The development of the Internet has influenced consumers' information search process and purchase behaviors. The environmental changes and consumers' lifestyle changes have stimulated them to use the Internet shopping mall. However, people used to shop the low-involvement product rather than high-involvement product such as clothing product at the internet shopping mall due to the subjects' perceived risks or product characteristics. The purpose of this study is to examine the differences of consumers' attitudes toward the two types of apparel internet shopping mall. With compared to the existing shopping mall, this study generated Web3D internet shopping mall by designing Abata, representing the user's body figure. The changes of respondents' attitudes toward the internet shopping mall and purchase intentions would provide the possibility and future direction of the Web3D internet shopping. Recommendations and future research were also discussed.

Korea's GIS market has been proliferating since the 1990s, but still its scale and the structure require overall rearrangements. Recently as the needs and initiatives from central and local governments go stronger to drive 'u-City(ubiquitous City)' developments, there are much more demand of spatial information from sectors like city management, construction, environment and so on. Through the merge between GIS and the advanced Information and Telecommunication Technology, the introduction of new Ubiquitous IT is swiftly changing GIS market environments, so the GIS industry is to be prepared for this trend. The pioneering developments of Ubiquitous-related GIS technologies are expected to highly boost spatial data and related industries, and the pre-occupancy of those technologies in the world would enable the expansion of overseas export market. In the context of these epoch-making chances, by looking into the actual status of GIS industry, this study is to investigate the actual accomplishments to foster the GIS industry through Korea's National GIS Master Plan. Thereby, impending issues will be discussed to provide useful problem-solving suggestions.

An era of smart manufacturing is coming through the rapid development of information and communication technology. As a result, many companies have begun to utilize a variety of hardware and software for the efficient business of the manufacturing process. At this time, the hardware and software used are supplied through manufacturing and distribution processes. These supply processes are exposed to a variety of security threats. As the recent cases of supply chain attacks have increased, foreign countries are establishing supply chain management systems and managing supply chain risks. In Korea, on the other hand, there was research on supply chain risk management in some fields. In this paper, we emphasizes the necessity of supply chain risk management through supply chain attack cases. In addition, we analyze trends of foreign supply chain management system and explains the necessity of domestic supply chain security strategy.

In Japan accumulating intellectual assets by enhancing science and technology is the only way to survive the global competition. To enhance science and technology, it is important to improve science literacy the public and to foster human resources for science and technology, Therefore, MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) is now working with various projects. One of the projects for attaining the purpose is Science Literacy Enhancement Initiative. This initiative is a brand-new package of several projects to enhance math and science education in high and middle schools including (1) Super Science High school (SSHs) and (2) Science Partnership Program. The purpose of this study was to investigate concretely about the situation of promotion of SSHs paying attention to three high schools (TAKASAKI high school, HORIOKA high school and RITUMEIKAN high school) specified as SSHs. Furthermore, some suggestions about gifted education were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to find out the measures to improve the curriculums of the specialized vocational high schools aided by Small and Medium Business Administration through estimating whether they have satisfied the purpose of the aids and analyzing the related factors. Among specialized vocational high schools aided by Small and Medium Business Administration, 49 technical high schools which comprised the largest proportion were chosen as subjects for this study. Among the 49 subjects, 57.1%(28 schools) are reported to be suitable, 36.7%(18 schools) so-so, and 6.2%(3 schools) unsuitable for the curriculums. The curriculums of specialized vocational high schools aided by Small and Medium Business Administration were mostly associated with the local strategic business. However, many of them implemented the pre-existed curriculums because they didn't reflect the job analysis of the business properly. To establish more effective curriculums of the specialized vocational high schools aided by Small and Medium Business Administration, most of all, guides for them should be prepared in its level. Also, midium and long-term development plans of school departments should be made to reorganize the current departments which hinder the specialization in curriculums by government or offices of education. Finally, a conference of government departments on the curriculum establishment should be organized.

Along with the 4th Industrial Revolution, the impact of "unmanned" is affecting all fields around the world, and in particular, in the military sector, "unmanned" is so important that it occupies a part of the main combat system. Recently, the South Korean military is facing a crisis due to the North Korea's UAV incident that invaded our airspace and descended to Seoul. In response, the South Korea military declared its willingness and countermeasures to capture and destroy North Korea's UAV. However, as the technological development of UAV continues and the utilization plan is expanding, the countermeasures for UAV at the current level can be useless. Also, the threat from North Korea is not just UAV. North Korea has practically a nuclear power and is set to conduct its seventh nuclear test, and its missile technology is also being advanced, with 38 arounds of 67 missile tests conducted in 2022 alone. It is also developing five key strategic weapons that can pose a fatal threat to Korea, and North Korea's strong conventional forces are located around the NLL(Northern Limit Line), and the port of Long Range Artillery is facing the Seoul metropolitan area. It is important to respond to North Korea's UAV threats, which are now receiving much attention, but it will be necessary to comprehensively analyze and clearly prioritize North Korea's threats and use a limited budget to respond to them.

This study investigated secondary school science teachers' experiences to explore the influencing factors in science teachers efficiency (STE). The participants, thirty three secondary school science teachers who have more than four years of teaching experience, were interviewed about describing each teacher's experience throughout one's years of teaching. The grounded theory introduced by Strauss and Corbin (1998) was used to analyze the data in this study. The results of paradigm analysis revealed that STE is influenced by 125 concepts, 38 sub-categories, and 16 categories. In a paradigm model, the central phenomenon was 'constructing STE', and the causal condition was 'want to be a teacher' as career choice motivation. The contextual conditions that have an affect on the central phenomenon were 'self awareness of the teacher' and 'social awareness of the teacher.' The mediate conditions, which facilitated or restrained the action/interaction strategies, were 'societal tendency', 'school climate', and 'personal context.' The action/interaction strategies to control the phenomenon were 'following the line,' 'identifying effective teaching strategies,' 'taking teacher education programs,' and 'contributing to school improvement.' The consequences were 'teacher's self awareness', 'challenge,' and 'stagnating in teaching.' The overall conclusion drawn from this research is that, the definition of STE is beliefs in science teachers' capabilities to set up objects in some school teaching context and, organize and execute the course of action required to attain these. Additionally, STE has three dimensions of teacher's behaviors: science instructional efficiency, efficiency in engaging students, and efficiency in managing school conditions. This study offers insight into the nature of STE and theoretical framework. These findings may give science teachers and teacher educators the practical knowledge necessary to build effective training programs and interventions that would help increase STE and facilitate effective teaching.

The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends in international development and cooperation on education and to suggest directions for the Korean teachers and teacher education to achieve 'Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).' The examination of 8 databases resulted in the identification of 2,945 studies, and 6 of these references met the inclusion criteria for systemic review. Major findings revealed that pre- and in-service teachers recognized the necessity of international development education but had a low degree of teacher efficacy. The teachers who participated in ODA education programs have experienced difficulties due to insufficient understanding of local sites and role performance. Then, a couple of studies of mathematics and early childhood education compared the Korean national curriculum and education system with developing countries'. Lastly, it is important to have a sustainable system which promotes all teachers, including retired ones, in global development and cooperation on education. For the successful achievement of SDGs, Korean teachers should develop their expertise, a deep understanding of partner countries, and stable quality education for the underprivileged.

Environmental problems in urban spaces tend to result from excessive use of resources faster than the ecosystem can recover itself. In order to address this problem, city or municipal governments tend to devise plans and policies to lead development within their ecological carrying capacity. This study computes ecological capacity of Asan city, Province Chung Nam, South Korea through applying the concept of ecological footprint. This study finds ecological footprint and deficit of Asan city in 2015 were 5.12 and -4.99, respectively. From 2001 to 2015, Asan city experienced not only an 81% increase of ecological footprint, but also a 190% increase of ecological deficit. Such results suggest that Asan city has experienced a steady increase of resource consumption due to population increase and urban growth, indicating that loss of ecological spaces such as green space, farmland, wetland and so on restoring the ecosystem has been accelerated. Therefore, in order to promote sustainable development, Asan city should not only protect green space, farmland, wetland, and so on but also create urban growth plans and policies taking into account its environmental capacity of the city. This study provides suggestions for Asan city to lead urban growth within its environmental capacity by applying ecological deficit.

The ICT(information & communication technology) led to a dramatic change of floral distribution service, a phase of competition between wholesales and retail stores, and distribution channels in floral industry. It was expected that a role of the intermediaries in this industry would have reduced due to the improvement of transaction process by ICT. However, the ICT made to overcome a regional limit of the floral retail distribution service leading to an increase in sales and enlargement of the stores. And even it made possible to bring out another type of intermediaries such as private associations. This case study focuses on what kinds of efforts the floral wholesale distributors have made to enable a distribution process more smoothly between the wholesale distributors and retail stores through the information system, and what the failure factors in adopting the information system have been. This paper is also to examine how the wholesale distributors have changed themselves to gain dominant positions in distribution channels. As a result of the study, it was found that the intermediaries mostly failed in successfully achieving the distribution channel innovation through the information system because of several main reasons. FLOMARKET Inc. tried to innovate a distribution channel to obtain high quality goods through consolidating a wholesale distribution market in that segregated both floral joint market from free markets. after implementing the information system with consideration of the failure factors, FLOMARKET Inc. was able to minimize goods in stock and make a major purchase of various goods. In addition, it made a possible pre-ordering process and an exact calculation of purchasing goods so they could provide their products with market price in real time, which helped for the company to gain credits from their customers. Also, FLOMARKET Inc. established the information system which well suited to its business stage in order to deal with a rapidly changing distribution environment. It's so obvious that the transaction processing system of FLOMARKET Inc. definitely helped to share information among traders more seamlessly and smoothly in realtime, standardize goods, and make a transaction process clearer. Besides, the transaction information helped the wholesale distributors and retail stores to make more strategic decisions in their business because through the system they enabled to gather the marketing intelligence information more easily and convenient. If we understand that the floral distribution market is characterized by the low IT- based industry, it's worth to examine a case study proving that the information system actually increases the productivity of the transaction process in the floral industry.
