Over the years Korean health care system has improved in delivery of quality care to the general population for many areas of the health problems. The system is now being recognized in the world as the most cost effective one. It is covered by the uniform national health insurance policy for which most people in Korea are mandatory policy holders. Genetic counseling service, however, which is well recognized as an integral part of clinical genetics service deals with diagnosis and management of genetic condition as well as genetic information presentation and family support, is yet to be delivered in comprehensive way for the patients and families in need. Two major obstacles in providing genetic counseling service in korean health care system are identified; One is the lack of recognition for the need for genetic counseling service as necessary service by the national health insurance. Genetic counseling consumes a significant time in delivery and the current very low-fee schedule for physician service makes it very difficult to provide meaningful service. Second is the critical shortage of qualified professionals in the field of medical genetics and genetic counseling who can provide the service of genetic counseling in clinical setting. However, recognition and understanding of the fact that the scope and role of genetic counseling is expanding in post genomic era of personalized medicine for delivery of quality health care, will lead to the efforts to overcome obstacles in providing genetic counseling service in korean health care system. Only concerted efforts from health care policy makers of government on clinical genetics service and genetic counseling for establishing adequate reimbursement coverage and professional communities for developing educational program and certification process for professional genetic counselors, are necessary for the delivery of much needed clinical genetic counseling service in Korea.

최근 자신의 건강에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 반면, 현재 대부분 On-line에서 제공되는 진단 서비스 시스템은 질병 명을 이용하여 질병에 대한 처방이나 민간요법 등을 제시하고 있다. 이에 질병에 대해 전문지식이 부족한 일반인들이 이용하기에는 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 On-line에서 퍼지 ART 알고리즘을 이용하여 사용자가 제시한 증상을 바탕으로 이미 학습되어진 질병의 증상과 비교하여 신경망을 통해 유사도가 높은 상위 3개의 질병을 도출한다. 도출된 질병에 대해 질병의 전체적인 증상과 동의보감에서 제시한 민간요법을 결과로 출력한다. 질병 데이터베이스는 서울대학교에서 교육용으로 출판한 가정의학(家庭醫學)을 기초로 동의보감과 한방의학백과서적을 통해 한의학 전문의의 검증을 거쳐 생성하였다. 그리고 본 시스템은 전문의의 상담시스템을 지원한다. 전문의의 상담시스템을 이용하여 자택 및 직장에서 편리하게 전문의의 진료와 소견을 받을 수 있도록 하였다. 전문의 상담 시스템은 전문의가 서버에 접속한 상태에서 사용자의 진로 신청으로 연결되며, 텍스트 데이터 및 기존의 진료기록이 있다면 이를 기반으로 전문의의 진단을 유도하도록 한다. 제안된 한방 자가 진단 시스템을 한의학 전문의가 분석한 결과 기존의 질병 진단 시스템 보다 일반성이 개선된 것을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 대규모 언어 모델(Large Language Models)을 기반으로 한 입학 상담용 챗봇을 설계하였다. 입시 전문 LLM은 Polyglot-ko 5.8B을 베이스 모델로 대학의 입시 관련 데이터를 수집, 가공한 후 데이터 증강을 하여 파인튜닝 하였다. 또한, 모델 성능 향상을 위해 RLHF의 후 공정을 진행하였다. 제안 챗봇은 생성한 입시 LLM을 기반으로 웹브라우저를 통해 접근하여 입시 상담 자동 응답 서비스를 활용할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of flourishing on the relationship between role conflict and burnout as perceived by school counselors. A total of 242 school counselors participated in this study. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS and PROCESS macro programs. The study results showed a significant positive correlation between role conflict and burnout and a significant negative correlation between flourishing and role conflict and burnout. In addition, depending on the three subtypes of role conflict (i.e., role-expectation conflict, individual-role conflict, and role ambiguity conflict), the effects on various sub-signs of burnout differed. It was found that flourishing mediated all of these variables of role conflict influencing burnout. These results suggest that flourishing can be considered an indicator for professionalism management of school counselors and a result showing that a positive psychological approach at the school level can be helpful in improving the effectiveness of school counseling by contributing positively not only to students but also to school counselors.

소상공인지원센터'는 1999년 개설 이해 2010년 현재 61개 센터(분소 16개 포함)가 운영되고 상담수요도 증가하고 있으나, 동시에 비효율성의 문제도 증가하고 있지만 이에 대한연구는 전무한 상태이다. 이에 동 센타의 핵심역량인 '전문상담사'의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하여, 효율성을 제고한 양질의 상담서비스를 제공함으로서 소상공인 및 예비창업자들의 창업이나 경영성과 향상에 기여함과 동시에, 공공서비스 품질향상 척도로서 활용되기를 기대하며 본 연구를 추진한다.

Loss has been expanded to include not only death but also the change that take place in the transition of life. In addition, the rate of direct and indirect experience of death around us has increased due to natural disasters and unexpected accidents. Therefore, there is a growing demand for grief counseling and a need for professional grief counseling. The purpose of this study was to investigate the competency of grief counselors and to review on the literatures what grief counselors should be trained to improve their professional competences. Specifically, there were grief counseling theory, evaluation of grief, death education, and counselor self-care. There were suggested that how to integrate into existing counselor curriculum and introduced experiential practice. This study can be used as a basic data for encouraging the attention of grief counselor education and competency model.

While the importance of needs and effectiveness of counseling for the gifted and talented has been actively studied, factors that practitioners and researchers have to consider in designing counseling programs less have been studied. The main aim of this study is to establish a foundation of counseling for the gifted and talented research by investigating factors which impede gifted youths' intentions toward counseling and by suggesting structural model which explains the relationships between the factors. The author(s) investigated the effects of parental emphasis on academics, personal emphasis on academics, attitudes toward seeking professional help, surrounding attitudes for consultation on gifted youths' intentions. The result shows that the effects of parental emphasis to academics on gifted youths' intentions toward counseling are mediated by attitudes toward seeking professional help and surrounding attitudes for consultation. Implications, limitations, and future research directions are discussed.

Approximately 95.6% of Korean young people use internet and 82.5% among them experienced online games. 47% of internet users is aim to access online games. Even more 10.6% of students suffer from online game addiction. Even though they are aware of online game addiction problem, most of students and their parents is unable to receive proper help from counselors by lack of professional counselors for game addiction. Moreover, most of the on-site counselors for game addiction needs professional training courses and want to participates in that courses. To solve the problem, this paper found out the needs of them through the survey of students, parents, and on-site counselor's needs and will propose new training curriculum for professional counselors. The results of this study would be available to train professionals for game addiction counseling and could help students who suffer from game addiction. Ultimately korean young people will play online games healthy.

상담은 '심리적 고통으로부터 벗어나 마음의 평화를 얻고자 하는 인간의 기본적인 욕구를 해결해주는 것'이라고 한다. 따라서 에이즈 상담은 에이즈에 대한 막연한 두려움과 공포를 지닌 피상담자와 자신이 에이즈에 감염되었을 지도 모른다는 심리적 고통 속에 있는 피상담자에게 필요한 정보나 도움을 줌으로써 이들의 고통을 덜어주는 것이라 생각한다. 또한 상담과정을 통해서 정확한 정보를 주고 에이즈에 대한 전반적인 교육을 함으로써 에이즈 예방효과도 얻을 수 있는 것이 에이즈상담의 궁극적인 목적이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 목적을 실현시킬 수 있는 에이즈 상담요원 양성을 위해서는 어떤 요소가 고려되어야 하며, 피상담자가 상담하고자 하는 내용에 효과적으로 대응하기 이해서는 어떤 교육내용으로 구성되어야 하는가에 대해 관련 기관에서 실시했던 에이즈교육 및 전문상담과정 현황을 소개하고 끝으로 발표자가 생각하는 에이즈 상담교육 내용 안을 자료로 제시하고자 한다.

The study focused on how the end result of working alliance is affected by empathy on each group and creative personality of the counselor on their counsel. In order to do so, the level of working alliance, empathy, and creativeness of the counselor are evaluated on the survey. And the survey and analysis are performed by two different groups; counselors and clients, among 88 pairs of people who had counseled at least more than three times. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, it has been found that empathy with each group and creative personality of a counselor is partially significantly correlated with the level of working alliance according to the result from both groups. Second, the consequence of evaluation the empathy of counselor has bigger impact on working alliance in group of counselors. But on working alliance has been affected by empathy for both clients and counselors and creative personality in group of clients. Last of all, level of working alliance has a significant correlation with years of experience and professionalism in group of counselors. However, there was a partially significant correlation between working alliance and professionalism in group of clients.
