본 논문에서는 공공자격처리시스템의 관리 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 지침서의 신개발 사양으로 다양한 이론에 근거한 IT 거버넌스 체계를 적용하여 모델을 개발하고 실제 운영시스템에 적용한다. 모델의 개발은 정보기술자원과 정보를 공공자격처리시스템 개발 전략과 목표를 기준으로 일반적 사항인 계획, 조직, 도입에 대한 사항의 상위개념으로서 구축, 운영, 지원, 모니터링 등에 대하여 시스템 관리자와 함께 일반 행정처리 중심의 사용자를 바탕으로 한 기술 분야의 세부사항을 자세하게 중점적으로 적용하는 방법론을 도입한다. 개발자와 관리자 및 행정사용자가 중심체계가 되는 방법론을 적용하여 관리자 지침서를 모델링하는 본 논문은 공공자격처리시스템 프로젝트를 2개의 대규모 개발 시스템으로 분류하고 각각 7가지의 분야에 대하여 세부사항을 도출하고 운영책임 관리자와 일반 행정처리 사용자에게 적용하여 결과를 평가한다. 국가정보화 IT 거버넌스 혁신을 통하여 8가지 영역의 표준 지침서 제작의 필요성이 대두되어지는 관점에서 본 연구가 국가가 시행하는 공공자격 처리시스템의 특수 분야에서 확장되어진 기술적 공유를 추구할 수 있다.

막대한 비용을 들여 모든 건설공사에서 시행하는 지반조사의 결과물을 현재는 종이문서 형태로 각 관리주체가 개별적으로 보관하고 있어 재활용과 공유가 거의 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이를 데이터베이스화하여 웹을 통해 서비스함으로써 효과적인 저장과 활용을 유도할 수 있다. 그 일환으로 현재 웹 기반의 지반정보 통합 D/B 시스템을 구축, 운영 중에 있다. 현재는 지방국토관리청이나 공사현장과 같이 지반정보가 발생하는 기관 및 현장을 직접 방문하여 지반조사 결과물을 수집한 후 이를 전산화와 검수를 실시해 시스템에 반영을 하는 방식으로 지반정보를 데이터베이스화하고 있지만, 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되고 수집에 한계가 있어 이를 개선하기 위한 자동화시스템의 도입이 검토되고 있다. 지반정보의 수집, 전산화, 검수, 웹서비스의 일련 과정을 보다 자동화시키고, 효과적이며, 수집범위를 획기적으로 넓힐 수 있는 방안으로 웹 기반의 입력자동화 시스템 도입, 지반정보 관리 주체의 직접 입력 지침 마련, 입력 실무자에 대한 권한 부여와 사용자 교육 등에 대한 전략을 본 연구를 통해 모색해 보았다.

지하철 과천선의 사고는 인재라고는 하나 근본적으로 기술개발을 소홀히 했기 때문이라고 생각 한다. 300km/h의 경부 고속전철은 터널, 통신, 신호, 기계, 전기 등의 첨단 복합기술로서 이들의 통합에 의한 엔지니어링의 산물이며, 지하철보다는 차원이 다른 고도의 설계.엔지니어링 기술을 요구한다. 또한 고속으로 주행하는 데 따른 안전한 열차의 제동은 물론, 사고에 대비하기 위한 열차제어 시스템 등에 의한 모든 열차운영은 전적으로 기술적인 문제와 결부되어 있다. 이러한 고속전철기술의 자립을 이룩하려면 정부의 고속전철기술에 대한 정책전략과 이를 실현하려는 의지에서 출발하는 점을 다시 한 번 강조한다. 지금부터 한 세대가 지나기 전에 우리가 독자적 으로 설계, 제작, 건설한 고속전철이 부산에서 서울을 거쳐 신의주 및 원산을 달리는 시대가 오 기를 기대한다.

The increase in the traffic demand and behavioral pattern of its use reached the limit for the only means of road construction to bear; thus the multilateral efforts to find a solution to this problem together with the examination and research on this issue, among which the most representative strategy is Ramp Metering System controlling access traffic volume to connection roads. The operation standard and running time was re-established in consideration of geographical conditions and traffic circumstances by considering the standard of operation and running time of the currently operated Jangsu- Jungdong section of the outer ring expressway of Seoul. For this purpose, this research analyzed the operative standard of RMS home and abroad and suggested a new operative standard of ramp metering through the analysis of break points.

This study looked into these companies and organizations that were working with the knowledge management system in order to verify how practically such introduction of the knowledge management system would affect the organizational performances. The purpose of this study is to present the strategic guidelines should to consider the introduction of the knowledge management system operated by the organization to analyze how factors affect the performance of the introduction of knowledge management systems are organized in empirical. According to the results, the sub-variables of the management factors such as learning organization, evaluation and reward system, organizational trust and knowledge-sharing activity had all the significant effects on the organizational performance, and of the sub-variables of the information technology factors, the information technology-based structure presented statistically significant results which confirmed that the structure itself also had an influence on the organizational performance. However, the study learned that both the information technology maturity and the system structural excellence had nothing to do with the organizational performance.

In this study, This study focuses on exploring the major factors influencing the successful introduction of the cloud-based accounting information system, which is the top priority in the field of corporate digital transformation. Therefore, theories were summarized based on the company's cloud environment and related prior research, and the major performance factors of the company were analyzed by dividing them into organizational factors, business operation factors, and technical system factors. Considering that the cloud-based accounting information system is in the early stages of its introduction, the research analysis method ranks major success factors according to their importance using the Delphi targeting the expert panel, through the AHP method, the major performance variables were finally explored through the mutual importance analysis of each major factor. As a result of the analysis, organizational factors were analyzed as corporate sustainability, business operational factors were the business solutions, and system scalability factors were analyzed. This study will be able to provide additional useful information on the initial introduction strategy and operation for the introduction and operation of the cloud-based accounting information system.

This study is empirically intended to put forward the modeling and process improvement measures for the SCM capability in small venture firms. The findings are summarized as follows. There were strategic alliance, technological development and centralization in the modeling of strategic planning for supply chain, not the least of which is strategic alliance, followed by centralization and technological development. There were routing scheduling, network integration and third party logistics outsourcing in decision making, not the least of which was network integration. There were customer service management, productivity management and quality management in management control, not the least of which was quality management. And there were order management choice, pricing demand, shipment delivery and customer management in transaction support system, not the least of which was order management choice. As for the above-mentioned findings, to maximize the SCM capability and operate the optimized process in small venture firms, the existing strategic alliances can optimize the quality management and stabilize the transaction support system through the network sharing and integration from the perspective of relevant organizational members' capability and process improvement. And the strategic linkage between firms can maximize the integrated capability of information system beyond the simple exchange relation between electronic data, achieving a differentiated competitive advantage. Consequently, the systematization and centralization for the maximization of SCM capability, including the infrastructure construction based on the system compatibility and reliability for information integration, should be preceded before the modeling of the integrated capability for optimum supply chain and the best process management in the smart era.

본 연구는 최근 관광산업에서 많은 영향을 차지하고 있는 레지던스산업에 있어서 업무프로세스, 레지던스내부전략이 레지던스 내부고객만족에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 연구이다. 최근 서비스산업은 전 세계 산업의 70%이상을 차지하고 있으며 이중 관광산업의 경우 그 비중이 나날이 커져가고 있다. 특히 관광산업의 경우 단순히 관련 산업의 성장뿐만 아니라 국가 이미지 개선, 외화획득 등 국가의 브랜드 개선에 많은 역할을 수행하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우에도 방문하는 외국인관광객의 수가 매년 중가추세이며 특히 관광이 아닌 비즈니스의 목적으로 방문하는 수도 동반적으로 상승하고 있다. 이렇듯 비즈니스를 위해 방문하는 해외방문객이 주로 머무는 곳이 레지던스호텔이며 레지던스호텔을 이용하는 방문객이 증가하기 위해서는 내부고객인 종업원 만족이 선행되어져야 한다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라에 소재하고 있는 레지던스호텔들이 장기적인 비즈니스 성과를 거두기 위해 어떠한 운영방식이 필요한지에 대해 종업원만족, 업무프로세스, 전략 등의 요인들을 통해 알아보고자 한다.

Nowadays most companies are required to acquire the quality assurance system from domestic or foreign Certification Institute. However, There are many problems in interpreting the requirements and procedures. This study presents an effective operation scheme by addressing the inherent limits of the system, potential problems in operation, relationship with internal standardization of the company, and the functions of Quality Management that lack or are not considered enough in the ISO 9000 series.

비상대처계획(EAP, Emergency Action Plan) 수립 및 홍수위험지도 작성의 목적은 댐.제방 붕괴 등 비상상황이 발생하였을 때 하류부의 생명과 재산 손실을 최소화하기 위한 것으로서 댐 운영 및 관리책임자가 극한홍수 및 지진발생 조건하에서 댐의 물리적, 지형적, 구조적 특성에 따른 발생 가능한 비상상황을 예상하고 이에 효율적으로 대처하기 위한 가능한 최선의 사전계획을 수립하는 것이다. 또한, 댐의 비상상황에 대처하기 위한 비상대처계획 수립 의무화 및 이에 대한 실제적인 모의훈련 등에 필요한 기초자료를 체계적으로 제공하고자 함에 있다. 국내에서 EAP를 수립하여야 할 대상 댐 저수지는 한국수자원공사에서 관리하는 다목적댐, 생공용수댐과 한국농촌공사에서 관리하는 농업용저수지, 한국수력원자력주식회사에서 관리하는 수력발전댐 및 지방자치단체에서 관리하는 댐 등이 해당된다. 제방의 경우 인구가 밀집되어 있는 전 지역이 그 대상이 될 수 있다. EAP의 주요 내용에는 만약에 발생할 수 있는 붕괴 사고시 인명의 손실이나 재산상의 피해를 발생시킬 수 있는 댐 저수지들에 대해서는 EAP를 수립하거나 갱신하기 위한 지침들이 포함되어 있어야 한다. 댐으로부터의 하류 연안지역의 개발이나 소유권은 다양하며, 이로 인해 댐의 운영이나 붕괴로 인한 잠재적 인명손실 또한 다양할 수 있다. 따라서 모든 EAP는 댐, 저수지 하류부 현장 조건에 맞도록 구성되어야 한다. EAP 수립의 주체는 댐 및 저수지 관리자이며 EAP에는 비상상황 확인, 평가, 등급분류, 비상연락체계 및 경보전달체계 수립, 비상시 응급행동요령, 홍수범람예측지도 작성, 비상주민대피계획 및 훈련방안, 부록, 주기적 또는 필요시마다 보완 계획 등이 포함되어야 하며, EAP의 주요 구성요소인 홍수위험지도에는 홍수위험정보 및 대피정보를 제시함으로써 실제 주민 대피계획시 실제적이고 효율적인 대피계획 수립에 활용될 수 있다. 있는 기술가치평가 모형의 구축이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 효율적인 R&D 투자 정책 수립과 정부정책수립에 기여하고자 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process, 계층 분석 과정)기법을 이용, 수자원의 지속적 확보기술의 특성에 따른 4개의 평가기준과 26개의 평가속성으로 이루어진 2단계 기술가치평가 모형을 구축하였으며 2개의 개별기술에 대한 시범적용을 실행하였다.하는 것으로 추정되었다.면으로의 월류량을 산정하고 유입된 지표유량에 대해서 배수시스템에서의 흐름해석을 수행하였다. 그리고, 침수해석을 위해서는 2차원 침수해석을 위한 DEM기반 침수해석모형을 개발하였고, 건물의 영향을 고려할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 본 연구결과 지표류 유출 해석의 물리적 특성을 잘 반영하며, 도시지역의 복잡한 배수시스템 해석모형과 지표범람 모형을 통합한 모형 개발로 인해 더욱 정교한 도시지역에서의 홍수 범람 해석을 실시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 모형의 개발로 침수상황의 시간별 진행과정을 분석함으로써 도시홍수에 대한 침수위험 지점 파악 및 주민대피지도 구축 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 있을 것으로 판단되었다.4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에 있어서 시장수익률을 평균적으로 초과할 수 있는 거래전략은 존재하므로 이러한 전략을 개발 및 활용할 수 있으며, 특히, 한국주식시장에 적합한 거래전략은 반전거래전략이고, 이 전략의 유용성은 투자자가 설정한 투자기간보다 더욱 긴 분석기간의 주
