본 연구는 댐 후보지에 대한 우선순위 분석이 결측 정보에 따라 다기준 의사결정 방법 및 결측정보 접근방법에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지를 조사하였다. 전략환경평가(Strategic Environmental Assessment, SEA)는 한국의 댐 건설 장기 계획에서 환경 및 생태학적 영향을 기반으로 한 지속가능한 댐 후보지 선정에 적용되고 있다. 그러나 특정 정보가 결측된 경우 SEA는 댐 후보지를 선정하는 데 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 다기준 의사결정 방법으로 AHP, ELECTRE III, PROMETHEE II, Compromise Programming을 적용하였고, 결측 정보 보완을 위해 이항분포와 균등분포형을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 전국의 댐 선정 후보지에 적용하여 다중 기준 의사 결정기법과 정보 생성 방법에 의존하여 결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 이항분포형을 적용한 결과가 균등분포형을 적용한 결과보다 보다 명백한 우선순위를 보여 주었다. 또한, 다기준 의사결정방법에 따라서는 댐선정 후보지 결과가 달라지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 다기준 의사결정방법 적용시, 결측 정보를 생성하기 위해 이항분포를 사용하면 균등분포 적용시보다 우선순위를 제공하는데 더 효과적이라고 판단된다.

급속한 산업화와 도시화로 인하여 이상기후의 발생빈도가 높아지고 기후가 불안정해져서 예전보다 많은 집중호우가 발생되고 있다. 그리고 최근 홍수의 규모와 발생빈도가 증가하면서 홍수로 인한 인명과 재산상의 손실이 반복되고 있다. 이에 따른 홍수피해의 위험을 줄이기 위한 홍수방지시스템의 구축이 절실히 요구되고 있으며 홍수범람구역의 정확한 추정을 위해서는 홍수범람도 작성이 필요하다. 또한 정보통신산업이 급속도로 발전하면서 인터넷 사용의 증가로 많은 사용자들이 웹(Web)을 통해 다양한 데이터를 공유할 수 있고 정보를 검색할 수 있게 되면서 수자원 분야에도 정보의 공유와 자료의 통합을 위하여 Open GIS(The Open Geodata Interoperability Specification) 개념이 도입되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Web기반으로 홍수범람모의 시스템을 구축하기 위한 기초연구로서 홍수 발생시 침수피해지역을 대상으로 실시간 3차원 홍수범람모의해석이 가능하도록 함으로써 연안지역 피해주민들의 피해를 줄일 수 있도록 하였다. 먼저, 본 연구에서는 이전의 시스템 상에서 정적인 지도로서 표현만 가능하던 것을 시공간적으로 유동성 있는 자료의 분석을 시각화하는 GIS 공간정보기술과 접목시켜 Web상에 동적인 지도형태로 표현함으로써 피해주민들이 쉽게 접할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 정보의 제공이 가능하게 될 것이다. 둘째, Web을 이용함으로써 실시간 홍수재해 정보를 수집하고 분석할 수 있어 인명과 재산의 피해를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문은 홍수범람시스템을 구축하기 위한 기초연구로서 현재는 GIS DB를 구축하는 단계에 있으며, 향후 다양한 유역을 대상으로 홍수범람모의시스템을 구축하여 분석결과를 피해지역주민 및 관련기관 실무자들에게 제공함으로써 시간과 공간에 구애받지 않는 재해관리와 신속한 재해 상황 대처가 가능해 질 것으로 사료된다.는 또 다른 형태의 주제도라고 볼 수 있으며, 이를 구축하기 위해서는 자료변환 및 가공이 필요하다. 즉, 각 상습침수지구에 필요한 지형도는 국립지리원에서 제작된 1:5,000 수치지형도가 있으나 이는 자료가 방대하고 상습침수지구에 필요하지 않은 자료들을 많이 포함하고 있으므로 상습침수지구의 데이터를 인터넷을 통해 서비스하기 위해서는 많은 불필요한 레이어의 삭제, 서비스 속도를 고려한 데이터의 일반화작업, 지도의 축소.확대 등 자료제공 방식에 따른 작업 그리고 가시성을 고려한 심볼 및 색채 디자인 등의 작업이 수반되어야 하며, 이들을 고려한 인터넷용 GIS기본도를 신규 제작한다. 상습침수지구와 관련된 각종 GIS데이타와 각 기관이 보유하고 있는 공공정보 가운데 공간정보와 연계되어야 하는 자료를 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 단계별 구축전략이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 상습침수구역관련 정보를 검색, 처리 및 분석할 수 있는 상습침수 구역 종합정보화 시스템을 구축토록 하였다.N, 항목에서 보 상류가 높게 나타났으나, 철거되지 않은 검전보나 안양대교보에 비해 그 차이가 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다.의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에 있어서 시장수익률을 평균적으로 초과할 수 있는 거래전략은 존재하므로 이러한 전략을 개발 및 활용할 수 있으며, 특히, 한국주식시장에 적합한 거래전략은 반전거래전략이고, 이 전략의 유용성은 투자자가

The study revisits Miles and Snow's strategy typology to investigate the performance relationship with the strategic behavior. Where the most strategy typology researches discern the typology by the respondent's survey such as choosing the best representative behavior for the organization, we developed the strategic typology by the organization's behavior such as marketing strategy, research and development strategy and members' attitudes to the quality. The financial crisis in Korea has reestablished organizational behavior. The study emphasized the changing attitudes of strategy. The results demonstrate that prospector organizations outperform other strategic behavior organizations.

기존의 GIS는 유무선 인터넷의 급속한 확산과 통신기술의 발달로 인해 새로운 모습으로 탈바꿈하고 있으며, GIS 는 무한한 성장가능성을 내포하고 있다. 그러나 현재 GIS 기반 비즈니스는 오프라인 기업의 지원을 위한 비즈니스모델과 지도판매와 지도 ASP 에만 편중되어 있으며, 인터넷의 4개 영역 (4C: Communication, Commerce, Contents, Community)중 Commerce 영역으로 확대되지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 현재의 GIS 산업과 비즈니스모델의 문제점을 파악하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 GIS 기반 비즈니스모델의 성공 요인과, 문헌고찰과 실무 인터뷰를 통하여 GIS 기반 비즈니스모델 분류체계를 도출하였고, 실제 타당성이 있는지 사례연구를 통해서 알아보았다. 사례연구결과, 실질적인 GIS 기반 비즈니스모델 체계를 탐색적인 수준에서 분류하였으며, 향후 실증연구를 위해 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study we developed teaching and learning strategy applying PBL based physical computing programming using reflection journal and feedback, and verified its effectiveness. For the analysis, the survey with 18 sections study contents was performed for 6 weeks by dividing 91 students in 5th grade of elementary school into experimental group and control group respectively. As a result, this study proved that the students who made the structured reflections journals and receiving the feedback at the same time showed the improvement in logical thinking ability in the physical computing based programming learning situation with PBL applied. Based on the results of this study, the sophisticated teaching and learning strategy that can enhance the programming learning effect based on physical computing was developed and its applicability was proved.

Location-Based Service (LBS) is a service provided to the user based on the user's current geographic location. Since LBS provides a higher value-added service, LBS has been applied on various businesses, industries and even on personal lives. Positioning users is the essential technology in building an LBS system. Thanks to GPS (Global Positioning System), Positioning outdoor is successfully used in practice. However, there is not a general solution for indoor positioning yet, even though many strategies for indoor positioning have been introduced. One of the reasons for the lack of successful indoor positioning is that most of the existing indoor positioning strategies require special equipments dedicated for positioning. This paper introduces an indoor positioning strategy that does not require any additional equipments. Integrating our indoor positioning strategy with GPS-based outdoor positioning, we have implemented an indoor-outdoor positioning system. Experimental results of the system is also introduced.

Process-based knowledge management is `have knowledge operation system based in the task process and provide the accumulated knowledge of an organization for its members performing their task through a system in an appropriate format.' If it is embodied in the organization it is expected to significantly enhance the task process and knowledge. Meanwhile, Maier and Remus realized that if the organization`s strategy is added to the existing objective of knowledge management promotion strategy, it is in accord with major objectives of the process management such as BPR or BPM. Based on this, Maier and Remus devised a framework for promotion strategy of process-based knowledge management. As a result of analyzing their framework by applying it to examples of knowledge management promotion of the Ministry of Labor, it was found that process-based knowledge management should be applied in order to solve the problems and reflect improvement suggestions which had been constantly pointed out. Furthermore, the direction to be applied in connection with the improvement suggestions was presented in this study.

본 연구에서는 '02년 제작 배포된 한국하천지도의 활용성을 극대화하고 하천관리업무 지원의 체계성을 확보하기 위하여 기 구축된 한국하천지도 추진현황 및 GIS DB를 분석하여 최신 IT기술 적용방안을 검토하였다. 또한, 최신 기술 동향 분석을 통하여 한국하천지도의 활용성 극대화를 위한 위치기반서비스(LBS; Location Based Service) 기술을 선정하여 시스템 설계 구축하였으며, 실시간 하천관리기술 확보를 위하여 건교부 및 공사에서 추진 중에 있는 정보시스템 현황을 조사 분석하여 한국하천지도의 유무선통합서비스 체계 구축을 위한 추진전략을 제시하였다. 이로써, 하천관련 종합적인 정보제공 기반을 구축함으로써 하천관리 업무시 웹 및 모바일 시스템을 통하여 조사자료 및 관리정보를 실시간 조회 및 활용할 수 있는 체계 구축이 가능하여 하천업무의 효율성 및 대국민 서비스의 질을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Based on revised 2015 curriculum, diversified SW education methods for elementary school students are researched, developed and applied. However, as most of SW education is based on English text, its coding process may be difficult for low graders of elementary school who are not familiar with English and Math. Under this situation, Kodu game lab based 'icon card board' by which coding could be learnt with ease through game and icon was developed and story activity, coding activity and collaboration activity (SCC) strategy based 17th session SW curriculum was applied and verified. As a result of research, in terms of satisfaction of students for SW class, students more than 86% recognized such class positively and a significant effect was obtained from students' interest level and learning model for coding.
