  • In this study, we want to analyze the aspect that required in the classroom for the operation of NCS-based curriculum, the interest of specialized subject teachers on implementable teaching and learning methods. As a result, the overall interest in teaching-learning method of specialized subject teachers was similar to that of non-user patterns among four types of interest patterns. In other words, specialized subject teachers want to know more about teaching-learning method for applying NCS-based curriculum, but we are only aware of the general facts at present, and it seems that there is low interest in actual operation. In addition, there was no statistically significant difference in the degree of interest in the teaching-learning method according to general variables(gender, related training experience, career, and curriculum group) of the specialized subject teachers. The specialized subject teachers are not well aware of the influence of the teaching-learning method according to the introduction of NCS-based curriculum, and to that end, there was little interest in collaboration with colleagues.

  • In recent, Korean government TF Team announced new entrepreneurship policy of establishing virtuous cycle in high-tech venture startup financing ecosystem with emphasizing on 'boosting up angel investment and M&A.' This policy is brought not only to come up with the previous policy defects of creating less creative starts-up despite that government has put die-hard efforts, such as big chunk of budget dumping and policy preference, to promote high-tech starts-up since the year of 1997, but also to found right momentum of shifting entrepreneurship policy paradigm from government-direct to entrepreneur into indirect via utilizing the market forces. In particular, this policy puts a highlight on promoting angel investment, representing unfolding red carpets for creative economy. However, this policy confront critical fatal flaws such as a serious lacks of business angels which carry out the core function of government policy. In worse off, business angels cannot be raised up in short term period by taking other practical entrepreneurship ecosystem cases. As alternative, this paper propose the raising-up over entrepreneurship facilitators with having angel investing potentials in short term. In specific, this paper suggest the training methodology over the previous BI manager, passive simple angel investors, and consultants in entrepreneurship for embedding entrepreneurship facilitators. This paper carries four different specific studies. First, this paper implement literature review for entrepreneurship policy with respect to evaluating the previous entrepreneurship policies and making a diagnosis over its consequences. Second, it carries theoretical literature reviews relating to Korean angel investment and business incubation. Third, it proposes the concept of entrepreneurship facilitators. Fourth, it brings the alternatives of raising up entrepreneurship facilitators.

  • This study empirically verified the effect of environmental dynamism on changes in the dynamic and operational capabilities of an enterprise and its innovation performance. With the aim of quantification, the concept and definition of each capability were defined as a hierarchical structure of dynamic and operational capabilities. Five research hypotheses were established through prior research on dynamic capabilities, operational capabilities, innovation performance, and environmental dynamism. For empirical analysis, the hypotheses were verified based on surveys from 300 Korean manufacturing companies. It was shown that Dynamic capabilities had a positive relationship with operational capabilities and operational capabilities had a positive relationship with innovation performance. And it was shown that operational capabilities had a positive relationship with radical innovation in business groups with high environmental dynamism while operating capabilities had a positive relationship with gradual innovation in business groups with low environmental dynamism. Also, the moderating effect of environmental dynamism was not significant in the relationship with dynamic capabilities on operational capabilities. This study is meaningful in that it lays the groundwork for empirically verifying the dynamic capabilities of an enterprise by embodying its dynamic capabilities and operational capabilities into processes, and verifies the effect of environmental change on its capabilities and innovation performance. And it has implications to suggest how an enterprise should transform its capabilities to sustain its competitive advantage in a rapidly changing environment.

  • In call centers where customers contact a firm's customer service without face-to-face interaction, customer service representatives (CSRs) determine its service competitiveness. In other words, a firm's service excellence relies on its CSRs. Drawing on the concept of agility from service and information technologies studies, this study conceptualizes customer response capability as a variable consisting of customer response expertise and customer response agility, and further verifies its effects on customer service performance. Moreover, this study examines whether a firm's digital and human knowledge resources are related to CSRs' customer response capability. To empirically test the proposed hypotheses, the partial least squares analysis is conducted with a total of 371 responses collected on CSRs from two insurance call centers. The findings indicate that a firm's digital and human knowledge resources enhance CSRs' customer response expertise and customer response agility, thereby increasing customer service performance. The results draw the conclusion that CSRs' customer response capability is a key antecedent of superior customer service.
