대학을 행정과 경영의 대상으로 삼아 자체의 조직과 위치해 있는 사회적 환경요인을 체제적으로 분석하여 대학의 위기를 극복하려는 '전략적 기획'은 1960년대 이후 대학조직에 대한 새로운 접근으로 부상하고 있다. 전략적 기획의 관점에서 볼 때, 대학의 전통적 기능인 교육과 연구활동의 활성화 문제는 교수 개개인 혹은 대학내 특정 집단이 독자적으로 감당할 것이 아니라 대학이 변화하는 사회 환경을 실증적으로 분석한 후, 그 결과에 기초하여 기관적 차원에서 대처해나가야 할 문제라 할 수 있다.

This paper examines the motives for location decisions of startups and dynamics of cluster growth. Because the location decision is intrinsically strategic choice by entrepreneurs, it is an interplay of three critical forces; cost-benefit of the choice, R&D ability of new entrants, and R&D capability of incumbents in clusters. The effect of knowledge spillovers influences the cluster growth like a double-edge sword; both a positive effect of technology learning and a negative effect of knowledge de-learning. Using data on 710 bio-tech venture firms in Korea, this paper tests the hypotheses about the factors influencing the growth of the cluster. The empirical analyses suggested that early entrepreneurial activity in the clustered regions were important, however other factors such as the organizational legacy, internal dynamics inside a cluster, and the existence of cooperation norm in the cluster, affected long term viability of the cluster.

Regarding seaport operation, a higher quality performance and increasing competitiveness are main goals to adapt to the evolution of international trade. This paper discusses about the competition among Southern Vietnam seaports concerning the strategic positioning analysis, by applying BCG method. This technique describes the performance of business based on two variables such as relative market share and average growth rate. The finding shows up different performances of 21 seaports and how the strategic positioning of each port changes in the period 2007-2016. After analyzing, this research pointed out the growth in strategic positioning of ports in Cai Mep-Thi Vai complex, gradually replacing Ho Chi Minh City-Dong Nai-Binh Duong and becoming the transportation hub of Southern Vietnam. Also, The results obtained would be helpful for port administrators and operators to establish short and long-term strategies to improve competitiveness in the future.

This study investigates the determinants of strategic positional change. Specifically, the study suggests performance feedback affects to a firm's strategic repositioning. Performance feedback is a concept that a firm decides whether success or not by comparing its performance relative to its aspiration level. Prior studies successively discover diverse behaviors. The study suggests three unexplored relationships between performance gaps and strategic positioning. First, when a firm's performance is below relative to its aspiration level, that firm's strategic position will be deviate from the industry norm. Second, as the degree of industrial density increases, the tendency that a firm's strategic position becomes deviate from the industry norm decreases. Third, when the degree of reference group's performance decreases, the tendency that a firm's strategic position becomes deviate from the industry norm decreases. For empirical analysis, this study examines data of 538 firms that in North America crude petroleum and natural gas industry. The result reveals that the direction of a firm's strategic change is shaped when firms' performance is below relative to aspiration level. Also, this relationship is moderated as industrial density changes or when reference groups' performance decreases. This study contributes to the current literature by explaining how a firms' strategic position is decided. Also, this study reveals that reference groups' performance could affect to organizational choice.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 이동하는 객체 위치를 감지하고 서비스를 제공하는 위치 감지 시스템의 역할은 매우 중요하다. 하지만, 감지 시스템들은 적용되는 감지 범위에 따라 프로세스 전락이 다르고 사용이 제한적이기 때문에 신뢰성 있는 QoS를 보장하기가 힘든 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지능적인 모니터링 기법을 사용하여 상황을 분석하고 자동으로 최적의 감지 프로세스 전략을 선택하는 자동화 시스템을 설계하였다. 또한 네트워크 대역폭 변화에 따라 최적 QoS를 보장할 수 있는 제안된 시스템의 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다.

다기준 의사결정 문제에서 요인간의 가중치 계산과 계산된 요인의 평가값 종합화는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 다기준 의사결정 문제에 있어서 의사결정자의 의사전략 결합기법을 도출하고 다기준의사결정 문제로 적용하였다. 복잡한 환경에서 의사결정을 할 때 발생되는 모호함을 해결하기 위해 주관적 의견을 결합한 퍼지지합 이론을, 다기준 문제의 요인을 퍼지값으로 계층화하기 위해 계층분석법을 적용하였다. 또한, 의사결정자의 의사전략을 결합하기 위해 순위 가중치평균법을 이용하였다. 순위가 있는 가중치 평균방법은 퍼지집합의 orness 특성을 이용하여 의사결정자의 주관적 의지를 반영할 수 있는 기법으로, 순위가중치평균(OWA) 연산자에 따른 낙관적 혹은 비관적인 정도에 따라 주관적인 의도를 반영할 수 있는 방법이다. 다기준의사결정 문제의 적용사례로서 해상교통안전을 위한 대기정박지의 위치분석 문제를 본 연구에서 제시한 방법에 따라 적용하였다.

The purpose of this study is to perform of composition of young children teacher's verbal interactions and problem solving strategies by semantic network analysis. The data was collected the narrative of teacher in young children's environmental education. Additionally, this study used categories as a unit of analysis in order to find out structural characteristics. The results of this study were as follows. First, teacher's verbal interactions, providing information was the most cental, high influence appeared along with integration. Second, teacher's problem solving strategies, suggestion was the most cental, high influence appeared along with divergent thinking. Third, teacher's verbal interactions and problem solving strategies, suggestion was the most cental, providing information and divergent thinking appeared a strong connection. Besides, suggestion and decision were mediated by concern of problem, assessment appeared connection. Through these results from this study it is suggested that in order to interact and support problem solving process in young children's environmental education, teacher education to respond and understand contextually with young children is necessary.

본 연구는 IT산업에서 일반적으로 제품 수명이 짧은 반면, 특허출원부터 등록시 까지 기간이 많이 소요되기 때문에 과연 특허출원하는 것이 실효성이 있을 지에 대한 의구심에서 출발하여 IT산업에서 특허 보유의 필요성이 있는지 여부에 대해 여러 각도에서 집중 분석해 보았다. 본 연구에서는 IT산업에 대한 정의, 국내 IT산업의 세계 시장에서의 위치 및 특허 환경 분석을 통한 분석과 IT산업에서 실제 사용되었던 특허를 사례별로 분석해 봄으로써 전략적으로 특허를 창출하는 방안을 제시하고자 했다. 본 연구결과 우리나라 IT산업의 세계시장에서의 점유율이 높은 부분인 낸드플래시메모리, 평판패널, DRAM, 이동통신 단말 부분에 대한 국내 특허출원 건수를 조사한 바, DRAM, 낸드플래시메모리, 평판패널 그리고 이동통신 단말 순으로 특허출원 건수가 많음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 IT산업의 국내 특허분쟁 사례를 조사한 바, 총산업 대비 41%를 점하고 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 특허 환경에 대처하기 위해서는 전략적으로 특허를 확보해야 하는 당위성에 입각하여 실제 기업에서 특허분쟁에서 사용되었던 강한특허를 벤치마킹하여 어떻게 특허를 창출해야할 지에 대한 답을 얻고자 했다. 그 결과로 연구개발을 통한 많은 실시 예 확보, 명세서 작성 시 한정적인 용어의 선택을 피하고, 발명의 내용을 확대할 수 있는 특허제도 활용, 마지막으로 의견서 제출 시 균등해석을 제한하는 표현 삼가 등이 전략적으로 특허를 창출하는 핵심 요소로 분석되었다.

일반적으로 확장 ERP라 함은 기존의 ERP 시스템에 SCM, CRM(고객관계관리), SEM(Strategic Enterprise Management) 등의 확장 솔루션이 추가 또는 통합된 개념이라고 할 수 있다. 기업의 정보시스템 구조에서 CRM과 SCM의 위치는 ERP를 중심으로 양 측면에 나란히 위치한다 물론 이들 3개 영역은 전자지불 체계와 전자상거래를 기본 인프라로 한다 이 거대한 경영수단들을 확장 ERP라는 범주 안에서 연계시키는 것은 매우 중요하며, 새로이 확장 ERP를 도입하는 기업들과 기존의 ERP 시스템에 확장 솔루션을 추가하려는 기업 모두에게 도입을 위한 전략이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 ERP의 확장 솔루션인 SCM과 CRM의 도입을 위한 전략 방안을 모색하고, 기존의 시스템과 확장 시스템을 비교 분석하여 정리한다. 이 연구에서는 여러 업체의 사례를 기초로 전략적 도입방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to present the detailed national strategy, from the financial point of view, for global logistics center in the Northeast Asia using the Balance Scorecard Model(BSC) as well as SWOT analysis. It is a core national challenge for Korea to emerge as a logistics hub of the Northeast Asian region, which is directly related to its very existence in the 21st century. In the process of formulating such a vital strategy, various aspects must be considered In conclusion, this study has successfully deduced the preemptive strategy for exceeding other competitors from the financial (budgetary) perspective and the logistics strategy from inner process standpoint of maximizing logistics outcome by carrying out efficient logistics policy.
