Effects of professional Manpower support projects on sustainability of social enterprises -Mediaition effect on Enterprise Characteristics- (전문인력지원사업이 사회적기업 지속가능성에 미치는 영향 -기업특성을 매개로-)

  • Social and economic polarization such as the collapse of self-employed people and job losses are becoming social problems due to the COVICD-19 crisis, and the role of social enterprises in providing social services to vulnerable people in various business sectors is very important. Social enterprises are complaining of difficulties in sustainability due to the hybrid nature of creating social value and economic value. Support for professionals matching the business sector of social enterprises is urgently needed for sustainability, but support for professionals is very insufficient due to insufficient budget. This study studied how specialized personnel affect the sustainability of social enterprises through the medium of social enterprise characteristics, indicating that specialized personnel affect the expansion and sustainability of the corporate main business sector. Based on the above findings, practical implications of social enterprise financial support projects were presented.

  • 관광벤처사업은 기존의 오프라인사업에 의존하던 관광업계에 새로운 대안으로서 부각되고 있지만 아직은 그 실효를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그런데, 관광벤처사업은 소규모 저자본으로 접근 가능한 분야로서 관광벤처사업을 영위하고자 하는 기업이 늘어나고 있다. 정부에서도 1999년 관광전문투자조합 결성 및 자금 투자, 관광벤처사업과 관련된 관련 규정을 정비하는 것은 물론, 창업보육센터, 창업정보 종합지원시스템 구축 및 정보 지원, 벤처기업 기술력 향상 지원, 중소기업 상담회사와 같은 다양한 제도적 지원 등을 강구하고 있어 관광벤처사업의 전망은 밝은 편이다. 그러나 관광벤처사업은 까다로운 관광벤처 지정 조건, 제한된 지원, 협소한 범위와 낮은 기술력, 관광벤처 전문인력의 부재와 기업가 정신의 부족 등의 문제점들을 안고 있었으며, 따라서 지정요건의 완화, 정부차원의 지원 강화, 컨텐츠 다양화, 전문인력 양성체제 구축, 관광벤처 사업동기 부여 등의 활성화 방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 대한인쇄문화협회(회장 김남수)는 구랍 12일 2011년 인쇄전문인력 양성과정 수료식을 가졌다. 2011년 1년 동안 4과목이 개설된 인쇄전문 인력 양성과정은 연인원 400여명이 수강했으며 일선업무에 적잖은 도움이 되었다는 평가를 받았다. 문화체육관광부의 국고 지원을 받아 대한인쇄문화협회가 주관하고 있는 정부 지원사업인 인쇄전문인력 양성과정은 지난 2009년부터 인쇄업계에 필요한 전문 인력을 양성하여 인쇄문화산업의 경쟁력을 제고하고자 하는 취지로 개설되었다. 전액 무상 교육사업으로 진행되고 있으며 2011년에 상반기에 인디자인 편집실무 과정과 인쇄물 무역실무 과정에 대한 교육 과정이 개설되어 6월 21일부터 7월 14일까지 4주간교육을 실시한데 이어 하반기에는 인쇄물 편집 교정 실무 과정, 디지털인쇄 실무 과정이 개설 되어 11월 14일부터 12월 12일까지 교육을 실시했다.

지면보수교육 - 암관리법 완화의료 관련 규정

  • 2006년 정부에서 암정복 10개년 계획을 발표하면서 추진전략의 하나로 암환자 재활 및 완화의료 지원 강화가 포함되었다. 2008년부터 '말기암환자 전문의료기관 지정고시'를 제정하여 인력, 시설, 장비기준을 충족할 경우 완화의료전문기관으로 지정하여 사업평가 및 운영비를 지원하고 있다. 2010년 암관리법이 개정 공포되면서 '완화의료제도' 관련규정 또한 강화되었으며, 2011년 대상자, 사업범위, 인력기준, 시설기준 등이 포함된 시행령 및 시행규칙을 개정 공포함에 따라 말기암환자 완화의료 전문기관에서는 이 규정에 따라 평가 및 운영되고 있다. 말기암환자는 호스피스완화의료의 일부이지만 현재 정부의 제도안에서 시행되는 법령이기에 호스피스완화의료기관 운영에 도움이 되기를 바라며 암관리법 중 완화의료관련 규정을 소개하고자 한다.

  • The article concerns the public policy for the development of the arts educator in the field of the comic and animation education. The comic and animation education programs are focused on the promotion of the creativity and communication skills of the student in terms of the arts education. The article seeks to examine the case on the support program for the comic and animation educators, which has been managed by Korea Arts & Culture Education Service(KACES) since 2005. The forty two educators were surveyed. As a result, the support program of the KACES has an effect on the educator's recognition of the comic and animation education in the positive way. The most of the educators suggest that the support program should try to develop the comic and animation educator job as a special work with the full time job. In this repect, the article recommend the policy alternatives such as the promotion of the education program R & D, the knowledge and information system, training system and the establishment of the governance system.

Structural Relationship Analysis between Emotional labor, Job stress, Perceived organizational support and Job satisfaction for the Health Promotion Program Personnel (통합건강증진사업 전문인력의 감정노동, 직무스트레스, 조직지원인식과 직무만족도의 구조적 관계 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between emotional labor, job stress, perceived organizational support and job satisfaction for the health promotion program personnel. The subjects were 126 in charge of the health promotion program. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0 for the independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and structural equation modeling. There were significant differences in emotional labor by age and marital status (p<.05), job stress by religion (p<.01) and job satisfaction by career, religion and marital status (p<.01). The indirect effect of emotional labor on job satisfaction was -0.315, and no direct effect was found. The indirect effect of job stress on job satisfaction was -0.288, and the direct effect was -0.228. The direct effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction was -0.507. These results can be used as baseline data to develop alternatives and intervention programs to enhance job satisfaction.

  • Due to the downturn in the local construction business, entry into the overseas markets has been regarded as one of the core tasks of the building sector and the government. Thus, entry into overseas markets, not only by large and middle-standing enterprises, but also by small and medium sized enterprises, has recently become a major construction policy. Therefore, this study identified and evaluated overseas construction support policies in the field of construction engineering, ranked them as the policies for developing market development funds, fostering and educating expert workers, and supporting the provision of information on winning orders. Through these policy assessment results, the study proposed improvement measures from the government and from the business side. As for the government viewpoint, a measure of providing information suited to engineers in design companies, project manager (PM), construction manager (CM), a measure of producing skillful workers through the expansion of education support policies, and the promotion of specialized overseas workforce in the construction engineering sector were proposed. In the construction engineering industry, this study suggested measures for securing global expert manpower, sharing performance of overseas construction market development project, strengthening construction project management capacity, and strengthening risk management.

  • After getting through the financial crisis, Korean government has promoted Local Industry Promotion Project across the country by realizing the needs to overcome structural recession and promote self-growth. Therefore researching current manpower status and manpower demand in shipbuilding industry, which is the strategic industry of Jeonnam province, is very critical to enhance the competitiveness and efficiently manage training professional manpower. In this respect, this study mentioned some issues and provided the improvements for the research on demand for Professional manpower training project in Shipbuilding industry of Jeonnam province. It was shown that the aging trend of professional workforce, short in skilled/professional manpower and lack of education & training institutions are critical problems of shipbuilding industry in Jeonnam province. To improve these problems, various support policies such as strengthening networks among related agencies and companies or universities are strongly recommended.
