This study aims at investigating measures to vitalize the Pohang Yeongil New Port and its hinterland in the context of the post Covid-19 pandemic. To identify appropriate strategies, an SWOT analysis combined with fuzzy-AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was applied for strategical priority. Among the SWOT factors, weaknesses and threats were found to be critical. At a more detailed level, the strategic priorities were given to insufficient infrastructure (W), neighboring ports (T), insufficient shipping network (W), low service level (W) and South-North Korea relationships (T). Given these results, several strategies to overcome core weaknesses and threats of the Pohang Yeongil Port were suggested. The results of this study may provide valuable insights for port policy makers.

In order to improve productivity, reduce costs, and improve decision-making efficiency, which are one of the main contents of the digital transformation promotion goal, many companies are promoting the introduction of various IT for digital transformation. Information technology (IT) is a key means of determining competitiveness, and the IT adoption worldwide is increasing every year. The financial industry is also actively introducing huge amounts of IT every year to generate profits, improve work efficiency, and secure a strategic competitive advantage. Compared to some studies on the IT adoption in the public and corporate sectors, empirical studies that reflect the characteristics of the financial industry are insufficient. In this study, the purpose of this study was to derive factors affecting the IT adoption in the financial industry for the promotion of digital transformation, and to analyze weights and priorities. By revealing through data analysis that there is a difference in the relative priorities of factors in the financial IT adoption for each group, it can be used as a reference model for which factors should be considered prior to IT adoption from the perspective of each group. It will be meaningful in that it exists.

The purpose of this study is to examine the priorities of innovation activities, business performance, and maximization factors of SMEs. Support programs for each government department are operated by various industries. Various supports, including subsidies, grants, marketing, planning, and education, are provided to each company. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and identify the priorities of innovation activities that have a positive effect on business performance. The efficacy of the proposed model and the psychometric properties of structure were analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The hierarchical structure of corporate innovation activities are composed of 'R&D' and 'government support', and 'Inside R&D, Outsourcing R &D, Consortium R&D'. As a result of analyzing companies that received more than one type of R&D government support, it can be seen that 'government support' (72.1%) is more important than 'research and development' (27.8%). In addition, this study found key sub-factors loadings including Assistant Support (30.1%), Tax Support (22.7%), Funding Support (18.8%), Inside R&D (10.8%), Outsourcing R&D (10.3%), and Consortium R&D (7.2%). Analysis results suggest that the priorities of detailed innovation activities of R&D and government support affect product innovation and process innovation, which in turn, influence business performance and maximization of SMEs. This implies that SMEs who want to participate in the government support project will be helpful in setting the direction of innovation activities. This study also suggests the importance of strategic priorities among the decision elements for CEOs.

본 논문은 3개 기초자치단체 지역주민들을 중심으로 이들 지방정부의 투자우선지출 순위에 관한 지역주민의 의식을 분석해 보았다. 이러한 분석은 근본적으로 지방정부의 공공지출을 통한 투자사업 활동이 지역주민의 선호순위와 일치하는지를 검증해보기 위한 선행연구로서의 의미를 가지고 있다. 지역에 따른 행정기능별 우선지출 순위분석에서 볼 때 일반행정부문의 경우 세지역 모두 기획조정분야에 가장 큰 우선지출을 요구하고 있고 산업경제 부문의 경우 지역특산물생산과 지역공단육성에 큰 관심을 보이고 있으며 사회복지부문의 경우 쓰레기처리 및 폐기물관리 등에 우선적인 관심을 보여 생활환경의 정비에 큰 관심이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 지역개발사업의 경우 도시계획 및 도시정비사업이 그리고 민방위부문의 경우 재난관리와 화재예방의 부문에 특히 우선지출의 관심을 보이고 있었다. 지방자치단체의 공공지출에 영향을 미치는 주요요인들은 주민참여도, 정부.기업관계, 정치적 연계, 기획과 예산구조, 공공투자 재원보조, 등으로 구성되어 있으나 각 요인별로 구성변인에 따른 지역주민간의 인식은 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 이상과 같은 지역주민들의 공공지출형태의 다양성과 여러 기대조건들을 충족시키고 그럼으로써 행정서비스에 대한 지역주민의 만족도를 극대화하기 위해서는 각 지방정부는 그들 지역내 특수한 사회 경제적 여건하에서 새로운 고객관리전략을 수립하여야 할 것이다.

"사용자 중심의 디자인(User-Centered Design)" 은 좋은 사용성을 가진 제품을 만들기 위한 사용되는 보편적인 접근방법중의 하나이다. 그러나 투자대비 최대의 가치 창조라는 경제성 원리와 개발 기간의 제약을 고려하면 개발 중 사용성 평가를 통해 발견된 문제들을 모두 제품에 반영하는 것은 거의 불가능 하다고 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 발견된 문제들에 대한 우선 순위를 정의한 후 가장 중요한 문제점에 대해 먼저 개선하는 전략이 필요하다. 기존의 사용성 문제에 대한 우선 순위는 주로 문제 자체의 심각도를 고려하여 결정되었다. 그러나 사용자가 인식하는 사용성(Perceived Usability)를 높이기 위해서는 사용자가 중요하게 생각하는 효용을 우선적으로 제품에 반영하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 카노의 사용자 만족 모델을 활용한 사용자 효용과 사용성 문제들의 잠재가치를 고려한 사용성 문제 분류를 기구 사용성 평가 가이드라인의 제작에 적용하였다. 제안된 분류에 의해 디자인 가이드라인을 1) 반드시 만족 시켜야하는 제품 사용성 기준, 2) 경쟁사 대비 우위를 유지하기 위한 비교평가 기준으로 나누어 정의함으로써 단일 제품의 절대적 평가가 아닌 경쟁사 제품과의 비교 평가를 통한 개선 방향의 제시에 Kano 모델을 기반으로 정의된 사용성 문제들의 효용가치분류가 효과적이라는 것을 본 연구를 통해 보이고자 한다.

This paper suggests the significant strategies and their priority to deal with space transportation market trends. First, market trends related with technical improvement and change in demand are analyzed by the literature research. The three key trends are obtained: 'Increasing Demand of High-Performance Launch Vehicles', 'Rising of Low-Price Launch Vehicles', and 'Rising of Dual/Multi-Launch'. And then, strategies for developing the launch vehicle industry in Korea are selected from several studies about commercialization of Korean launch vehicle. The strategies are evaluated by the experts through pairwise comparison matrix and the criteria for this process is how significantly does the strategy effect on the launch vehicle industry through market assessment. As a result, reliable order of priority among the strategies are obtained. Under the three key trends, strategy to enhance reliability is most important. And, strategy to have price competitiveness has secondary priority to deal with 'Rising of Low-Price Launch Vehicles' trend and 'Rising of Dual/Multi-Launch' trend. On the contrary, strategy of government's support is secondary under 'Increasing Demand of High-Performance Launch Vehicles' trend.

In this study, AHP analysis was conducted on potential residents who are willing or likely to live in a smart city. The purpose is to identify priorities for strategic objectives. In order to establish a hierarchical structure for the vision, core values, and strategic goals of the smart city business, we researched domestic and overseas smart city-related academic papers and research reports, business plans, and institutional websites. After reviewing professors, researchers, experts, and focus groups, 4 2nd tier and 12 3rd tier properties were finally selected and the hierarchical structure was confirmed. As a result of AHP analysis, it was found that residents place the highest importance on quality of life in smart city projects. As a result of the analysis of the lower-level factors, it was found that safety was the most important. The priorities were analyzed in the order of living convenience, eco-friendliness, and social inequality resolution. It is expected that the results of this analysis will be able to suggest strategies to be established when promoting smart city projects in the future.

This study aims to measure the relative importance of trade insurance using AHP developed by Thomas Saaty of Pennsylvania in early 1970s. Moreover, it provides help in the development of a comprehensive strategy of trade insurance. To obtain priority of trade insurance in its functions, this study discovered significance and relative importance of two evaluation standards and four individual evaluation items. Of the two evaluation standards, importance of credit exposure was 63%. It was discovered that it was more important than political means (37%). Of the four individual evaluation items, importance of banking supplementation was 60%. It was more important than credit investigation of overseas traders (40%). Importance of trade promotion policy was 69%, which was more important than removal of anxiety in trade (31%). As a result of comparing priorities of the f tire evaluation items, priority of banking supplementation was 38% followed by trade promotion policy means (26%), credit investigation of overseas traders (25%) and removal of anxiety in trade (12%).

The Hunchun area is the only development and opening line in Jilin Province and the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Developmental Plan area, and as a hub area for regional logistics, promoting the logistics competitiveness of the Hunchun area is an important factor in promoting economic development in the Northeast region. The purpose of this study is to derive the factors for activating logistics competitiveness in Hunchun area by applying SWOT analysis and to present them to policy-makers by drawing priority of factors for promoting logistics competitiveness in Hunchun area through AHP survey of Chinese and Korean logistics experts. According to the analysis, the weighting was high in order of opportunity factors and strength factors, and the priority was high in order of factors such as promotion and expansion of One Belt, One Road policies, active support through national policies, construction of international logistics center cities, construction of logistics centers, and supply of bulk cargo. Finally, from a comprehensive perspective, this study presented policy implications such as SO Strategy (Strength-Occupancy Strategy) and ST Strategy (Strength-War Strategy) focusing on the strengths of the Hunchun Region for the strategy of strengthening the logistics competitiveness of the Hunchun area.

This study was based on the research contents of previous studies. and After operatively defining public culture and arts institutions in terms of combining the characteristics of public institutions and culture and arts, the necessity of analyzing the priority of performance evaluation indicators was raised in accordance with this. The results of priority analysis based on the AHP axiom are as follows. The priorities for the performance evaluation index of public culture and arts institutions were in the order of artistry, expertise, marketing, publicity, organizational management, exchange and cooperation, management efficiency, operating system, and convenience. Based on the analysis results, the following implications were presented. First, it is necessary to first pay attention to the items of artistry that appear as the highest priority and seek strategies. Second, it is necessary to put a variety of experts in the original plan so that the audience and the public can have a high interest in this. However, in order not to exceed the 10 items recommended by the AHP axiom, we had to intentionally limit the evaluation items. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze priorities by deriving various evaluation items in subsequent studies.
