Development of Electrical Construction Cost Index Applied Chain-Weighted Method (연쇄방식 전기공사비지수 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Electrical construction cost index has been applied fixed-weighted method. But fixed-weighted method can't faithfully reflect industrial structure changes. Because the weighted value and price index of fixed-weighted method is fixed on the basic period. Electrical construction cost index is composed of the cost of labor and material. So it fluctuates sharply whenever the construction association of korea announces the laborer's wage of electrical construction. And it depends on only the producer price index changes that is related to electrical construction since then. So a study is focused on developing electrical construction cost index applied chain-weighted method. Because chain-weighted method can reflect the realities of the electrical construction and alleviate the sudden changes of labor cost with link index. We verify that chain-weighted method relieves the step states of electrical construction cost index applied fixed-weighted method.

Development of the Standard Model of a Stated Period Check and Precise Safety Diagnosis in the Research Lab for Prevention to Electrical Accidents (전기사고방지를 위한 연구실험실 정기점검/정밀안전진단 표준모델개발)

  • There is no standard model for a Stated Period Check and a Precise Safety Diagnosis to remove electric fire and shock in the university Lab and institute. Especially, the research for the Stated Period Check and the Precise Safety Diagnosis of the Lab related to electrical field is very weak currently, and it is very necessary to build a detail safety plan. This paper informs the specific standard guideline of the safety check list, method and equipment and it shows the way to evaluate safety grade too. This paper also provides the information of R&D process through the analysis of electrical safety check list of ordinary R&D Lab. It shows a new detail guideline to R&D Lab, and the new guideline removes existing problem and deliver the effective standard model to each R&D Lab. The standard model developed in this research adopts the clear guideline of each check list for the electrical environment of current R&D Lab. This standard model can be applied for every R&D Lab to detect routine safety check and detail safety check immediately. This Research will generally improve not only the effective safety check, but also the safety level for R&D Lab to prevent the electrical accidents.

Electrochemical Characteristics of Pencil Graphite Electrode Through Surface Modification and its Application of Non-enzymatic Glucose Sensor (표면 개질된 샤프심 전극의 전기화학적 특성 고찰 및 비효소적 글루코스 센서 활용)

  • Most medical sensors are disposable products. In order to reduce inspection and diagnosis costs, it is more important to develop the inexpensive electrode materials. We fabricated the CuO NPs/PANI/E-PGE as an electrode material for disposable electrochemical sensors and applied it to a non-enzymatic glucose sensor. For surface activation of PGE, pretreatment was performed using chemical and electrochemical methods, respectively. Electrochemical properties according to the pretreatment method were analyzed through chronoamperometry (CA), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance (EIS). From these analytical results, the electrochemically pretreated PGE (E-PGE) was finally adopted. The non-enzymatic glucose sensor based on CuO NPs/PANI/E-PGE shows sensitivity of 239.18 mA/mM×cm2 (in a linear range of 0.282~2.112 mM) and 36.99 mA/mM×cm2 (3.75423~50 mM), detection limit of 17.6 μM and good selectivity. Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that the modified PGE is a high-performance electrode material. Therefore, these electrodes can be applied to a variety of disposable sensors.

  • Because of the demands for high performance and high integrated system, the needs for optimal platform becomes more importance. Optimal platform can handle more data effectively with same resources. AMBA(Advanced Microprocessor Bus Architecture)$^{TM}$ defines on-chip communication standard for designing high performance embedded micro-controllers. It is consisted of AHB, ASB and APB. It can support fast implementation and reliability in system that is composed with reusable IPs. DMAC is one of master in system and generate master signals of AHB to communicate data from one slave(peripheral or memory) to another slave. It can reduce burden of CPU and increase system performance. We designed DMAC based on AMBA and it supports 13 Channels. Each channel can be controlled by software program. It decides channel's priority using round-robin method. It can support P2P, P2M, M2P and P2P communication.

  • One of the most important methods used in the modern analysis of linear networks and systems is the signal flow graph technique, first introduced by S.J. Mason in 1953. In essence, the signal-flow graph technique is a graphical method of solving a set of simultaneous. It can, therefore, be regarded as an alternative to the substitution method or the conventional matrix method. Since a flow-graph is the pictorial representation of a set of equations, it has an obvious advantage, i.e., it describes the flow of signals from one point of a system to another. Thus it provides cause-and-effect relationship between signals. And it often significantly reduces the work involved, and also yields an easy, systematic manipulation of variables of interest. Mason's formula is very powerful, but it is applicable only when the desired quantity is the transmission gain between the source node and sink node. In this paper, author summarizes the signal-flow graph technique, and stipulates three rules for conversion of an arbitrary nonsource node into a source node. Then heuses the conversion rules to obtain various quantities, i.e., networks gains, functions and parameters, through simple graphical manipulations.

  • To maintain reliable and stable power grid the Power Dispatch Center consists of two sections, primary and backup centers. It is necessary that the Backup Dispatch Center stay away from the primary center in case of emergency like terror and natural disaster. The Backup Dispatch Center operates transmission lines outside of Seoul metropolitan area and could perform main center's role when primary center lose control Without building a duplex Power IT system, it would be doubtful to operate both centers efficiently. This paper deals with primary and backup Power IT systems which run two Dispatch Centers and focuses on expectation effects of its duplex system and transferring the Backup system.

  • LED lighting is sensitive because it made by semiconductor. So it has been researched about radiation of heat technologies for a long time. In addition, measurement and assessment a radiation of heat also conducted. It is necessary to get a date of accuracy temperature on the board after LED driven for measuring Junction temperature of the LED Lighting. For this research, we use 5 chip which is 4 W power on top of LED lighting board made by aluminum. Thermal camera effects to emissivity depending on material and property of the surface in LED board because it determines thermal energy which emitted from material surface. it is not only thermal camera has not a standard about emissivity. It has an error of temperature when emissivity was measured by thermal camera. we confirmed that emissivity and reflected temperature depending on color and quality of the surface throughout experiment.

  • 산업사회에서의 전력공급 계통은 설비고장이 발생할 경우 해당지역에 국한되어 정전이 발생하기 때문에 피해가 확산되거나 사회적인 이슈가 되지는 않았다. 광케이블을 이용한 정보통신사회가 구축되어 금융과 언론을 비롯한 대부분의 생활이 인터넷을 중심으로 진행되고 있고 향후 지식기반 사회로의 진전이 급속히 진전될 것에 대비하여 전력계통 설비와 운영 방법의 고도화가 필요하게 되었다. 전력IT는 현재의 전력설비와 네트워크, IT를 이용하여 더욱 심층적인 연구가 진행되고 있으며 본 논문에서는 전력IT 연구과제 결과물의 활용성을 높이고 기술개발 과정에서의 시행착오를 최소화하기 위해 총 10개 과제를 하나로 운영할 경우를 상정하여 연구에 필요한 기술체계 모형을 개발하였고 이 모형을 토대로 향후 분산형 전원을 포함한 전력계통의 최적운영과 고장예측기법을 이용한 설비관리로 정전을 예방하여 최고품질의 전력을 공급하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 이 논문은 전력IT의 도입배경과 현재까지의 연구 성과분석을 토대로 실 계통 검증 5단계와 기술체계 모형 그리고 통합운영시스템 개념도 제시 순으로 작성하였다.

  • SRM has a characteristic of a robust, simple structure and wide operating ranges. So, recently it has studied and developed in many kinds and forms with the technology of power electronics and analysis and design by use of computer. Also, It is used in a very wide range of industrial applications. In particular, single phase switched reluctance motor has a merit in practical use because it has simple operating drives and control systems, very high energy density per unit volume comparing with three phase SRM. But it must have a starting device. In this paper design procedures of single phase SRM development for blower drives are presented. It is selected the design parameters by compared with design theory of general electric machine and poly phase SRM. Also it is simulated the designed prototype model by FEM for the prediction of characteristics.
