The Korean Army has to construct a system that will enable it to cope immediately with the flexible military relationships in Northeast Asia by systematizing and improving the efficiency of operations. These improvements include building a smart and strong army, concentrating on cost-effective combat skills, maximizing the utilization of private resources, and establishing a military structure based on information and technology. Accordingly, this study proposes solutions to solve the problems affecting the success of outsourcing in the defense industry. Unlike outsourcing in other government ministries, outsourcing in the national defense sector may be unrealistic because this strategy is related to the renovation project of the Ministry of the National Defense. In general, the objective of outsourcing in the defense industry, similar to other businesses, is to improve efficiency and not to reduce troops and national defense budget. Several factors, such as identification and security guarantee, risk reduction, cost saving, quality improvement, the reliability of enterprise, and professional technology, are necessary to ensure outsourcing success in the national defense sector. In terms of effectiveness, the improvement in service quality significantly influences outsourcing success in the national defense sector. Eventually, the national defense forces must be strengthened to prevent the provocative actions of North Korea and other threats by improving identification, sense of national security, and quality unlike the current outsourcing of the government, as well as emulating German GEBB or PMC, which utilizes social capital.
The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting job satisfaction in dental hygienists with and without schoolwork, who form professional manpower in dental clinics, and provide basic data that could help develop detailed plans for reducing the turnover intention and improving job satisfaction. For data collection, convenience sampling was performed among clinical dental hygienists at dental clinics in Daejeon and Chungcheong and Gyeongsang Provinces from July 20 to September 20, 2019, and a self-administered questionnaire was used and the data were analyzed by T-test, One-way Anova, Pearson correlation, Stepwise multiple regression analysis, etc. using IBM SPSS/WIN 20.0. For the dental hygienists with schoolwork, job stress was negatively correlated with professional self-concept and job satisfaction, and professional self-concept was positively correlated with job satisfaction; for the dental hygienists without schoolwork, job stress was negatively correlated with professional self-concept and job satisfaction, and professional self-concept was positively correlated with job satisfaction. The factors affecting job satisfaction were professional self-concept, job stress, and age of ≥30 for the dental hygienists with schoolwork and professional self-concept, job stress, and the position as a middle manager for those without schoolwork. To put these results together, professional self-concept and job stress were factors affecting job satisfaction for dental hygienists with and without schoolwork. It is necessary to focus on the formation of good dental organizational culture through positive institutional support as well as through systematic establishment of professional self-concept.

The present study was carried out with a view to examine the protective actions of physical and occupational therapists for patients's privacy. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with the questionnaires that were distributed to 297 physical and occupational therapists engaged in general hospitals as well as in rehabilitation clinics across the country from January 2 to 13, 2012. From the survey, it was made known that the overall extent of protective actions practiced by them was $3.54{\pm}.733$ in average. Divided by area, the average protective action in communication was $3.62{\pm}.776$, followed by $3.57{\pm}1.013$ in direct contact and $3.53{\pm}.780$ in maintenance and management, respectively. The analysis of general characteristics by each area showed that the older their age gets and the longer their career is, the more the protective action is practiced by them. Although they are well aware of the fact that the medical information of patients should be kept 100% secret and they practice it to almost excellent grade (5), the physical and occupational therapists, as key experts in charge of improving functions of patients, were found to have little concern for and little knowledge about contents of protecting medical information. It is thus required to perform public relation and instruction continuously to intensify their awareness of needs to protect patients' privacy and to implant ethical sense in this regard deep in their mind.
The changes in fat acidity of brown rice and eating quality of rice during long term grain storage of unhulled rice were evaluated for the government managed rices. The Tongil type rice grains had consistently significantly lower fat acidity during three and half year storage than the Japonica type rice. On sensory evaluation of the fresh milled cooked rice the eating quality of the long term stored rices, 1987, 1988, and 1989 produce Tongil did not differ much each other even though increase in fat acidity by year of storage. The Japonica rices produced in 1989 and 1990 in different locations and stored there also did not differ much in eating quality. The grains stored in storehouses of super grade did not differ significantly from those stored in the first grades, but the grains stored (4 $^{\circ}C$, RH 50%) grains have kept the eating quality almost same as the fresh grains even after two and half years. A higher degree of milling did not improve significantly the sensory taste of cooked rice of the grains long term stored.

The purpose of the study is the acquisitions of knowledge related in job searching from local companies and job seekers using data mining techniques. At the first step, for the study, we had selected the local companies their headquarters are located in Jeonbuk province. Then we had picked the graduating students out from the high schools, colleges, and universities in the same area as the job seekers. After the targeting of the sample, we had surveyed 560 local companies and 14 schools for the collecting of the preliminary data. As the result of the survey, we could collect 173 responses from the companies and 551 responses from the job seekers. At the second step using data mining, we had adapted the C5.0 algorithm to extract the inference rules. Then we had used the Visual Basic (VB) programming language to visualize the rules at the third step. At the fourth step, we transformed the inference rules into DB tables. At the final step, we had executed the rule inferences to support the development of the long-term human resources development (HRD) strategies. As the result of the study, we could suggest the helpful information to the HRD directors and job seekers in designing their strategies in managing their jobs and career development.

Under this economic circumstance, the logistics firms located in port take better advantages than those in other areas. This study observed those firms with consciousness to which matters were affected a growth of the logistics IT firms. This study considered in terms of three factors which are an economic factor, a political factor and an internal-ability factor for the matters of logistics IT firms' success through the factor analysis. According to the factor analysis, subjective factor showed positive: (1) expanding market through the ideas and abilities, (2) internal relations and government support (3) capability of market identification and focusing on regional industrialization. As a result of the internal ability analysis, there were three positive matters such as (1) a factor of organization or human resource management, (2) relationship with consumer and resource and management ability for strategy, and (3) developing unique product, networking, suitable goods of regional industrialization. The external factor, through the factor analysis was trued out (1) a emerged political factor such as a support up venture, cluster composition, investing R&D and specialist training, (2) economic factor such as tax reduction, financial support, marketing collaboration renting office in a low price by regional government.

ZigBee based on the most vulnerable part of u-Healthcare system that uses the ZigBee communication is the wireless section. ZigBee communication sectors to identify vulnerabilities in this paper, we propose to compensate. And to prevent the exposure of a unique identifying address was used to address a temporary identification. ZigBee security services, the proposed system during the Network Key for encryption only use one mechanism of Residential Mode is used. Residential Mode on all nodes of the entire network because they use a common key, the key is stolen, your network's security system at a time are at risk of collapse. Therefore, in order to guard against these risks to the security policy Network Key updated periodically depending on the method used to. The proposed evaluation and comparative analysis of the system were exposed in the existing system can hide the address that uniquely identifies a public key Network Key also updated periodically, so that leaks can occur due to reduced risk.

The results of a survey on 6,192 elementary schools across the country in April 2019 are as follows : First, there was a correlation between the number of students and the number of classes. Second, 2,788 schools (45.0%) were small schools, 1,931 schools (31.2%) were suitably sized schools, and 1,473 schools (23.8%) were large schools among the 6,192 elementary schools surveyed. Third, there was a significant difference in the proportion of small schools, suitably sized schools, and large schools by province. Among the 8 metropolitan cities, Seoul had the lowest percentage of small schools at 9.8%, followed by Incheon at 18.0%. Among the 9 provinces, Gyeonggi Province had the lowest rate at 26.8%, while Jeollanam-do had the highest rate at 87.2%. This means that adopting the same standard for abolition of small schools throughout different provinces can cause serious problems. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect the educational conditions of each province.
The railway accident is characterized by widespread and great(immerse) damage to our society when an accident occurred even if the probability of a railway accident is low. It is no doubt that the role of a rolling stock driver who are active in the first line of the rail safety driving is the most important to prevent an unexpected railway accident. Before new railway safety law being taken into effect, each railway operating organization had the responsibility of training a rolling stock driver by qualification criteria (the requirements or standards of competency), training period, probation period decided on their own standards. To train drivers driving same locomotive model, each railway operating organization had a variety of standards to draft and train trainees. Consequently, It was considered inefficient way to train and manage rolling stock drivers. However, after implementing the new railway safety law, a new system including training and evaluation process to issue driver's license on the condition that entire requirements are satisfied has been established. To prove the competency of the rolling stock driver objectively, training center and third-party evaluation center are divided individually and assigned by government office. Training center should design the training program to allot theatrical education time for different trainee group and to secure maximum practical training time utilizing simulator system to enhance the rolling stock driver's competency. This study analyzes certain conditions necessary to maximize the effectiveness and practical use of training for aquisition of a driver's license and the problems of the existing rail safety law and the ways to improve them.
The purpose of this study is to manufacture a multi-function device (MFD) which can be applied to various types of weight-bearing view of the lower leg, and to compare the results with the images from the existing weight-bearing platforms (WBPs), thereby suggesting a clinical utilization. The MFD was manufactured, by considering the minimum adjustable heights of the platform for weight-bearing foot/ankle, platform for hindfoot alignment view, and X-ray tube of the X-ray device. A foot/ankle phantom was used to take the images of weight-bearing lateral foot in MFD and WBPs to compare the resolutions of the X-ray images using a quick modulation transfer function (MTF) program. Between both the images taken from the MFD and WBPs, there was no statistically significant difference found in the mean cycles per pixel (C/P) and the lines per image height (LPH) of the 50%-Contrast Spatial Frequency (MTF50), and 10-90% of Maximum Energy Rise Distance (10-90%), where p>0.05. The MFD is suggested for its clinical trial as a useful positioning device that can secure the patient's safety and manifoldly perform various inspections. Also, the recommendation of the positioning device as a policy can activate dedicated manufacturers, while also improving the quality of medical services.
