The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of self-leadership, academic self-efficacy, and learning flow of nursing college students to took both online and offline lectures, and to identify the factors that influence learning flow. Data were collected by using questionnaires from 152 students who were in 2nd year of the nursing college in G city, from September 7 to September 29, 2020. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS WIN 25.0 program. As a result of the study, Learning flow according to general characteristics showed significant differences in perceived health status, interpersonal relationship, major satisfaction, and grades. Statistically, learning flow showed a significantly positive correlation with self-leadership and academic self-efficacy. Influencing factors on learning flow were academic self-efficacy(β=.44, p<.001), self-leadership(β=.35, p<.001), and major satisfaction(β=-.14, p=.031) accounting for 57% of the total change. Based on this study, strategies to enhance academic self-efficacy and self-leadership are required to improve the learning flow of nursing students.

The culture industry has been considered very important as firms utilize human creativity as the main source for providing high-value-added services. In this industry, the inspirations and ideas of individual creators have been stressed rather than the roles of entrepreneurs so far. However, in recent years, due to the influence of "Hallyu" or the Korean Wave, entrepreneurial firms have actively participated in producing a variety of products embracing cultural value. In this vein, the entrepreneurship-related elements such as the degree of leaders' innovativeness, risk-taking environment, first mover advantage, employee compensation, and tolerance to failure were selected to investigate their effects on market leadership. As a result, it was observed that risk-taking environment, first mover advantage, employee compensation, and tolerance to failure had a positive effect whereas leaders' innovativeness was not statistically meaningful. These findings show that the creation of an atmosphere where employees' creativity can be fully appreciated is more important than the leader' insight-driven innovativeness. The results of this study indicate that when companies formulate strategies and the government initiate policies in the culture industry, entrepreneurship should be incorporated as a crucial element.

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of nursing self-leadership, self-esteem, and nursing performance and to analyze the relationship between these variables, and its effect on nursing performance. The self-leadership of the study nurses was $3.37{\pm}0.45$ on the 5-point scale, $3.02{\pm}0.36$ on the 4-point scale, and $3.59{\pm}0.45$ on the 5-point scale. The variables affecting nursing performance were self-expectation(${\beta}=.24$, p<.001), rehearsal(${\beta}=.15$, p=.008), and self-esteem(${\beta}=.28$, p<.001), these variables accounted for 53.0%(F=41.45, p<.001). The study could serve as a base material for the development of strategies to improve self-assured attitudes and positive self-esteem when performing tasks aimed at improving nursing performance.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of self efficacy and self leadership on stress in adolescents. Methods: Data were collected from 722 adolescents and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS 20.0 program. Results: Stress differed according to gender, grade, economic level. Self efficacy and self leadership had a significant negative correlation with stress. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed self efficacy(general self efficacy), self leadership(cognitive strategies), gender(female), grade(high school) explained 32.5% of the total variance in stress. The findings indicate that self efficacy and self leadership had an influence on stress. Conclusions: The results of this study offer basic data for the development of intervention programs to prevent adolescents stress.

To improve competitiveness & performance for salesmen of small & medium IT company, this study aims not only to inspect how value orientation, leadership & justice make effects for Organizational Citizenship Behavior & Business Corporate Performance & but also to explore the role of adaptive selling practices as parameter. To support the study, the data collected from 314 employees in sales roles at more than 200 IT companies was processed via. regression analysis method. The research model of study lies at identification of 'the Effects of Value Orientation, Leadership, & Justice of/Posed by the Salesmen of a IT Company on Organizational Citizenship Behavior & Corporate Performance' based on the phenomena of unfair sales strategies rampantly being taken for short-term profits & survivals despite of the value of upholding business ethics to realize long-term, sustainable growth of a business of company. The hypotheses of this study are formulated as follows. First, value orientation, leadership, & justice shall have effects on organizational citizenship behavior & Corporate performance. Second, adaptive selling practices shall function as the parameters between the independent & dependent variables. The analysis results on the research, undertaken with verification of parametric effects, confirm the following: 1. Value orientation imposes positive (+) effects on adaptive selling practices which impose positive (+) impacts on organizational citizenship behavior & Corporate performance. 2. Adaptive selling practices function as a full parameter between value orientation & organizational citizenship behavior whilst functioning as a partial parameter between value orientation & Corporate performance. 3. Leadership imposes positive (+) effects on adaptive selling practices which impose positive (+) effects on organizational citizenship behavior & Corporate performance. 4. Adaptive selling practices function as a partial parameter between leadership & organizational citizenship behavior whilst functioning as a full parameter between leadership & Corporate performance. Therefore, this study is concluded that establishing & executing sales strategies in consideration of value orientation & fairness is of extreme importance for IT companies to realize & maintain their sustainable corporate management, & last but not least, it is necessary for IT companies to proactively introduce & provide educational systems for their salesmen thus to help them to uphold & sustain ethics & values of the business.

This paper investigates the innovative capabilities of the leading company in the Korean online games industry, 'NCsoft'. The company is analyzed with the three types of innovation capabilities such as the capability to manage core competencies, the capability to integrate internal and external knowledge source, and the capability to build innovation policy/strategy. This paper concludes with suggesting the future strategies of the NCsoft by each capability.

This study focus on oriental way for Win-win leadership of modern time using systems thinking approach. We constructed concept, 'Modesty Leadership' from oriental bible- Tao Te Ching, Change Ching, the Analects of Confucius. This work described in the paper based on case collected from 2011 Seoul city mayor election in the Korea. There are three initial aims : to confirm what feedback loop affected approval rating, to determine how these feedback interacted and to establish the significance of cognitive mapping. The use of system thinking to model cognitive mapping of political election untraditional approach in study of oriental bible. This approach is valuable in that it can be to understand management strategies and their effect on decision making.

의료조직의 팀제는 산업계의 팀과는 다르다. 산업계의 팀 구성원들이 팀원으로서 단일의 지위, 책임, 직무를 가지고 있고, 팀장에 의하여 평가받을 것이다. 그러나 의료조직의 진료팀 구성원들은 일반적으로 팀 구성원과 기능적 부문의 구성원으로서 이중의 지위, 책임과 의무를 유지하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 진료팀에 있어서는 상호간의 의사소통을 활성화시킬 수 있는 더욱 향상된 노력이 필요하고 다양한 분야의 전문가들을 통합할 수 있는 임파워먼트된 리더십이 필요한 것이다. 실증분석은 대학병원에 소속되어 있는 진료팀 구성원들에 대한 조사를 통하여 수집되었다. 실증분석 결과는 정교하게 설계된 팀 전략이 적용되어야 함을 제시하고 있다. 팀 구성원들은 팀 요인이 확인되어야 하고 리더십과 의사소통에 의하여 검토되어야 하는 개념으로 인식하는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 팀 요인은 필요조건이고 팀 요인에 기반한 팀 과정이 팀 성과를 향상시키는 충분조건이라는 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to review the practicality of Christian education for sustainable development in a rapidly changing world. The first part of this study identify the concept, meaning, and direction of implementation of "Sustainable Development," which has been studied and published around UNESCO since the early 1980s, and present practical strategies for the sustainable development of Christian education. This study chronologically selected five major reports published by UNESCO--"Our Common Future"(1987), "Agenda 21"(1992), "UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development 2005-2014"(2002), "Roadmap for Implementing the Global Action Programme for Education for Sustainable Development 2015-2019"(2014) and "Education for Sustainable Development 2030"(2020)--and examined the concept and meaning of "Sustainable Development"(SD). At the same time, in relation to "Education for Sustainable Development"(ESD), the occurrence, change, and implementation method of "Sustainable Development Goals"(SDGs) were examined and presented. This study derived three Christian educational implications necessary to properly establish the next generation of faith, based on a leadership development strategy using the concept of sustainable development, For the sustainability of Christian education, the foundation of education based on the correct biblical interpretation of cultural mandate is first examined, and then the need for curriculum development and class design is proposed using various types of indicators and educational modules. Finally, specific practices for the development of educational leadership to revitalize Christian education are presented through a multi-dimensional approach.

This study was performed to investigate the effects of creative teaching technique(CTT) on critical thinking disposition(CTD), problem solving process(PSP), and self-leadership(SL) in 5 majors of first to third grades in a college nursing department. CTT was developed to promote memory and practical ability. The study was conducted from August 1 to December 31 in 2017, and the survey was performed before and after applying the CTT. As a result, there was no difference in CTD, PSP, and SL in the first graders whom applied various teaching techniques to one subject. But CTD was 6.8point(p<0.001), PSP was 7.5~7.9point(p<0.001) and SL was 2.9~3.3point(p<0.001) improved in the second and third grades whom applied similar teaching techniques in two subjects. In order to improve the students' core competency, it is more effective for students to apply one or two methods repeatedly in several subjects than to apply various methods to one subject. Since the CTT was more effective in the group that selected the major depending on aptitude and interest, it is necessary to develop various teaching and learning strategies to enhance the interest in nursing major.
