Questionnaires were hand delivered to 600 Yonsei University students by designated coordinators. A total of 549 questionnaires were usable; resulting in an 93.3% response rate. The survey was conducted between November 28 to December 4, 1995. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SAS Programs for descriptive analysis, T-test, ${\chi}^2$ test, ANOVA, Factor Analysis and Stepwise Multiple Regression. Most (88.3%) of students were patronizing university foodservices for lunch. Underground student foodservice (40.1%) and Restaurants outside the campus (33.7%) were primarily used for lunch and dinner respectively. Eighty six percent of university students had 1 to 2 meals per day at university foodservices. The reasons given by students for patronizing university foodservices were as follows: location, time, price, menu, taste. Most of the respondents were least satisfied with hygiene, taste, menu and atmosphere. Data indicated strong support for eight priori dimensions in terms of food, menu, atmosphere, hygiene, employee attitude, facilities and convenience. After the factor analysis, price, fast service and foodservice location attributes were rearranged, combined and created a new dimension called as 'access'. Three dimensions in terms of menu, hygiene, convenience were important to students although performance was perceived as poor through importance-performance analysis. Most of students were not satisfied with all four types of university foodservices. In terms of food quality and price which university foodservices offer, most of respondents were moderately satisfied. According to multiple regression analysis, 93.31% of the variance respondents' satisfaction score could be explained by food, menu, price, atmosphere, hygiene, employee attitude, facilities, and convenience dimensions.

  • As a result of the study, the poorest keywords were information, big data, management, policy, government, law, and smart. In addition, as a result of network analysis, related research was being conducted on topics such as data industry policy, data governance performance, defense, governance, and data public. The four topics derived through topic modeling were "DG policy," "DG platform," "DG in laws," and "DG implementation," of which research related to "DG platform" showed an increasing trend, and "DG implementation" tended to shrink. This study comprehensively summarized data governance-related studies. Data governance needs to expand research areas from various perspectives and related fields such as data management and data integration policies at the organizational level, and related technologies. In the future, we can expand the analysis targets for overseas data governance and expect follow-up studies on research directions and policy directions in industries that require data-based future industries such as Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, and Metaverse.

  • Take-off weight is a key factor for improving accuracy when estimating an aircraft's carbon emissions and fuel consumption. However, the takeoff weight contains sensitive payload information that can infer the airline's management strategy, making it impossible to leak it outside. Although several models for estimating takeoff weight have been presented in previous studies, the researcher points out that there are limitations of the study caused by variables at the pilot's discretion. In this paper, several variables related to takeoff weight are identified to suggest a way to control these limits. Among them, variables that can improve the accuracy of takeoff weight are selected and an estimation equation is presented by applying them to ADS-B information. The proposed estimation does not estimate the average takeoff weight but has the advantage of being able to estimate all ranges of the takeoff weight.

  • Nursing home plays a role in providing elderly care in the context of China's rapid population aging, but little understanding of the efficiency of the nursing homes. In this paper, we investigated the efficiency in nursing homes using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Malmquist index (MPI) for the modeling of the number of nursing home beds, fixed assets, and medical personnel as input variables, and the number of elderly people of self-care, the number of elderly people of partial self-care, the number of bed-ridden elderly people and the income of nursing homes as output variables. Stratification analysis showed that the top two provinces in the DEA-CCR yield were Beijing and Shanghai in the five-year survey period. Four provinces (Beijing, Jiangsu, Shandong, and Shanghai) scored 1.00 in terms of DEA-BCC yield. The MPI analysis showed that Hainan ranked the highest five-year average in the included provinces. In terms of resource utilization, internal management, operation scale, and other aspects, the nursing homes in the provinces with high-efficiency evaluation results show high efficiency and technological progress, whereas the areas with low-efficiency evaluation showed a feature of the improving technical efficiency.

  • Korea's social cooperatives were enacted by law in December 2012. However, it is in the process of being settled and has not been established institutionally. So social cooperatives are failing. The purpose of this study is to reduce these failures. To this end, this study distinguished between co-operatives and social co-operatives. Also, the characteristics and concepts were identified. That is why we want to help our social cooperatives in Korea. The results based on the literature research are as follows. First, in order for domestic social co-operatives to be sustainable, the seven principles of co-operatives must be observed. In particular, the sixth principle is important. It is important to form a social cooperative association and to communicate with local cooperatives. Their communication is less likely to fail because they can share management support information, education, promotion, and strategies. Second, there is a need for a plan that can be applied not only to the government but also to general enterprises in order to support social co-operatives. Third, related policies of the government and the private sector should be designed and managed in an integrated manner to promote social cooperatives. Fourth, public relations should be promoted through campaigns to inform the public that the meaning of social cooperatives is for the public good. In addition, the government needs to build a program that fosters professionals who can foster social co-operatives. In conclusion, it is meaningful that this study suggests possible ways to develop social co-operatives in Korea, and provides support to the Korean government.
