Impedance variation analysis of magnetic coupling-type superconducting fault current limiter with the series connection of two coils (두 코일의 직렬연결을 갖는 자기결합형 초전도 전류제한기의 임피던스 변화분석)

  • 고장전류의 문제점을 파악하고, 두 코일의 직렬연결을 갖는 자기결합형 초전도 전류제한기의 필요성에 대해서 알아보았다. 그리고 두 코일의 직렬연결을 갖는 자기결합형 초전도 전류 제한기의 구성과, 실험장치의 회로구성에 대하여 나타내었다. 실험에서는 결선방향의 변화와 부하저항 값의 변화에 따른 사고전류와 초전도 소자의 값을 측정하여 분석하였다. 또한, 사고 제거 후 제한기의 복귀시간 변화의 값을 측정하고 그에 따른 분석 후 발전 가능성을 예측해보았다.

Relative Error Analysis for Measuring Value of Ground Resistance according to Position Variation of Potential Probe) (전위보조전극의 위치변화에 따른 접지저항 측정값의 상대오차분석)

  • In this paper, the effects of the position and the angle of the potential probes on the measurements of the ground resistance with the fall-of-potential method are described and the testing techniques to minimize the measuring errors are proposed. The fall-of-potential method is theoretically based on the potential and current measuring principle and the measuring error is primarily caused by the position and angle of auxiliary probes. In order to analyze the relative error for measuring value of ground resistance due to the position of the potential probe, ground resistance were measured in case that the distance of current probe was fixed at 50[m] and the distance of potential probe was located from l0[m] to 50[m]. Also, the potential probe was located at 30[$^{\circ}$], 45[$^{\circ}$], 60[$^{\circ}$], 90[$^{\circ}$] and 180[$^{\circ}$]. As a consequence, relative error decreased with increasing the distance of potential probe and decreasing the angle between current probe and potential probe. The results could be help to determine the position of potential probe when the ground resistance was measured at grounding system.

  • In this paper, a 4bit cell way structure of PoRAM and the sensing method to drive this structure are researched. PoRAM has a different operation from existing SRAM and DRAM. The operation is that when certain voltage is applied between top electrode and bottom electrode of PoRAM device we can classify the cell state by measuring cell current which is made by changing resistance of the cell. In the decoder selected by new-addressing method in the cell array, the row decoder is selected "High" and the column decoder is selected "Low" then certain current will flow to the bit-line. Because this current is detect, in order to make large enough current, the voltage sense amplifier is used. In this case, usually, 1-stage differential amplifier using current mirror is used. Furthermore, the detected value at the cell is current, so a diode connected NMOSFET, that is, a device resistor is used at the input port of the differential amplifier to converter current into voltage. Using this differential amplifier, we can classify the cell states, erase mode is "Low" and write mode is "High", by comparing the input value, Vin, that is a product of current value multiplied by resistor value with a reference voltage, Vref.

Study of the Tracking Fire Risk by Dust Resistivity of Pens (축사별 먼지 저항률에 따른 트래킹화재 위험성에 관한 연구)

  • In animal and plant facilities, dust samples were collected from cattle sheds, pigsties and hen-houses, which have high proportion of electrical fires. The samples were diluted in distilled water and water resistivity was measured. Current measurements and tracking reappearance experiments were conducted using distilled water with dust samples. The analysis results were obtained to track the fire risks according to the dust resistivity. The highest value was the dust from cattle sheds followed in order by the dust of pigsties and hen-houses. In experiments measuring the temperature change and RMS current, the lower resistivity of water showed a significant trend of temperature and high amperage. In the tracking reappearance experiment with the lower resistivity water, the tracking speed was fast and the ignition time was shortened. This study investigated why each dust resistivity shows different results.

  • 마이크로 사이즈 공음극 플라즈마 전극에 대한 제작 및 방전 실험을 진행하였다. 방전 전극은 200~500 um의 hole 형상을 제작하였으며 70~850 torr He 분위기에서 방전 실험하였다. 실험 샘플은 막힌 공음극 형상과, 관통된 공음극 두가지 형상을 실험하였다. 마이크로 공음극 플라즈마의 공음극 크기에 따른 결과에서 사이즈가 작을수록 총 전류 값은 낮아지나, 전류 밀도는 증가하였다. 막힌 공음극에서는 양저항 특성을, 관통된 공음극에서는 부저항 결과를 얻었다.

  • 본 연구는 Current Mirror에 있어서 Active Current Bias에 관하여 기술하였다. Current mirror에서 Active Current Bias를 걸어주는 보편적인 방법은 Current Bias단에 저항을 연결하여 저항값을 조절함으로 해서 Current를 제어하는 방법을 사용한다. Reference 전류를 제어하는데 있어 새로이 제안하는 것은 Flyback Converter를 이용하여 Acitve Current Bias를 제어 하려 한다. 트랜지스터를 이용하여 Current Mirror Circuit를 구성하고 Current Bias 측에 Flyback Converter Circuit을 연결한다. Flyback Converter의 PWM의 Duty Ratio를 조절함으로 해서 전류를 제어하는 특징을 이용하여 Active Current Bias를 제어한다.

  • 본 논문은 LLCL 입력필터를 적용한 단상 그리드 컨버터에서 필터의 공진 감쇠를 위한 가상저항 기반의 능동 감쇠 기법을 이용한 전류제어 시스템의 안정도를 분석한다. LLCL 필터의 가상저항 값에 따른 안정도를 조사하고 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교 분석한다.

  • As the density of VLSI increases, the conventional logic testing is not sufficient to completely detect the new faults generated in design and fabrication processing. Recently. IDDQ testing becomes very attractive since it can overcome the limitations of logic testing. This paper presents a new BIC for the internal current test in CMOS logic circuit. Our circuit is composed of Magnetoresistive current sensor, level shifter, comparator, reference voltage circuit and a circuit be IDDQ tested as a kind of self-testing fashion by using the proposed BIC.

  • The purpose of this study is to develope a current variation control system appropriate to the various LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamps using current control system equipped with microcontroller based voltage regulator of power driving circuit. For this, we will suggest a stable control system of current variation to enable a stable power-supply and current-control, consisting of circuit to minimize the affects on the LED forward voltage using variable resistance and compensating resistance. The method of constant current circuit and energy savings using microcontroller based voltage regulator suggested in this study can be applied to various a big capacity LED lamp to minimize the unnecessay heat generation and to control resistace delicately. Ultimately, we expect the results of this study will upgrade the reliability of LED lamp by supplying the current stably.

A Study on the Dependence of Length for the Electromigration in the Dielectric Passivation Overlayered AI-1%Si Thin Film Interconnections and the Electromigration Resistance of Cu Thin Film Interconnetions (절연보호막 처리된 AI-1% 박막배선의 Electromigration에 대한 길이 의존성 및 Cu 박막배선의 Electromigration 저항성 변화에 대한 연구)

  • AI-1%Si 박막배선에서 수명의 길이 의존성 및 EM에 대한 저항성을 절연보호막 및 온도에 대하여 관찰하였고 ICB증착된 Cu박막배선의 EM에 대한 저항성을 측정하여 진공 열증착된 Cu 박막배선과 비교하였다. 첫째, 절연보호막 처리된 AI-1%Si 박막배선에서 길이가 200$\mu$m에서 1200$\mu$m로 증가함에 따라 전류인가에 의한 평균 수명과 활성화에너지값이 감소하다가 임계길이서부터는 모두 포화되는 것으로 나타났다. 절연보호막 물질에 상관 없이 고온으로 갈수록 임계길이가 짧아지며 그것을 넘는 영역에서는 길에에 대한 의존성이 약해져 임계길이 이상을 갖는 박막배선인 경우 평균수명 및 활성화 에너지값은 길이보다 막특성에 의존하는 것으로 사료된다. 둘째, ICB 증착된 Cu 박막배선의 d.c.인가에 따른 평균 수명은 진공 열층착된 Cu 박막배선보다 길게 나왔으며 e.ectromigration에 대한 활성화 에너지값도 1.70eV로 1.33eV보다 높게 측정되어 EM에 대한 저항성이 증가한 것으로 나타났다.
