  • This study aims to present a direction for securing continuous growth and confidence, centering on two Internet banking companies that started recently. The banking market has been rewriting the history since the emergence of Internet professional banks. In order to improve the credibility and promote the development of the Internet professional banks, I conducted a questionnaire survey and In Depth Interview. As a result of this survey, the overall reliability is still low, and the factors affecting reliability are: 1.Security problem 2.Discomfort of customer service 3.Errors and unnecessary services. This is a start-up business, so the awareness and reliability can be changed soon. Therefore, it is necessary to continue research on this according to the changing user's perception.

Factors Affecting Intentions to Use Internet-Only Bank in South Korea: Implications of Service Convenience and Social Influence (인터넷전문은행의 이용의도에 미치는 영향 요인: 편리성과 사회적 영향의 함의)

  • Internet-only bank is one of the promising areas of Fintech industry. Kbank and Kakaobank launched services since 2017 in Korea. Experts estimated the younger generation including undergraduate students as target customers in the initial stage of the Internet-only bank in Korea. Thus, it is necessary to investigate factors influencing intention to use the Internet-only bank. Data were collected from undergraduate students studying in Seoul, Pusan, and Gyeongbuk province. The empirical study showed the evidence that four factors such as convenience, social influence, perceived privacy, and unverified risk had a significant influence on intention to use the Internet-only bank. However, economic benefit has no significantly influence on the intention. The present study focused on the influence of convenience and social influence and discussed the issues regarding convenience and social influence in more detail.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore how the Expert Power of archivists has influence on the job engagement and job satisfaction of record management personnel. The data were collected by survey with 103 record management personnel of office of education in Gwangju from September 2017 to October 2017. To analyze the research data, this study adopted several statistical analysis methods such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, independent sample T-test, and one-way analysis of variance. Results revealed that professionalism and influence tactics among professionalism, influence tactics, influence requirement be to the archivists Expert Power factors affect the job engagement and job satisfaction of record management personnel. Based on the results of the research, this study suggested the extension of educational training about record management and communication with record mangement personnel.

Graphic Design Curricula to Improve Practical Skills Contents (실무수행능력 향상을 위한 시각디자인 교과과정 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine university graphic design curricula to cultivate creative specialized manpower equipped with practical skills. To attain the goal, this author investigated the curricula of four-year, three-year, and two-year universities located in the capital area including Seoul and interviewed those working in 10 specialized design companies located in Seoul and Incheon. According to the findings of analyzing the curricula, four-year, three-year, and two-year universities all emphasize practices based on projects and inquiries more rather than the mastery of basic design. Among the areas, publication graphic designs are emphasized the most, and the next are visual multimedia designs. However, advertising marketing designs are not or hardly emphasized in the curricula. But specialized university education demanded by those specialized design companies is the education emphasizing the mastery of basic design more rather than practices based on projects and inquiries. Concerning the cultivation of specialized graphic designers having central roles as the pillars of knowledge industry or creative industry demanded in this age, it is needed to have a new perspective to reorganize specialized education grounded on close cooperation and favorable relationship between universities in charge of specialized education and those specialized companies.

  • The purpose of this study is to build new management strategy of special libraries in the field of science and technologies. Though information service of digital libraries were developed very much due to IT technologies, management condition of special libraries is getting more worse. Immediate cause of this problem is absence of management strategies which were veiled by IT panacea. In order to overcome this problem, this study looks into the internal and external environment change which are surrounded by special libraries. And also examined procedures and method of environment analysis which is needed to build management strategies. As the result of research, this study analyze internal and external environment by SWOT analysis method, and finally propose new management strategies.
