Timelapse which was appeared Georges Mellieoseu in 1897 was not familiar to people and was not popular in film or broadcast industry in spite of long history. But about 5 years ago, timelapse has become distinguished in all around image art, because it show us aesthetic extraction of time and variation of color in Vimeo and Youtube which neve been seen before. So nowadays latest camera has come out with default menu which can shoot timelapse. But popularity of timelapse seem not development of cinematography technique or appearance of new function but production of image which reflects ages of present with fully accept digital media property. This study is approached from two formative characteristics. First it is strengthen of time which is showed timelapse and analog media from a comparison angle. Second, it is how to extend their sense and imitate images through resolution which can be possible high quality image and color especially with Raw data Through these methodology, this study defines correlation of character of digital media and artistic value of images in timelapse. And also it cleary assures the era of penetrating art has not only visual amusement as known but, also representative value of our ages and technology of media.

This study provides a effective approach to the construction management problem with the limited number or amount of available resources using the analytic hierarchy process. Construction management is a series of decision making processes for planning and controling of cost, time and quality as main objectives in construction works. When several activities need the limited same resource at the same time, it is very hard to decide the priority of the activities in the real situations. For that the scientific decision making method and procedure for resource allocation are required. This study solves the resource allocation problem by dealing with the decision making problem which the activities are distributed to multiple projects and under multiple criteria. The analytic hierarchy process is a method devised to solve complex multi-criteria decision problems. The result shows that this study can be effectively used to make decisions in situations involving multiple objectives by evaluating the prioritized ranking and degree of the activity alternatives based on the overall preferences.

This paper presents the core technology of Construction Business Process Automation to model and automate construction business processes. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Automation (BPA) have been recognized as one of the important aspects in construction business management. However, BPR requires a lot of efforts to identify, document, implement, execute, maintain, and keep track thousands of business processes to deliver a project. Moreover, existing BPA technologies used in existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems do not lend themselves to effective scalability for construction business process management. Application of Workflow and Object Technologies would be quite effective in implementing a scalable enterprise application for construction business processes by addressing how: 1) Automated construction management tasks are developed as software components, 2) The process modeling is facilitated by dragging-and dropping task components in a network, 3) Raising business requests and instantiating corresponding process instances are delivered, and 4) Business process instances are executed by using workflow technology based on real-time simulation engine. This paper presents how the construction business process automation is achieved by using equipment reservation and cancellation processes simplified intentionally.

There are two kind of system in hotel for evaluating management. the first is infra system, for example Front management system - reservation system, C/I, C/O system, POS system , web system, call center management -, Back office system, interface system, and so on which manage direct control for hotel, and next is strategic system, for example BSC , CS . which is supporting hotel management. The purpose of this study was to find using the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate hotel management perfomance. Management performance is based on productivity, quality, time, effect, and responsiveness. Hotel economic value is not equal visual asset which is measured financial value. It is include hotel brand, image, customers who have good loyalty, employees who give customers special service, and systems which was affected by internal process. In conclusion, innovation, growth, internal system process, empioyee and customer have effect hotel performance. Therefore hotel has to know non-financial performance which has positively relate to financial performance.

This work was carried out to investigate the antioxidative effects of Acanthopnax sessiliflorus from Jeongseon County for the purpose of development of a novel antioxidant from natural products. The antioxidant activity was determined by using electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), not measuring the radical scavenging effect on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) which have bun used for antioxidant activity of natural sources. Although DPPH radical scavenging activity assay have been generally used for antioxidant activity, this assay is nut appropriated for determinating which radical is scavenged by extracts from natural products. Using EPR, we determinated whether A. sessiliflorus extracts from Jeongseon County scavenge specific radicals or not. On experiment of scavenging superoxide anion radical, hydroxyl radical, nitrogen dioxide and peroxinitrite. Extracts from A. sessiliflorus showed high antioxidant activities to reactive oxygen and nitrogen species. These result suggest that extracts from A. sessiliflorus act as an antioxidant by scavenging reactive oxygen and nitrogen species and used as new cosmetic ingredients for anti-oxidative stress in skin.
As a result of applying the COG (Cluster of Orthologous Groups of Protein) algorithm to 1,309 species to confirm the conserved genes of prokaryotes, ribosomal protein S11 (COG0100) was identified. The numbers of conservative genes were 2, 5, 5, and 6 in 1,308, 1,307, 1,306, and 1,305 species, respectively. Twenty-nine genes were conserved in over 1,302 species, and they encoded 23 ribosomal proteins, 3 tRNA synthetases, 2 translation factors, and 1 RNA polymerase subunit. Most of them were related to protein production, suggesting the importance of protein expression in prokaryotes. The highest conservative COG was COG0048 (ribosomal protein S12) among the 29 COGs. The 29 conserved genes usually have one protein for each prokaryote. COG0090 (ribosomal protein L2) had not only the lowest conservation value but also the largest standard deviation of phylogenetic distance value. As COG0090 is not only a member of the ribosome, but also a regulator of replication and transcription, it could be inferred that prokaryotes have large variations in COG0090 to survive in various environments. This study could provide data necessary for basic science, tumor control, and development of antibacterial agents.
This study investigates the link between music integration in the lives of adults in their twenties and their school music experiences. Ten individuals in their twenties were interviewed to explore their experiences based on the self-determination theory's fundamental psychological needs (autonomy, competence, and relatedness). Participants were categorized into an active music engagement group (5 individuals) and an inactive group (5 individuals) for individual interviews. Transcripts were analyzed following the five steps of grounded theory data analysis technique. Results indicated a strong connection between music activities during school years and current motivation for music integration, associated with the fulfillment of psychological needs outlined in the self-determination theory. Particularly, this study identified the instructional methods, school music activities, and performance evaluations as closely related to autonomy, competence, and relatedness. It offers a comprehensive analysis of how experiences in these areas during school music activities correlate with values and motivations for music integration in adulthood. Additionally, the study suggests ways to promote the voluntary incorporation of music into life through positive experiences of autonomy, competence, and relatedness in music activities.
RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) is a technique used for providing global patterns of transcriptomes in samples. However, it can only provide the average gene expression across cells and does not address the heterogeneity within the samples. The advances in single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) technology have revolutionized our understanding of heterogeneity and the dynamics of gene expression at the single-cell level. For example, scRNA-seq allows us to identify the cell types in complex tissues, which can provide information regarding the alteration of the cell population by perturbations, such as genetic modification. Since its initial introduction, scRNA-seq has rapidly become popular, leading to the development of a huge number of bioinformatic tools. However, the analysis of the big dataset generated from scRNA-seq requires a general understanding of the preprocessing of the dataset and a variety of analytical techniques. Here, we present an overview of the workflow involved in analyzing the scRNA-seq dataset. First, we describe the preprocessing of the dataset, including quality control, normalization, and dimensionality reduction. Then, we introduce the downstream analysis provided with the most commonly used computational packages. This review aims to provide a workflow guideline for new researchers interested in this field.

Customer Relationship Management(CRM) has been a sustainable competitive edge of many companies. CRM analyzes customer data for designing and executing targeted marketing analysing customer behavior in order to make decisions relating to products and services including management information system. It is critical for companies to get and maintain profitable customers. How to manage relationships with customers effectively has become an important issue for both academicians and practitioners in recent years. However, the existing academic literature and the practical applications of customer relationship management(CRM) strategies have been focused on the technical process and organizational structure about the implementation of CRM. These limited focus on CRM lead to the result of numerous reports of failed implementations of various types of CRM projects. Many of these failures are also related to the absence of marketing approach. Identifying successful factors and outcomes focused on marketing concept before introducing a CRM project are a pre-implementation requirements. Many researchers have attempted to find the factors that contribute to the success of CRM. However, these research have some limitations in terms of marketing approach without explaining how the marketing based factors contribute to the CRM success. An understanding of how to manage relationship with crucial customers effectively based marketing approach has become an important topic for both academicians and practitioners. However, the existing papers did not provide a clear antecedent and outcomes factors focused on marketing approach. This paper attempt to validate whether or not such various marketing factors would impact on relational quality and CRM performance in terms of marketing oriented perceptivity. More specifically, marketing oriented factors involving market orientation, customer orientation, customer information orientation, and core customer orientation can influence relationship quality(satisfaction and trust) and CRM outcome(customer retention and customer share). Another major goals of this research are to identify the effect of relationship quality on CRM outcomes consisted of customer retention and share to show the relationship strength between two factors. Based on meta analysis for conventional studies, I can construct the following research model. An empirical study was undertaken to test the hypotheses with data from various companies. Multiple regression analysis and t-test were employed to test the hypotheses. The reliability and validity of our measurements were tested by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and principal factor analysis respectively, and seven hypotheses were tested through performing correlation test and multiple regression analysis. This means that customer trust which is firmly formed by long term tasks will not be directly linked to the core customer orientation. the enduring management concerned with this interactions is probably more important for the successful implementation of CRM. The second key result is that the implementation and operation of successful CRM process in terms of marketing approach have a strong positive association with both relationship quality(customer trust/customer satisfaction) and CRM performance(customer retention and customer possession). The final key fact that relationship quality has a strong positive effect on customer retention and customer share confirms that improvements in customer satisfaction and trust improve accessibility to customers, provide more consistent service and ensure value-for-money within the front office which result in growth of customer retention and customer share. Particularly, customer satisfaction and trust which is main components of relationship quality are found to be positively related to the customer retention and customer share. Interactive managements of these main variables play key roles in connecting the successful antecedent of CRM with final outcome involving customer retention and share. Based on research results, This paper suggest managerial implications concerned with constructions and executions of CRM focusing on the marketing perceptivity. I can conclude in general the CRM can be achieved by the recognition of antecedents and outcomes based on marketing concept. The implementation of marketing concept oriented CRM will be connected with finding out about customers' purchasing habits, opinions and preferences profiling individuals and groups to market more effectively and increase sales changing the way you operate to improve customer service and marketing. Benefiting from CRM is not just a question of investing the right software, but adapt CRM users to the concept of marketing including marketing orientation, customer orientation, and customer information orientation. No one deny that CRM is a process or methodology used to develop stronger relationships being composed of many technological components, but thinking about CRM in primarily technological terms is a big mistake. We can infer from this paper that the more useful way to think and implement about CRM is as a process that will help bring together lots of pieces of marketing concept about customers, marketing effectiveness, and market trends. Finally, a real situation we conducted our research may enable academics and practitioners to understand the antecedents and outcomes in the perceptive of marketing more clearly.
