정보기술의 급격한 발전에 따라 21세기의 물류기업은 조직경영에 필수적인 협업화, 유비쿼터스화, 지능화를 특정으로 하는 실시간 물류 역량을 요구하고 있으며, 우편사업의 경우도 예외가 될 수 없다. 본 논문은 우편 정보화 시스템의 실시간 통합성 및 고도화를 실현하기 위한 우편 정보화 전략 계획을 수립한다. 먼저 국내외 우편사업 환경 및 현황을 살펴보고, 핵심현안을 도출한 후 차세대 우편 정보화 목표시스템의 구축방향 및 기본 모형을 제안한다. 본 연구에 제시된 구축방향 및 모형을 토대로 우편 정보화 정책들이 수립되어 지속적으로 추진된다면 우편사업의 생산성 향상과 국제적 경쟁력 제고에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 사례는 외환위기 및 대우 그룹 해체로 인해 존폐의 위기에 처했던 대우증권이 선도업체 위상을 탈환하기까지의 재건 과정에서 실행했던 마케팅 전략 및 영업활동을 분석하고 있다. 이를 통해 경영위기를 효과적으로 극복하고 새롭게 도약하기 위해 활용 가능한 마케팅 및 영업 전략의 일례를 소개하고자 한다. 끝으로 대우증권의 향후 마케팅 과제와 관련된 토의 주제가 제시된다. 국내 증권업계 선두주자였던 대우증권은 1999년 '대우 사태'로 인해 한때 업계 5위까지 추락하고 1조 2,000억원의 적자를 기록하였으며 신용등급은 투자부적격 단계인 CCC+까지 하락하는 등 위기를 맞이하게 되었다. 대우증권이 회생과 재도약을 위해 채택한 마케팅 전략은 '선택과 집중'이었다. 즉, 최대 수익원이자 경쟁력이 있는 사업 분야인 위탁매매(brokerage)에 역량을 우선 집중하여 안정적으로 수익 기반을 다진 뒤 이를 바탕으로 IB(Investment Bank)와 자산 관리(Wealth Management) 등 여타 분야에서의 역량도 점진적으로 강화하는 전략이다. 전략의 실행 방향은 높은 효율성 확보 및 자원의 확충을 통해 시장 지배력과 수익성을 창출하는 것이었다. 전략적 공감대, 오프라인 영업 강화, 현장 및 고객 중시를 위한 기업 자원의 확충 배치를 바탕으로 영업 프로세스, 영업 인프라, 영업 관리, 고객 서비스, 영업 문화의 혁신을 실행한 결과, 대우증권은 증권명가의 옛 명성과 위치를 성공적으로 탈환하게 되었다. 대우증권은 2004년 위탁매매 영업 부문에서 1위 위상을 되찾은 이래 전 사업 분야에서 성장을 지속하였다. 2006년 증권업종 시가총액 1위를 회복하는 등 각종 경영지표는 큰 폭으로 개선되었고, 신용등급은 AA-로 상향 조정되었다. 나아가 자본시장통합법 시대에 걸맞는 선도 글로벌 투자은행으로서 진화한다는 계획을 추진하고 있다.

This study explored the theoretical basis of the teaching competency of university professors in the future society represented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution through literature analysis and the researcher's council. To this end, this study first derived the implications for cultivating of teaching competency of university professors according to the social needs of future social universities. Next, according to the social needs of future social universities, the teaching competency required for university professors was presented. Finally, based on this theoretical argument, the concept of teaching competency of professors in the future society was defined and its sub-elements were presented. As a result of this study, the teaching competency frame of professors in the future society was proposed with 8 capabilities in 3 areas including 2 ability to respond to change, 2 ability to promote innovation, and 4 ability to instruct. Through the theoretical basis proposed in this study, it is hoped that the university professors' teaching competency development plan will be established to prepare for the instability of the uncertain future in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. In addition, it is expected that innovation and change strategies of each university will be established, and class innovation strategies will be established to meet the needs of students.

참여정부 들어 정보통신부와 정보통신연구진흥원은 우리 경제의 성장잠재력을 회복하고 국민소득 2만불을 달성하기 위한 IT산업 육성정책으로 'IT839전략'을 추진하였고, 그 결과 선진국형 R&D 발전모델 제시, IT R&D사업의 연구생산성 미국 공공연구기관 수준으로 제고, 선진국과의 기술격차 1년 이상 단축('03년 2.6년${\rightarrow}$'06년 1.6년), 총 111건의 국제표준특허 기술 확보, 기술개발 결과로 발생한 특허, 논문, 기술료 성과 큰 폭 증가 등의 성과를 얻을 수 있었다. 세계 IT 시장을 보면 선진국의 견제는 강해지고 후발국의 추격은 가속화되고 있으며, IT기반 융합기술연구 및 지재권 확보의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이러한 환경변화를 인지하고 이를 발판으로 도약하기 위해서 "기초 원천"연구를 강화하는 동시에 응용기술에 있어서는 quot;상용화quot;의 수준을 높이는 ${\ulcorner}$Smile IT 전략${\lrcorner}$을 추진할 계획이다. 이 전략의 주요내용은 첫째, IT융합연구 강화 둘째, 기술의 창의성 혁신성을 기반으로 한 미래원천기술 투자비중 확대 셋째, 융합연구와 원천기술 연구를 촉진할 수 있는 R&D 프로세스 개선 넷째, 융합 및 원천연구를 수행할 산 학 연의 연구역량을 강화 하겠다는 것이다.

Patent information analysis has been carried out for technological capability analysis of competitors relating to next generation mobile communication. Various analysis methods, such as applicant analysis, technology classification analysis, indicator analysis and the like have been utilized as a method of analyzing patent information. As a first step for the technological capability analysis of competitors, applicants having high patent activity(PA) were selected, and as a second step therefor, technology classifications showing high technological independence (TI) were selected. Furthermore, portfolios for technology classifications showing high technological independence in the patents of main applicants having high patent activity by matching results the first and second steps together were prepared. Through such a process, portfolios for important technologies which have been concentrically researched by competitors could be analyzed. Accordingly, the present analysis results will help to carry out strategic R&D management, such as the establishment of company R&D plans and patent strategies.

최근 IMF 사태에 따라 에너지 수입에 대한 국민들의 관심이 커지고 있고, 에너지절약을 통한 에너지부문 국제수지 개선이 주요한 과제로 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 SWOT분석에 의하여 에너지정책 환경을 분석하였고, 에너지정책 목표를 달성하기 위한 에너지정책 과제로서 자원외교역량의 강화 등 9개 과제를 제시하였으며, 이에 대응하는 원자력의 특성과 역할을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 경제성 재고, 안전성 향상 등을 포함한 원자력개발방향을 제시하였다.

라파즈한라시멘트는 지속적인 연구개발을 통한 양질의 시멘트 생산을 통해 그간 국가기간산업 발전에 기여해왔다. 그리고 그 중심에는 라파즈한라시멘트 콘크리트 연구소가 있다. 이는 전신인 한라시멘트 기술연구소에서부터 시작해 시멘트 및 콘크리트 기초 연구 및 신제품의 개발에 역량을 집중함으로써 라파즈한라가 지속가능한 발전을 할 수 있도록 혁신의 토대를 제공해왔기 때문이다. 앞으로도 콘크리트 연구소는 기업과 고객이 상호 윈-윈할 수 있는 전략적 사고를 바탕으로 최고의 기술지원 서비스를 제공함으로써 대 고객 서비스 수준을 제고시켜 나갈 계획이다.

국가경쟁력의 원천으로서 사이언스 파크가 구축되고 발전하고 있다. 대덕특구에 이어 대구와 광주, 그리고 세종시에도 사이언스비지니스파크(SBP)가 계획 중에 있다. 이 가운데 지방정부가 계획하여 운영해온 50년 역사의 리서치트라이앵글은 우리나라의 게획에도 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 이같은 과거 경험과 미래 50년을 준비하는 RTP의 경험을 토대로 우리나라가 계획하는 세종, 대구, 광주의 세지역에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 핵심요인으로는 연구역량, 리더십, 창의적 비즈니스 모델, 삶의 질 환경 등을 중심으로 고찰하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the competency model of specialized vocational school teachers as admission officers. Whereas professional admission officers deal with a variety of admission activities in universities, teachers are responsible for admission duties in specialized high schools in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the core competencies required for teachers responsible for admission duties in specialized high school settings. In order to develop a competency model, factor analysis was completed for the survey results of 191 teachers who teach in specialized vocational high schools in Seoul, Korea. For evaluating validity of the competency model, the responses from those who had high experiences in admission duties and the average teachers were compared. As a result, this study identified a total of 14 competencies in three competency areas. The competencies required for specialized high school teachers include responsibilities for admission officers, ethics for evaluators, communication skills, teamwork, understandings of admissions process for specialized vocational high school, developing evaluation criteria, generating interview questions, increasing interrater reliability, interview skills, simultaneous evaluation of interviewees, quantification of evaluation results, synthesis of evaluation results, and decision making skills.

University libraries need the development of a common Internet-based reference request system in order to prevent duplicated investment and provide interoperability among them. This paper proposes a standard of Internet-based reference recluest system that serves reference request-responses and that provides reference source sites on the world wide web. Using this system, university libraries can cooperate other libraries with reference databases and may perform tasks of reference service efficiently.
