  • 여기서는 보완대체의학의 임상효능을 평가하기 위한 일반적인 연구원칙들을 제시하였다. 어떻게 우리가 보완대체의학을 평가할 것인가? 그것이 정말 통상의학과 다른가? 우리는 보완대체의학을 통상의학과 비교하여 우리의 연구 질문들을 다르게 제시해야만 하는가? 보완대체의학은 안전하고 경제적인가? 그리고 우리가 이러한 전문적인 이슈들을 어떻게 제시할 것인가? 보완대체의학 연구는 관심을 가진 임상가들에게 지적인 도전을 제시 한다. 과학적으로 평가하는 것은 가능하긴 하지만 어렵다. 특정 약물치료를 통한 무작위대조 임상시험들은 침술, 동종요법, 수기요법과 같은 유사한 분야의 학문들보다 계획하고 투여하는 것이 훨씬 쉽다. 보완대체의학 분야에서 임상연구의 전술과 전략들은 개념상의 연속되는 도전들을 제시할 것이다.

Assessment of Low Impact Development (LID) Integrated in Local Comprehensive Plans for Improving Urban Water Cycle (도시 물순환 개선을 위한 도시기본계획과 저영향 개발(LID) 연계성 분석)

  • Recently, Low Impact Development (LID) has been emphasized as a critical strategy for improving urban water cycle and adapting to climate change. LID is needed to be incorporated in urban planning and development process for effective implementation in the real world. However, little research has examined the relationship between urban planning and LID in Korea. This study addresses this critical gap by 1) examining whether current urban planning institutional system considers LID or not and 2) assessing the extent to which local comprehensive plans integrate LID in seven large cities. Study results show that a few planning guidelines declaratively mention the need of LID but they don't include specific LID strategies. In addition, we found that 7 local comprehensive plans in the sample received a mean score of 11.71, which represents 19.52% of the total possible points and there are wide variations among cities. These findings indicate that there is still considerable room for improvement of local governments on LID. We propose the revision of planning guideline by incorporating LID principles and non-structural and structural LID technologies.

The Components of Pedagogical Content Knowledge Considered by Secondary Science Pre-service Teachers in Planning and Implementing Teaching Demonstrations (중등 과학 예비교사들의 수업시연 계획 및 실행에서 나타난 교과교육학지식의 요소)

  • Developing pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) has been emphasized as one of the requirements for science teacher's professionalism, and it should be done from systematic teacher training courses. In this study, we investigated the components considered in planning instruction and the difficulties encountered in implementing it in PCK held by secondary pre-service teachers. Twenty-seven juniors at a college of education in Seoul were asked to perform teaching demonstrations using scientific instruction models. They were also requested to write reflective journals and interview. Analyses of the results revealed that teaching strategies and learners' cognitive affective aspects were considered by most secondary pre-service teachers, whereas curriculum and assessment were regarded by few of them. For examples, choosing instruction models and organizing instructions were concerned in teaching strategies. They also considered learners' cognitive affective aspects for selecting experiments as main activities. Only few considered learners' prior-knowledge. Most difficulties encountered in planning instruction and implementing it appeared in teaching strategies. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

  • 최근 몇 년 사이 정부 내의 정보화 사업규모는 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 국민의 정부시절 약 2,400억 규모의 정보화 예산이 참여정부에서는 약 9500억으로 증가한 사실이 이를 반증하는 증거이다. 그러나, 이러한 정보화 사업에 대한 투자규모에 비하여, 막대한 예산을 들여 진행되는 사업에 대한 지속적인 성과관리는 체계적으로 진행되지 않은 현실이다. 오히려 성과관리라는 것이 사업의 추진을 방해하는 부정적인 요소로 인식되기도 한다. 하지만, 정보화 사업에 대한 성과관리의 부재는 장기적으로 조직의 전략목표와 정보서비스와의 GAP을 심화시켰고, 결과적으로 막대학 IT 투자 전체에 대한 회의감만을 대두시키는 결과를 가져 왔다. 2006년 IT최대의 화두인 IT거버넌스 개념 역시 IT와 비즈니스의 GAP을 줄여 IT 서비스가 조직의 목표와 전략을 올바르게 지원하도록 IT운영을 하자는 것이 핵심사상이다. 이러한 IT거버넌스 실현의 중심에 IT 투자성과관리체계가 있다. 해양수산부는 IT투자성과관리체계구축을 통하여 정보화사업 전체 프로세스를 지원하며, 각 단계별 이력관리를 통해 매년 사업 담당자가 바뀌는 상황에서도 안정적인 사업의 추진이 가능하도록 하였으며, 각 사업에 대한 평가지표개발 및 평가체계 구축을 통해 사업계획, 시행, 종료 단계에서 과학적인 정보화 사업의 투자성과평가를 지원하는 체계를 마련하였다. 이러한 IT투자성과관리체계는 기 구축된 ITA, ITAMS, IT자산관리체계와 연동하여 해양수산부 IT거버넌스 실현에 이바지 할 것으로 기대된다.

Distribution and Interrelationship of Smoking, Drinking, and Physical Exercising among Some Rural Adult, an Application of the Transtheoretical Model (행동수정의 단계적 변화론 모형(Transtheoretical Model)에 의한 일부 농촌성인의 흡연, 음주 및 운동행태 분포와 상호 관련성)

  • Transtheoretical model of change has been proven very effective in explaining both the acquisition and cessation of many health related behaviors. The objectives of this study were to describe the distribution of smokers by stage of change of smoking, alcoholic drinking, and exercising in rural residents and to develope health promotion strategies. This study was done in Okchun County of Chungbuk Province. The representative sample were 892 residents over 30 years old. The questionnaires of interview included socio-demographic, the six stage distribution of smoking, alcoholic drinking, and exercising. In male, 50.6% of smokers were in the precontemplation stage, 32.5% in the contemplation. In female, corresponding figures were 60.6% and 28.8%. Precontemplation and contemplation stage of drinker were 72.8%, 19.3% in male and 80.3%, 15.5%. Distribution of exercise were 80.6%, 1.8% in male, 87.6%, 1.2% in female, respectively. The stage distribution of smoker, alcoholic drinker, and exerciser was shift to left of the distribution. And the stage distribution was slightly differ with each health behavior. The stage of change with smoking, drinking and exercising was correlated with each other but not concordant. So interventions in rural residents need to take into account the large proportion of precontemplators repeatedly observed among smoker, drinker, and non-exerciser. And intervention strategies of each risk behavior should be different approach. Result of concordance analysis suggest reconstruct validity of the transtheoretical model in our country due to ethnic and sociocultural difference. This results and theory should be tested in prospective intervention studies for seeking the possible gateway of health behavior.

This company have succeed in beyond budgeting by rolling financial forecasts, balanced scorecard, Activity-based costing, and decentralized investment management. As study finding of this paper, proposed following items to domestic enterprises. The first, improvement of plan function of budgeting by rolling financial forecasts. the second, strategy and budget more than strong link by balanced scorecard. the third resource's strategic arrangement and efficient use. the fourth competitive advantage strategies associated with relative performance evaluation, the fifth, compensation public ownership by relative performance.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the importance and validity of the unified policy of the administrative system for the public library through the analysis and evaluation of the outcomes and plans about the policy on the first and second Comprehensive Library Advancement Plan. In addition, this study seeks to the strategies for the public library administrative system unification by reviewing the issue details of the unification strategies. The first Comprehensive Library Advancement Plan was found to be just proclamatory without concrete and practical results through its performance analysis. The policy tasks were evaluated to lack in feasibility and specificity in the second Comprehensive Library Advancement Plan which was performed on a group of library professionals. Policy decision to determine who would be responsible for the unification into the local government was found to be valid by the results of previous research findings, policy evaluation by experts and in-depth interview survey for field practitioners. Substantial and detailed action-oriented strategy rather than bluffing and macro policy is necessary for the unification of the library administrative system. It is because we have found there exist significant issues in terms of unified approach, structure of the organization, personnel transfer and grade adjustment, property transfer, etc. through the analysis.

Perception and Evaluation of Construction Management Firms toward Government Policies for Construction Management (CM정책에 대한 CM기업의 인식과 평가에 관한 연구)

  • Since a government policy greatly affects markets and firms, an evaluation on government's policies is recognized as a critical issue. In Korea, two major policy plans on CM(Construction Management) include the Construction Industry Promotion Plan and the Construction Technology Promotion Plan from which Government's CM policies can be understood. The objective of the study is to analyze and discuss CM firm's perception and evaluation toward the Government's CM policies of the two plans based on the Gap analysis. The paper identified that the CM firms perceive that the Government's CM policies properly deal with key issues of the industry. However, they evaluate that the execution of the policies has been overall under-performed. As a way forward, the Government needs to improve on the execution plan and performance measurement rather than to develop new policy agenda.

엑셀러레이터의 평가수용성이 스타트업 성과에 미치는 영향 : 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로

  • 2019년 3월 기획재정부 장관은 관계부처 합동으로 제2벤처 붐 확산전략을 발표하였다. 신산업 고기술 스타트업 발굴을 통해 기술인재 고기술창업 특히 대학 및 연구소등의 우수 인재가 기술혁신형 창업을 하고, 이에 투자 멘토링 기술 지원하는 사업을 강화하는 한편 지원규모를 확대한다는 계획이다. 2019년 9월 국내 벤처기업 수는 3만6759개이고, 액셀러레이터 투자도 벤처투자로 인정한 '벤처기업육성에 관한 특별조치법' 개정안을 마련하고 있으며, 엑설러레이터 기준을 새로 마련하고 있다. 벤처 투자액은 올해 4조원을 돌파할 거라 예상하고 있는 가운데, 특히 창업의 마중물 역을 하는 액셀러레이터 시장이 크게 성장하고 있다. 대학부터 지자체, 기업, 기존 투자사들까지 뛰어들면서 관련제도가 도입된 지 3년이 채 되지 않아 200곳이 설립됐다. 전 세계적인 스타트업 붐에 더해 진입문턱이 대폭 낮아지자 초기 기업에서 기회를 엿보는 곳들이 늘어난 것으로 보인다. 2017년 54곳에 불과했던 액셀러레이터는 2년이 지나지 않아 4배 가까이 증가했다. 이처럼 시장이 급성장하는 이유는 대기업 중심의 경제 성장세가 둔화되고 우버와 같은 회사들이 새로운 산업을 구축하며 전 세계적으로 스타트업에 대한 관심이 고조되었고, 정부 역시 제2벤처 붐을 일으키겠다며 다방면의 벤처 육성책을 내놓고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 엑셀러레이터에 대한 관심은 학술적이 연구로도 나타나고 있는 바, 엑셀러레이터로부터 투자를 유치한 스타트업의 성과와 관련하여 다양한 원인을 찾고자하는 노력이 시도되고 있다. 스타트업 관계자가 인식하는 엑셀러레이터의 평가지표에 대한 수용성 정도와 그들의 성과 간의 관계에서 엑셀러레이터 조직에 대한 신뢰의 역할을 연구할 필요성이 제기된다고 할 것이다. 제기된 연구 필요성의 해결을 위하여 본 연구에서는 최근 3년 이내 엑셀러레이터로부터 투자 유치를 받은 스타트업 관계자를 대상으로 평가수용성과 엑셀러레이터의 조직신뢰 그리고 성과에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 바탕으로 스타트업 성과를 극대화할 수 있는 엑셀러레이터의 평가지표 구성과 조직측면에서 전략적 방안 모색의 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.

Library Marketing Model (도서관 마케팅 모형)

  • The purpose of this research is to suggest a library marketing model. To achieve the study purpose, this research adopted content analysis methodology. The research papers relating to the subject library marketing were analyzed using qualitative content analysis method. In addition, the study result was revised through the comparison with the general nonprofit marketing process model. As a result, library marketing model was proposed. The final library marketing model was composed of the following elements: 1)Customers(Library users), 2)Internal environmental changes, 3)External environmental changes, 4)Set library marketing goals, 5)Various library marketing strategies, 6)Specific marketing strategy tactics, 7)Implementation of the tactics, 8)Evaluation, 9)Positive evaluation result, 10)Negative evaluation result, 11)Customer satisfaction, 12)Increased library usage rate. and 13)Establishment the positive social value of library.
