Information technical dependence degree is coming to be high from constructive information-oriented field. The size and complexity of constructive information are increasing and consequently, the standard for a construction information resource management becomes important. Currently the certification about construction information standard is being enforced part system and information-oriented level etc. from domestic. So we have a plan which will propel the diffusion strategy for the practical application of constructive information standard with introduction of the certification system about construction information standard. For a certification system preparation, we studied a feature and definition about construction information standard and analyzed domestic and foreign case. From that, we accomplished a classification and an analysis about construction information standard becomes the object of certification. And then, we selected the object of the certification through deriving necessities of certification about each construction information standard and considering the priority at the time of introduction. Finally we suggested an certification institutional operation plan about the object which is selected. Held a consultation meeting about the fact where the professional knowledge or technique is demanded and established secured directivity about authentication institutional operation plan and professionalism.

Intergenerational relations in Korea show very unique characteristics. In political arena, young and old generations clash each other intensely, while they maintain a high level of intergenerational solidarity in policy realm. A logistic regression analysis reveals that generational cleavage plays a key role in affecting voting decision and evaluation of governmental performance. It also suggests that in policy realm, normative, functional, and affectional types of solidarity influence people's attitudes on social policies very strongly. If the current government continues to neglect its promises for expanding welfare, the dual structure of generational cleavage in political arena and intergenerational solidarity in social policy realm can soon be turned into a conflictual structure. Therefore, an active initiative to increase intergenerational justice should be taken in order to attain a long-term, sustainable intergenerational solidarity and coexistence.

With globalization, national image has become more important. As national competitiveness is stressed, the Olympics is considered as an opportunity to show host country's general capabilities. Positive national image can be built through successful Olympic Games and Olympic emblem is a core element of visual identity to make such Olympic Games successful. This study researches on Olympic emblem based on the fact that emblem is an important visual medium to show national identity. Examples of national identities reflected in the Olympic emblems were reviewed and then categorized by motifs and expression. Trend of such categories has been analyzed from inner-oriented and external-oriented point of view, and characteristics important for those emblems were studied. This study would be able to be used to understand types of national identities reflected in the Olympic emblems, and used as a basic data to effectively establish strategies on national identity.

The IMO approved e-navigation strategy implementation plan made e-navigation adoption visible. In addition, the schedule for the modernization of GMDSS by the ITU was confirmed at the 4th NCSR meeting. Accordingly, we will complement the existing communication system and provide the requirements for the new communication system to be introduced in the future, reflecting all the requirements for the communication system capable of supporting the e-navigation service. Although the communication method for supporting e-navigation service should be capable of providing IP-based data communication basically, it is impossible to provide internet service because of the narrow-band characteristic in the MF/HF frequency bands. In addition, as the existing GMDSS satellite communication service organization expands and new services are introduced, IP based data communication service will be possible, but service restriction resulting from expensive communication cost can be solved by introducing VSAT service.

This is a case study on organizational learning with action learning. It targets B industry belonging to Shoe manufacturer. We apply action learning techniques as consulting skills to promote the organization of specific learning activities. Action Learning solves the challenges faced by the company with the ability to enhance the member while participating in the program. Therefore, it is a good methodology to overcome the uncertainty environment. Through a case study, in the maturing process of a learning organization can see the conditions that are necessary for the ongoing maintenance of that identity, organizational learning activities. Findings to the continued operation of the enterprise learning organization suggest the establishment of a learning organization, and direction and strategic importance. Systems and learning environments should be built and then repeat the process of practice to master the new learning organization. It suggests to learn a new organizations operating methods that require repetition of the course of action.

The OECD defines regulatory reform as both better regulation and deregulation, and emphasizes that governments must continue to regulate in areas such as environmental quality and safety. In contrast, Korean regulatory reform in fire services in the 1990s shows quite a strange trend, having been carried out only to the direction of softening and abolishing regulations. In the UK, fire prevention legislation has been strengthened since the enactment of the Fire Precautions Act 1971, and the Building Regulations 1991, which apply to all new buildings including a private house, require that there should be at least one smoke alarm on each floor. This research shows that the tightening of fire prevention legislation in the UK has promoted fire safety, which is very instructive for Korean fire services. In order for Korean fire services to protect citizens'lives and property from fires, one of basic directions of regulatory reform, to improve the quality of regulations relating to safety, health and the environment, should be observed strictly. Moreover, the flexibility of the basic direction of regulatory reform should be ensured so that the regulations concerning safety could be even increased under the overall reform strategy of reducing all regulations.

It is the purpose of this study to help computational estimation study to settle down in effective teaching method through analysis how students are understanding computational estimation and what occurs using computational estimation in actual life problem situations. I set 3 cases to accomplish these purposes. (1) How students are understanding computational estimation? (2) How students' computational estimation ability is in applying actual life problem situation? (3) What is students' different attitudes in an actual life problem situation before studying computational estimation and after? To accomplish tile purpose, I chose 6 third grade students and taught 'Computational estimation using actual life problem situation' and analyzed students computational estimation processing. Then I arranged the computational estimation processing in an actual life problem situation and differences between the before and tile after. As a result, I obtained the followings. (1) Need of estimation: Every students could recognize the need of estimation with experiencing an actual life problem situation. (2) Choosing the order of decimals: Students could choose appropriate order of decimals according to an actual life problem situations. (3) Using strategy: They usually use rounding strategy and quite often use special number and compatible number strategy.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest advanced methods for the promotion of a reading culture for children and young adults. For this purpose, the study investigated and analyzed domestic and overseas reading policies and activities, and collected extensive opinions from public officials, teachers, librarians, activists of reading campaign, parents, children, and young adults. Based on the results, this study proposes the following: to establish the basic policy direction, to build the infrastructure of reading culture environment, to set up the dedicated organization, and to suggest the vision, goal, strategies, and tasks on the promotion of a reading culture for children and young adults.

자연자원은 부족하고 국토는 협소한 대신 인구는 많은 우리나라가 경제자립과 자주국방을 달성하기 위해서는 과학기술의 개발이 무엇보다 중요하다. 그간 우리나라는 공업화추진의 필요성과 과학기술의 중요성에 대한 깊은 인식을 바탕으로하여 과학기술개발을 강력히 추진한 결과 개발도상국으로서는 하나의 보범적인 발전을 이룩하게 됐다. 그러나 앞으로 중화학공업의 건설과 국제경쟁력배양을 통한 수출의 획기적인 신장, 농촌근대화와 식량의 자급, 국내부존자원의 활용의 극대화등 우리경제가 해결해야할 어려운 문제들이 많다는 데서 과학기술의 급속한 발전을 위해 더욱 주력할 필요가 있다. 과학기술처는 우리나라 과학기술의 발전을 위해 지난 1동안에 70년대의 과학기술진흥시책방향인 과학기술의 기반구축, 산업기술의 발전, 과학기술의 풍토 조성등 3대시책방향에 합치되도록 모든 역량을 집결시켰다. 그 결과 중화학공업의 건설과 수출전략산업을 구축하기 위한 5대전략산업연구소의설립과 국내연구체제의 획기적인 정비를 위한 대덕연구학원도시의 건설사업을 계속추진하여 왔으며 과학기술의 풍토조성을 위해 새마을기술봉사단의 활동을 강화하는 동시 재구 한국인과학기술자를 초청하여 학술회의를 개최하는 등 각종 학술활동을 지원하였다. 또한 두뇌개발과 기능숙달에 역량을 두어 한국과학원에서 첫졸업생을 캐출하여 고급두뇌를 처음으로 우리 손으로 산업계와 과학기술계에 내보냈으며 국가기술자격검정을 본격적으로 실시 (16만9천명 대상)함으로써 산업계가 필요로 하는 많은 기능자를 확보하는데 이바지하였다. 한편 서울연구개발단지내 제기관의 활동도 활발하여 KIST는 국내최초로 미니콤퓨터를 개발하였고 KAERI는 원자력의 평화적이용의 일환으로 대단위방사선가공처리시설을 완공하였으며 KORSTIC은 TK 30 소형전산기를 도입 정보처리의 전산화를 이룩하는등 괄복할만한 성과를 거두었다. 75년도에 과학기술처가 이룩한 주요성과를 요약하면 다음과같다.

Multiculuralism becomes the presentive term of Korea. And school is interested in multicutural education very much. The reason for this is connected to the fact of increasing intermarriages, immigrant laborers, and their children. So, the academic world is producing various research papers and public institution is proposing and practicing several policies. Particularly multicultural education is recognized as the very important intervening strategy on multicutral society and studied. The purpose of this paper is to suggest the ideas of teaching-learning experience selection for multicutural education in Korea. So the study contents of this paper are as follows ; First, it is to analyze the concepts of multicultural education and its' research trends. Second, it is to review the prior models of theorizing multicultural education and the models of curriculum development and teaching design. Finally, it is to inquiry the model of teaching-learning experience selection for multicutural education. Above all, we think that it is necessary to develop the model of multicutural teaching-learning experience selection classified by objects involved in multicutural education.
