follows. As a result of the study, first, when establishing a collection plan, the data types ought to be based on the printed materials and the multi-media materials to reflect the needs of the users, and it may also be necessary to collect them in consideration of the subject areas including literature, art, history, and technical sciences. Second, to provide various information services, it would be necessary to establish an overall information service plan, and it was identified that it would be necessary to develop various information services according to the user preferences and provide cooperative services. Third, it was determined that the programs appropriate for the various subjects and age groups should be continuously expanded moving forward in consideration of the larges demand for programs by the residents of Okcheon-gun. Fourth, new constructions and spatial improvements are needed, and the overall preference for open spaces was significant. In the case of cultural space, the preference for youth cultural facilities, convenience facilities for residents, infinite loss of imagination, and the (experiential) exhibition halls turned out to be large.

With the introduction of the digital technology in the exhibition environment, the information of the exhibit has come to be transmitted through diverse media. The visitors desire has been increased from the simple viewing of the exhibition to the active participation in the exhibition viewing and the utilization of the exhibit information. Subsequently, the study on the service to effectively support the viewing experience and provide the information by utilizing the internet and mobile device for visitors in movement has become important in terms of the exhibition environment. Accordingly, in this study, the current condition in studying the service supporting the exhibition environment and the exhibition viewing, which are being changed into a digital network environment, was examined through the literature and case studies. In order to find out the viewing situation and viewing type of visitors, the visitors behaviors of viewing the exhibition were observed. By analyzing the contents observed, the viewing type and keyword were drawn in accordance with the visitors behaviors of viewing. On the basis of this, visitors needs and problems occurring in case of the exhibition viewing were found out via in-depth interview. The service factors of supporting the exhibition viewing were proposed on the basis of the factors by which visitors needs and problems could be solved via interface in the circumstance when visitors would move round the exhibition hall and view the exhibition. In terms of the service factors, the method to resolve was presented on the basis of the relationship between the exhibit and the space in case of selecting and viewing the exhibit. This was applied into the mobile PDA with the example of the exhibition environment in the national museum. Through the scenario of using, the usefulness of the service proposed and the relevant possibility of utilization were reviewed.
