The study was conducted to investigate and identify safety awareness and traffic accident relation. Data collection used raw data from the 6th year(2014) to the 7th year(2017) of the National Health and Nutrition Survey. Subjects of the study were conducted on 421 people with experience in traffic accidents and the analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Data analysis determined safety awareness and traffic accident using frequency and ratio, Chi-Square, and logistics return analysis. The more Basic Living Allowance, the more do not Seat belts in the front seat of the car, the more Professional are related to traffic accidents. It is expected that this will contribute to making basic data for future studies related to reduction of traffic accident patients.

This Study has an aim to offer the basic materials to teach the establishment and practice of Hyo consciousness to teenagers after finding the degree of accomplishment about their filial piety as the changes of related variables for the subject of this study, the Middle school boys and girls. The results of this research were followings. 1. The objects of research's Hyo consciousness and filial piety was totally high. 2. The teenagers' Hyo consciousness was showed significant difference according to adolescent's sea school's place, parents' job, the level of parents' education, income level, religion, family composition, and the place people who were educated Hyo live. 3. The teenagers' filial piety was showed significant difference according to adolescent's sea mother's job, the level of father's education, religion, and the place people who were educated Hyo live. 4. The teenagers' filial piety was showed significant difference according to Hyo consciousness. 5. In the relative influence of changes of having influence on filial piety, the better relative changes for filial piety were expressed as sex, religion, the place people who were educated Hyo a lot live, and Hyo consciousness. That is, the more they had Hyo consciousness the more they practiced filial piety. and girl students was expressed higher than boy students in practicing.

안전전문가들은 사업장의 안전 수준이 안전에 대한 경영진의 관심정도에 따라 결정된다고 말한다. 즉 경영진의 안전의식이 높을수록 사업장에서 우수한 안전관리가 펼쳐진다는 것이다. 실제 사고가 발생하지 않는 무재해 사업장을 가보면 여지없이 경영진이 높은 안전의식을 갖추고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 경기도 화성에 위치한 '페리 유한회사 장안공장'이 바로 그 대표적인 예 중 하나다. 이곳 사업장의 안전활동을 진두지휘하고 앞장서서 이끌고 있는 사람은 공장장인 최진완 상무다. 최 상무는 '안전'을 현장경영의 최우선 가치로 삼고, 모든 안전활동에 솔선수범하고 있다. 이처럼 현장 총책임자가 안전에 큰 관심을 갖고 있으니, 이곳에서 안전은 반드시 지켜야할 기본으로 확고히 자리 잡고 있다. 안전이 기업의 성장과 유지를 위한 필수요소라고 말하는 최 상무를 만나 그만의 안전신념을 들어봤다.

본 연구는 문헌고찰, 기존의 관련 교육프로그램 분석 그리고 여성농업인들을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사와 면접 결과를 기초로 하여 여성농업인들의 자아성장에 도움이 되는 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 여성농업인들에게 자아성장을 위한 교육의 필요한 이유를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여성농업인들은 도시에 사는 여성들에 비해 전반적으로 자아의식이 낮으며 부정적이다. 둘째, 여성농업인들은 자기를 돌아볼 시간적 여유를 갖지 못한다는 것이다. 가사와 농업 그리고 자녀양육 둥에 많은 시간을 보내기 때문에 자신이 누구인가를 생각해 볼 여유가 없다. 셋째, 성인기는 많은 위기를 경험하는 시기인데 여성농업인들은 위기상황이 왔을 때 그것을 극복할 전략을 모르기 때문에 어려움을 주게 되고 결국 부정적 자아개념을 갖게 된다. 넷째, 미래의 자기에 대한 구체적 계획이 없어 미래의 자아상을 갖지 못하고 자신의 삶에 소극적이 된다. 프로그램 개발을 위해 관련문헌을 고찰하였으며 기존 교육 프로그램들을 분석하였다. 그리고 여성농업인들이 자아의식과 관련해서 가지고 있는 문제점이 무엇인지를 구체적으로 분석하기 위해서 설문조사와 면접을 실시하였다. 1차적으로 개발된 프로그램은 농업인 교육 담당자 및 전문가들을 초청하여 프로그램 수정, 보완에 관한 자문을 구하였다. 최종단계로 여성농업인을 대상으로 프로그램을 적용하여 타당성과 효과성을 검증 받았고 피드백 결과를 기초로 프로그램을 확정하였다.

The goal of the education of Information Communication Ethics(ICE) is to improve the consciousness level of adolescents so that they themselves are able to judge between what's ethically right and wrong and, as a result, to take the right behavior. For this, we need to preferentially identify the primary factors in understanding and diagnosing the consciousness level of adolescents on the ICE. To solve this problem, in this paper, we identified four major indices that consist of the ICE consciousness through the meta analysis of the both domestic and international researches from the past 5 years in the related area and then, they are validated by experts. We also analyzed the factors in assessing the ICE consciousness level of adolescents by using the Delphi technique, which, during its analysis, even considers elements that are qualitative or cannot be objectified. Finally we deduced 22 ICE factors given the weight through the AHP of an expert group that consists of experienced teachers and professors in the related area.

In this paper, we would like to propose how the career value clarification program effects the maturity of career consciousness and career decision-making of female college students. The subjects were 70 attending to K Women's College and pre-and post tests of the program were conducted to them. The results were presented: The career value clarification program had a significant effect on career determination, career involvement, career independence, and career dispositionality and in particular, was significant in reasonable type as one of career decision making variables. The results mentioned above indicate that the career value clarification program had a statistically significant effect on career maturity and career decision-making. To positively enhance career maturity and career decision-making in the subjects, the career value clarification program should encourage college women students to visit diverse institutes and organizations in their community to identify licenses and activities needed for career and be prepared for actual career. Colleges should actively invite related experts and give students opportunities to understand the definition of and values pursued in their career.

우리 대학의 리더십 발휘와 책무는 대학사회의 구성원과 정치·경제적 압력, 제도 시스템과 같은 상황적 요소들이 작용하고 있다. 그러나 무엇보다도 가장 큰 정당성의 파워와 정책 결정의 권한을 가진 총장의 리더십이야말로 대학조직 전체 리더십의 핵심 요소이자 촉매제이다. 이러한 총장 리더십의 공통적인 덕목을 집약해 보면 대학총장은 비전과 꿈을 가져야 하며, 창조적 사고를 가지고, 대학의 생존전략 우선순위를 선택할 수 있는 능력 있고 전문가적인 자질을 가져야 한다. 또한 개방된 의식을 지녀야 하며, 국제적 감각이 있는, 교육경영자로서의 CEO형 총장이 되어야 한다. 그리고 재원확보에 다각적인 노력을 하여 그 기대에 부응해야 한다.

최근 교통에 대한 관심도 환경보호와 건강의식이 강화됨에 따라 차량 중요성이 강조되던 시대에서 보행자의 안전과 편리중심으로 바뀌고 있다. 그러나 최근 수년간 발생한 교통사고 사망자 중 40%가 보행자이고, 이 수치는 OECD에서 가장 높은 수준이다. 본 연구는 방재디자인기반의 보행자 안전사고 예방을 위한 횡단보도 안전표지디자인 가이드라인 연구로 디자인 전문가 10명을 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 디자인 문제점을 발견하고 현재의 횡단보도안전표지를 개선방안을 제시하였다.

인터넷 인구 2천 5백만, 초고속 전산망 가입자 1천만명을 돌파하고 사회전반의 정보시스템 의존도가 더욱 심화되고 있는 현시점에서 우리나라가 선진국 대열에 동참하기 위해서는 정보화 역기능에 대한 대비책 마련이 필수적인 요소이다. 특히 국가안보와 관련된 정보전과 사이버전, 사이버테러에 대한 개념을 정립하고 군 뿐만 아니라 범국가적 대응책을 마련하여야 한다. 전문인력 양성과 국민의식 홍보, 범국가적 협력체계 구축, 정보보호 시스템 구축 및 보안관리 강화등 기본적인 추진 방안을 제시하면서 이 분야 전문가 집단인 한국정보보호학회의 역할을 강조한다.
