It is well known that D.C voltage is generated at the element of MIM structure which is sandwiched between two electrode of Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) ultra-thin films. In this paper, the experiments are processed for the sample which is leaved at the atomosphere since it is fabricated in 1986. we measureed the same voltage as the time of fabricating in LB films.

In this study radio rotatiing field is used in order to form the stable reversed field configuration. The experimental study removing the flux conserving ring not so as to conserve toroidal flux, it was found that there occurred a rapid formation of a stable reversed field configuration, in which toroidal flux was increased shaping reversed field configuration and F-$\Theta$ locus traced close to BFM because it started below F value.

Transmission loss retains a complete set of system state information. If we could exploit its behavior, we could find various useful applications. This study is a such exploitation to find same possibilities of the loss application. It seems to have very prospective possibilities. It has been tried to establish some network indices to indicate operation margin. And further some prospective applications are suggested.

This paper presents a white-LED driver IC for a mobile application. It uses a high efficiency current mode boost converter method for a low voltage application. For a LED drive, it provides a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) and analog dimming function. The device was designed and fabricated using 0.35um BCD process. The evaluated waveforms for an implemented IC show promising results.

본 논문은 앞을 볼 수 없는 시각 장애인의 보행 시 장애물에 대한 안전을 고려한 시스템으로 보행 시 전방에 보행 장애 물체가 나타날 경우 초음파 센서가 장애물의 위치거리를 측정하고 측정된 거리 데이터를 근거리 무선통신을 통해 송.수신하여 이를 최종적으로 사용자인 시각 장애인에게 음성으로 사전 경고함으로써 발생할 수 있는 위험 요소를 대처하는데 기여할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 설계된 시스템은 IT관련 기술을 활용함으로써 휴먼 IT기술을 구현하고자 하였다.

Based on the Kepco's standard supply terms, the customer should pay for installation the regulating device or protective device which are granted by Kepco in case the customer hinder other customer's electricity usage or it may cause the interruption because of harmonics or waveform distortion. It is necessary to consider the phase angle of voltage, current for harmonics so we can set up the measure of harmonic damages.

This paper gives various load profiles of power transformers and motors in apartment housing. The load profile of power transformer shows that it is peaked in winter by heating system, and the maximum value of load profiles in power transformer is ranged 25%∼35%, which shows it is operated on over-capacity. The maximum value of demand factor in water supply system is about 60% and this of wastewater treatment system is about 50%.

This paper is on the edgelit device with external control function and change of light color by dimming control of high flux LED. It the light is projected the transparent body via reflector, the mixture of light is uniform and it is proved by simulation and experimentation. To improve the light efficiency of the device, the research on reflector materials and the distortion of LED input owing to the transistor's characteristics are need.

Sunlight Collector System is a new way to make sunlight available to living things. It transmits sunlight through fiber optics to wherever is needs. It applies the artificial lighting, underground lighting, intelligent building, museum lighting, restoration-room to health etc. Cutting out most of the ultra-violet and intra-red radiation. In this paper, we measured the spectrum analysis of sunlight and Sunlight collector System's light. Also, we found out the distance to get visible light.
