Uncertainty in housing price fluctuation has great impact on the overall economy due to importance of housing market as both place of residence and investment target. Therefore, estimating housing market condition is a highly important task in terms of setting national policy. Primary indicator of the housing market is a ratio between rent and transaction price of housing. The research explores dynamic relationships between Rent-Transaction price ratio, housing transaction price and jeonse rental price, using Vector Autoregressive Model, in order to demonstrate significance of shifting rent-transaction price that is subject to changes in housing transaction and housing rental market. The research applied housing transaction price index and housing rental price index as an indicator to measure transaction and rental price of housing. The price index and data for price ratio was derived from statistical data of the Kookmin Bank. The time-series data contains monthly data ranging between January 1999 and November 2009; the data was log transformed to convert to level variable. The analysis result suggests that the rising ratio between rent-transaction price of housing should be interpreted as a precursor for rise of housing transaction price, rather than judging as a mere indicator of a current trend.

Treatability tests of a soil washing device were performed for the remediation of eil-contaminated soil. The contaminant-containing soil with water was first fed into a oc-current screw conveyor and then into a counter-current washer. Surfactant was introduced into the washer and feeding soil was continuously separated on the basis of #40 mesh at the same time. A washing efficiency of 97.9% was achieved by the the soil washing device optimized.

Real-estate values and related economics are often the first read newspaper category. We are concerned about the opinions of experts on the forecast for real estate prices. The Box-Jenkins ARIMA model is a commonly used statistical method to predict housing prices. In this article, we tried to predict housing prices by combining independent component analysis (ICA) in multivariate data analysis and the Box-Jenkins ARIMA model. The two independent components for both the selling price index and the long-term rental price index were extracted and used to predict the future values of both indices. In conclusion, it has been shown that the actual indices and the forecast indices using ICA are more comparable to the forecasts of the ARIMA model alone.

The purpose of this paper is to construct the model that enables to estimate the amount of tanker voyage charter by region or by ship size. This paper decomposed the mechanism of voyage and time charter step by step, and apply the accumulated date of KMI chartering database. The results of the estimation is that the amount of voyage charter in 2007 will be 25,751 or 23.3% increase compared with that of 2000. And the amount of voyage charter in Korea will be 9.3% of the world amount, and will be 26.6% of the Far East amount.

본 연구에서는 유류 오염토양 복원을 위한 효율적인 이동형 연속식 토양세척 장비를 개발하여 현장 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 진세척조는 내부에 스크류를 설치함으로써 주입되는 오염토양과 세척용액의 기계적 교반에 의한 원활한 접촉과 토양간의 마찰 등으로 인하여 토양으로부터 오염물질의 탈착이 효과적으로 이루어지도록 하였다. 전세척조 외부에 위치한 주세척조는 전세척조에서 탈착된 오염물질과 미세입자를 원 토양으로부터 효율적으로 분리하기 위한 헹굼작용과 배출부에서 미세입자를 포함하는 세척 유출수가 효율적으로 분리 배출이 될 수 있도록 설계.제작하였다. 현장 적용 실험결과, 설계 목표치인 토양 주입 속도 15m$^3$/day, 계면활성제 POE$_{5}$POE$_{14}$의 비 1:1 (농도 0.1%), 세척수/토양 비 (부피/중량비) 1, 전세척조 회전속도 18rpm. 주세척조 회전속도 5rpm의 운전조건에서 90% 이상의 높은 세척효율을 나타내었다.

세계는 오래동안 부존에너지 자원을 비교적 자유스럽게 사용하여왔다. 그러나 1973-74년에 있었던 전세계적인 유류파동은 석유연료의 한계를 실감하게 했고 우리가 부담없이 사용하던 에너지에 대한 인식을 새롭게 해주었다. 그런데 석유파동의 상처가 아물기 시작하자 대다수의 사람들은 과거의 쓰라린 경험으로부터 배운 교훈을 망각해가고 있는 것 같다. 한 에너지 전문가는 이러한 현실을 보고 "석유파동이 너무 신속히 지나간 것같다 .만일 파동이 좀더 오래 지속되였다면 전세계 에너지는 에너지를 절약하는 방법을 철저히 배웠을 것이며 그것을 실행하고 있었을 것이다."라고 의미있는 말을 하였다. 그러나 에너지 파동이후에도 전세계는 자국의 국내총생량(GNP)을 확대하는데 총력을 기울려왔으며 그 결과는 필연적으로 에너지 소비의 급격한 신장이 따르기 마련이다.

디지털 라디오는 세계적인 디지털화에 따라 아날로그 AM/FM을 대체하는 차세대 라디오 기술이다. 그러나 단일 표준을 제공하는 아날로그 AM/FM 서비스와는 달리 디지털 라디오 서비스는 국가와 대륙에 따라 상이한 기술표준 방식을 채택하거나 하나에 국가에서도 주파수에 따라 다른 표준을 채택하고 있어 서로 호환이 불가능하여 호환성 문제가 야기되고 있다. 전세계적으로 디지털라디오는 DAB/DAB+, DRM30/DRM+, HDRadio 방식이 있다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 단일 플랫폼으로 이러한 복수 디지털 라디오 기술 표준을 지원하는 FPGA기반 전세계 디지털 라디오 수신 베이스벤트 프로세서의 설계와 구현방안을 제시한다.

유가의 상승에 따른 에너지확보는 매년 국가의 중요한 정책의 하나로 되었으며, 전세계적으로 다양한 탱카선이 건조되어왔고 이들 선박의 운항에 따라 국내에서도 탱가선을 서비스 하기위한 계류, 저장, 이송 시설 등 항만인프라의 구축이 원활하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나, 이들 시설 중 돌핀부두에의 접이안을 위한 시설의 국내 설계기준은 오래전에 설정된 것으로 보완이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 현재 건조되어 운항되고 있는 전세계의 탱카선의 자료를 수집하고 톤수에 따른 선형을 분석하여 돌핀부두내 작업돌핀, 접안돌핀, 계류돌핀의 적정간격과 계류안정성의 평가에 반영하고, 설계기준의 보완에 대한 의견을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석에는 전세계 250여척의 탱카선의 선형을 조사하였고, 미국, 영국, 캐나다 등 외국의 설계기준과 국내기준의 비교가 이루어졌다.

The housing market is changing continuously according to the place and time and these changes have a ripple effect across various fields. On the other hand, the amount of housing that is consumed in the region also acts as a central cause of price movement. Moreover, the cause of variations in the housing market can be separated according to the characteristics of the housing consumer. In addition, the individual characteristics of the consumer varies according to the region. As a result, a study on the regional causal relationship of the housing market is underway. Although significant research has been done on the domestic home sales market, there has been limited research on the housing charter market. Therefore, in this paper, regional causal relationship of the housing market in the Gangnam and Gangbuk area in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province was analyzed using the vector error correction model, and is segmented by housing sale market and housing jeonse market. In addition, housing sale and housing jeonse of Gangam, Ganbuk and Gyeonggi province are defined as analysis variables, and time series data is the monthly material of June 2003 to November 2015. The results of the analysis, in the case of the housing sale market, showed that fluctuations in house prices in Gangnam area have a major influence on the fluctuations in house prices in the surrounding region. Similarly, in the case of the housing jeonse market, it was found that the jeonse price of Gangnam area has a significant impact on the jeonse price of housing in the surrounding area.
