The purpose of this study is to suggest a successful operating strategy of co-working space. Therefore, the operating elements were identified through a literature research. And then, verified through site investigation and interview of operation managers. We found out that the high level operating elements are 'Co-working management', 'Membership management' and 'Supporting management' And the low level elements of Co-working management are 'Relationship facilitation', 'Networking event & Party' and 'Community & Communication', Membership management's are 'Service diversity & Price plan', 'Promotion & PR' and 'Alliance & Partnership', Supporting management's are 'Space & Interior', 'Facility & Device, Solution' and 'Mentoring & Education'. And the questionnaire was designed and conducted to Co-working space operators through the AHP method. As a result of the collected data analyzing, the highest priority was the operational element 'Community & Communication', and 'space and interior' is next, 'Service diversity & Price plan' is the third. The results were discussed with the relevant experts and it presents the following operating strategies. First, to create an environment suitable to voluntary coworking is the most important element. In particular, good management of 'Community & Communication' should be considered as a high priority operations strategy in a coworking space. Second, interior and space utilization helps in making the environment and atmosphere conducive to coworking. Office devices and facilities such as IT infra, printer, fax, scan, paper...etc are also important elements. But the reason why these necessary items are given a low priority is that these items don't need any special strategy. Third, in order to create a stable profit, 'Service diversity & Price plan' should be the characteristics of each coworking space because it will attract and secure enough customers. This study is valuable, it could be a great guideline for coworking space in an early stage to adopt operating model and strategy

The importance of high-definition video has increased by increase in consumer demand for realistic content. Therefore, this study presented the UHD strategy of terrestrial broadcasters for global competitiveness. First, as a practical strategy, to secure domestic market, it should secure an ecosystem through cooperation among departments, create synergy, and prioritize the UHD field to gain global competitiveness with close cooperation with expertised countries in the field. Also, after securing the domestic market by developing UHDTV focusing on cost-effectiveness on socio-cultural situation of Korea, it should utilize the finance and technology for global market. government should support global competitiveness as a control tower, strengthening global content, composing a long-term roadmap, supporting related materials, and creating and exporting our own UHDTV model

Defense R&D is a key process for securing weapons systems determined by mid- and long-term needs to cope with changing future battlefield environments. In particular, the test and evaluation provides information necessary to determine whether or not to switch to mass production as the last gateway to research and development of weapons systems and plays an important role in ensuring performance linked to the life cycle of weapons systems. Meanwhile, if you look at the recent changes in the operational environment of the Korean Peninsula and the defense acquisition environment, you can see three main characteristics. First of all, continuous safety accidents occurred during the operation of the weapon system, which increased social interest in the safety of combatants, and the efficient execution of the limited defense budget is required as acquisition costs increase. In addition, strategic approaches are needed to respond to future battlefield environments such as robots, autonomous weapons systems (RAS), and cyber security test and evaluation. Therefore, in this study, we would like to present strategies for improving the testing and evaluation of weapons systems by considering the characteristics of the security environment that has changed recently. To this end, the improvement strategy was derived by analyzing the complementary elements of the current weapon system operational test and evaluation system in a multi-dimensional model and prioritized through the hierarchical analysis method (AHP).

The market taxonomy approach may lead to the most effective strategy to promote the export of Korean Railway Systems. By prioritizing opportunities in the global marketplace and subsequently identifying market segments, this approach will reveal the most effective market strategies for Korean rail exporters. This study suggests the market potential index. In addition, it also introduces how market segmentation should be done for the global rail supply market. Applying the market taxonomy to derive strategic implications, this study portrays several export projects currently being undertaken by the Korean rail industry.

In order to maintain customer satisfaction and to remain productive and efficient in today's global competition, mass customization is adopted in many leading companies. Mass customization through product family and product platform enables companies to develop new products with flexibility, efficiency and quick responsiveness. Thus, product family strategy based on product platform is well suited to realize the mass customization. Product family is defined as a group of related products that share common features, components, and subsystems; and satisfy a variety of market niches. The objective is to propose a product family design strategy that provides priority weights among product components by satisfying customer requirements. The decision making process for a new product development requires a multiple criteria decision making technique with feedback. An analytical network process is adopted for the decision making modeling and procedure. For the implementation, a netbook product known as a small PC which is appropriate for the product family model is adopted. According to the proposed architecture, the priority weight of each component for each product family is derived. The relationship between the customer requirement and product component is analyzed and evaluated using QFD model.

전문 서비스로봇인 국방 무인 로봇은 무기체계 개발 시, 소요군의 운용개념 미확정, 국내 로봇 기술수준(TRL) 및 기술성숙도 미흡 등으로 무인체계의 소요기획 및 전력화 소요 반영이 되지 않고 장기적인 획득 대안으로 생각하고 있으나, 미국의 미래 전투체계(Future Combat System)에서 보듯이 네트워크 중심전(NCW)으로의 전장 환경변화 등 무인전투체계의 통신 및 소프트웨어(복합체계 공통운용환경(SOSCOE: System of Systems Common Operating Environment))의 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있다. 국가적으로는 국방 무인 로봇을 시장확산분야로 인식하고 있으며, 그동안 해외 도입 위주의 국방 무인 로봇 시장에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있어, 우리나라 창조경제 발전의 견인차 역할로 무인체계 시장의 선점 및 새로운 고용시장을 창출할 수 있는 기반으로 투자를 확대하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논고를 통하여 무인체계에 대한 체계개발 활성화 방안에 기여하기 위한 선제적인 방법으로 연구개발 방향을 설정하고, 기술개발 방향 및 획득 우선순위 등 개발전략을 수립하고 그 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

초기 기술개발주체는 일원적인 기술진보 방향을 따랐으나 R&D 패러다임이 변화함에 따라 고객요구의 중요성을 인식하게 된다. 하지만 3세대 R&D와 같이 고객수요에만 중심을 둘 경우 기술혁신을 꾀하기 힘들어, 현재 보유한 기술개발역량 분석을 바탕으로 시장요구를 이해하고 다른 기술개발주체와 협력할 수 있는 기술투자전략이 요구된다. 광물자원, 에너지자원 기술과 같이 산업경제 및 국민 삶과 직결된, 경제사회 문제해결형 자원기술 개발의 중요성과 필요성은 증대하지만 공적 목표와 기술목표를 결합하는 것이 쉽지 않아 이를 해결할 수 있는 방법론 제시가 필요하다. 즉 효과적인 기술개발 우선순위 및 기술개발 투자전략을 수립하기 위해 기술개발역량 분석뿐만 아니라 정확한 고객수요 분석이 필수적임을 시사한다. 따라서 고객요구 속성을 고려한 사회적 기대 도출방법을 활용하여 3단계 수준의 자원기술 수요를 도출하였으며 수요의 변동성을 고려하여 3년후/5년후의 수요중요도를 측정하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 학교 무용교육의 교수평가를 위한 영역과 항목을 도출하고, 우선순위별 가중치를 도출하여 평가를 위한 프로토타입을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 델파이조사와 AHP분석을 실시하였다. 학교무용교육의 평가지표는 주체성, 창의성, 다양성, 관계성의 4개 영역과 총 16개의 항목이 도출되었으며, 영역을 포괄하는 모든 항목의 복합가중치에서는 전반적으로 주체성과 창의성을 중요하게 요구하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 토대로 학교문화예술교육 정책에 의해 최근 변화된 학교무용 교수환경에서 종래의 기법중심 무용수업과는 전혀 다른 학교무용의 교수전략을 요구하고 있으며, 실제적인 교수전략과 특성이 반영되어야 함을 강조한다.

The drone market in Korea is growing with a focus on the use of prevention, defense, exploration and surveying, search and rescue, video shooting, and facility management. However, the foreign dependence on drone's core technologies and components is high. Drone-powered countries such as the US and China are expanding the weaponization of drones, which can intensify trade wars between countries, such as strengthening import and export regulations and monopoly. Therefore, Korea should put R & D and localization of core technology, parts, and accessories of next generation drone first. For this, policy research and investment in infrastructure, equipment, and research personnel should be preceded. This study studied the evaluation of investment priorities by infrastructure sector (facility equipment, utilization field, and demand manpower) to foster small drone companies through literature studies. To this end, we expanded and reclassified e isting research, developed investment prioritization indicators through expert group interviews and reviews, derived future uncertainties, and selected investment priorities by infrastructure sector using AHP techniques. Finally, it proposed an infrastructure construction strategy to foster small drone companies in terms of drone development support, utilization support.

This study will propose the policy priorities of cyber information security by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) survey. The policy categories for AHP survey consist in the foundation of information security and activity of information security(1st hierarchy). In the second hierarchy, the foundation of information security was classified into laws-system, human resources, h/w-s/w technology and sociocultural awareness. And the activity of information security was divided into infrastructure protection, privacy protection, related industry promotion, and national security. Information policy alternatives were composed of 16 categories in the third hierarchy. According to the AHP result, in the perspective of policy importance, the modification of related laws was the first agenda in the policy priority, better treatment of professionals was the second, and the re-establishment of policy system was the third. In the perspective of policy urgency, the re-establishment of policy system was the first item, the modification of related laws was the second, and better treatment of professionals is the third.
