기술의 상업화를 추구하는 기술이전 활동의 참여자는 그 역할과 개인적 특성에 따라 다양한 목적을 가진다. 본 논문은 이러한 참여자들의 역할의 차이가 기술이전 및 상업화의 성공에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 기술이전의 활성화에 관련된 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 먼저, 기술이전 및 상업화의 성공에 영향을 미치는 갈등 요인을 분석하기 위하여 기술이전 참여자를 중심으로 기술이전 과정에서의 참여 범위 및 권한에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 기술이전참여자는 크게 공공연구소, 대학 등지에서 활동 중인 연구 개발 담당자, 기술이전기여자, 기술도입자 이렇게 세 부류로 구분하였으며, 연구개발 담당자는 다시 연구개발자와 연구개발책임자의 입장으로 나누어서 조사하였다. 또한 이러한 기준으로 분류된 참여자 간의 갈등의 유형을 다시 개인내의 갈등, 개인간의 갈등, 개인과 조직 간의 갈등, 조직 간의 갈등으로 구분하여 각 갈등 유형의 원인에 대해 인터뷰 형식으로 정보를 수집하였다. 설문지와 인터뷰를 위한 질문지는 문헌 조사 및 전문가와의 토론을 거쳐 완성되었으며 응답자는 하나의 기술이전 및 상업화 과정에 관련된 여러 주체들을 최소 설문단위로 묶어 선정하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 결과는 각 갈등의 원인에 대한 참여자의 유형 간의 편차를 보기 위하여 분산 분석(Z-Test)으로 해석하였다.

The construction of the first nuclear power plant (Kori #1) in Korea started in 1971, Korea operates 24 nuclear power plants and is constructing 4 in 2015. During about 45 years of construction experience, insufficient studies have been investigated for the identification of critical success factors(CSFs) for nuclear power plant construction. Based on literature reviews and focus group interviews, this study presented a list of CSFs for construction of nuclear power plants. A survey for validating the results of CSFs was conducted with 164 experts. This study indicates that attentions should be placed upon the lowest price-based contract awarding policy, the need for reasonable pricing standard implementation, database development, and deployment for experienced nuclear power plant construction workers, identification and nurturing of competitive subcontractors, and minimization of lag times in construction activities.

This study uses various methods, including media analysis, expert interviews, and large-scale surveys, to derive notable digital business trends in 2023. Most trend studies have yet to deal with digital business trends in Korea. They also often have limitations in the objectivity of the results using unclear methods. On the other hand, this study emphasizes the validity of the results by collecting opinions from Korean digital business experts in various fields. First, Korean IT news articles were collected and analyzed through topic modeling analysis. Then, based on the results, interviews were conducted with 13 academic and industrial experts to derive 16 IT business trend candidates. Then, a survey was conducted on 210 experts to finalize the list of Korean IT business trends. Finally, to compare overseas and domestic views, we conducted an additional survey using the items developed by the Society for Information Management, SIM. This study is meaningful in that it drew prospects for digital business trends in consideration of the domestic business environment by scientifically converging various opinions of Korean digital business leaders. Our study contributes to developing strategies for IT technology and IT service business markets.

This study investigates the typology of Internet business models according to revenue sources, and empirically tests how the revenue sources of each Internet business model are different each other. This study consists of the following two steps. First, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is adopted in developing the influential factors(indexes) for the profitability of each Internet business model and the weight score of each factor. The questionnaire for AHP consists of 47 questions on 9-point scales, and was distributed to 10 experts on Internet business model. Expert Choice program has been used for analysis. Second, the questionnaire to survey the current profitability of each Internet business model was developed on 5-point scale. In order to analyze the actual revenue quality and source of Internet business models, we used MANOVA and ANOVA. This study contributes to develop the desirable revenue or profit model of each Internet business model, and also provides a reference in evaluation of the revenue quality of Internet business models.

본 연구는 여러 가지 Data Mining 기법들로부터 도출된 지식과 AHP를 이용하여 도출된 전문가의 지식을 사용된 정보의 특성에 따라 조사하고, 이러한 각각의 지식들을 중심으로 부도예측 모형을 설계한 후, 각 모형의 특성 및 부도예측력에 대한 실증적 비교연구에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 사용된 Data Mining 기법들은 통계적 다중판별분석 모형, ID3 모형, 인공신경망 모형이며, 전문가 지식의 추출은 AHP를 사용하여 45명의 전문가로부터 부도와 관련하여 인터뷰 및 설문조사를 실시하였다. 특히 부도예측에 사용된 변수의 특성을 정량적 재무정보와 정성적 비재무정보로 나누어서 각 모형의 특성을 비교연구하였다. 연구결과 부도예측시 정성적정보의 중요성을 확인하였으며, 전문가의 지식을 기반으로한 AHP 모형이 위험예측모형으로 사용될 수 있음을 실증적으로 보여주었다.

The research tries to find appropriate nations and cities of the international supporting centers according to Korean firms' requests. It also tries to find out proper designs of governance structure and strategic and operational control system of the center. Two methods are used to find out Korean firms' requests. One is the expert interviews and the other is the questionnaire survey. The email survey is sent to 120 firms of IT service, package software, telecom facilities and broadcasting equipment industries. Their opinions in addition to interview results are used as a basis of selecting potential regions for new centers and types of their services. According to survey results, southeast asia is the most preferred region and Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore are selected as potential nations for a location of the center in southeast asia. However, the survey result is not fully agreed with the interviewees' opinions. The interviewees tell that there are not much demand in nations with low purchasing power and low IT industry level. That is, Indonesia and Vietnam are not proper places for the centers.

The purpose of this study is to establish definitions on Metaverse and Metaverse literacy and to develop a framework for Metaverse literacy utilizing a Delphi study and in-depth interview methods with experts on Metaverse and digital, and future education. 9 experts participated in the Delphi study and 4 took part in the in-depth interview, and Delphi study data was collected via emails from January 12th to 17th and in-depth study data was gathered via zoom from March 1st to 19th in 2022. To establish the definition of Metaverse, 6 existing definitions were presented and ranked with calculated means of each definition, and additional comments were collected. To build the definition of Metaverse literacy, 1 existing definition was shown and calculated with the degree of agreement, and additional feedback was gathered. To develop a framework for Metaverse literacy, 12 sub-concepts were presented and ranked with calculated means of each concept. After applying feedback of the Delphi study, the authors re-established the definitions of Metaverse and Metaverse literacy, and re-develop the framework for Metaverse literacy. In the in-depth interview, feedback on these definitions and the framework was collected. After these processes, the definitions of Metaverse and Metaverse literacy were finalized, and the framework for Metaverse literacy was developed. Based on the results, implications and limitations of the study, and possible future study are discussed.

방재마을만들기는 지역방재개념을 도입하여 마을단위에서 자치단체와 주민들의 참여를 통해 지역자율 방재의식을 고취시키고, 마을에 조성되어 있는 환경적 영향을 고려하여 재해로 인한 취약요인을 조사하고 취약요인이 유사/인접되어 있는 마을을 대상으로 취약요인을 종합적으로 검토한 재해예방사업의 추진이 필요하다. 방재시범마을만들기 구축사업의 계획범위는 동/리 행정구역 단위로 실질적인 생활권 단위로, 생활권 단위에서의 방재관련 사업의 패키지화를 통하여 지역의 자주적 방재역량이 향상되도록 하는 사업으로 현재 방재시범마을은 조성/운영중에 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지역방재 실무 담당자, 대학교수, 연구원 등 전문가를 대상으로 의식조사를 실시하여 현 실태조사를 토대로 한국형 방재마을 구축 방안에 대해 도출하고자 한다. 전문가 설문결과 현 지역의 방재대책은 전반적으로 미미하며, 구조적인 부분과 비구조적인 부분 모두 보강되어야함을 알 수 있었다. 그 중에서도 지역주민의 방재에 대한 관심부분은 상당히 부족하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 방재마을이라는 사업의 이미지는 대부분의 응답자가 재해위험지구의 정비사업 혹은 지역단위의 종합적 방재대책이라는 의견이 다수였으며, 방재마을 전반에 대한 의견으로는 지자체의 추진의지, 방재마을관련 법 제도 정비, 사업예산의 지속적인 확보, 방재마을 홍보 및 주민참여 등의 중요성을 강조하는 의견이 있었다. 이러한 설문결과를 바탕으로 지자체의 추진의지가 어느 정도냐에 따라 사업의 형태를 갖추고 성공할 수 있으며, 지속적으로 사업이 추진될 수 있는 방안 및 사업의 안정적 확보방안이 중요하다는 결론을 도출할 수 있다. 한국형 방재마을 조성을 위해서는 주민참여가 바탕이 되어야 하며, 이를 위해 방재마을 사업을 시민들의 풀뿌리 방재활동과 연계하여 추진하는 것도 요구된다.

본 연구는 부품업체가 갖는 고유의 사업에 대한 특성분석을 통하여 방대한 부품개발과제들에 적합한 성공판정모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 전자부품업체를 대상으로 전문가에 대한 인터뷰조사와 설문 조사의 분석결과를 토대로 부품개발과제의 유형화를 시도하였고, 이에 따른 부품개발과제의 유형별 성공판정모형을 구축하였다. 본 연구의 모형 및 결과는 개발과제에 대한 합리적인 성패판정 기준 내지는 모형의 구축을 갈구하는 우리나라의 기술기업들에게 하나의 유용한 틀을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

This research is part of the Korean-ASEAN Official Development Assistance (ODA) project, specifically exploring the possibility of using public libraries as a place for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) literacy training for women from ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries. Women from ASEAN countries are often minorities in ICT capacity building. A survey of 1,000 female public library users - 100 people from each of the ten ASEAN countries - and in-depth interviews with librarians from national libraries were conducted. The survey results showed that 68.8% of respondents perceived public libraries as a suitable place for ICT literacy training. 27.5% of respondents visited libraries for ICT-related activities, including information retrieval, e-mail, SNS, etc., Meanwhile, findings from the interviews highlighted the importance of having up-to-date ICT infrastructure - computers, Internet, professional ICT skill training for librarians, strategic planning for policies, budgets, and cooperation with other related institutions - in public libraries in order to provide effective ICT training.
