본 연구의 목적은 의류학 관련 전공에 대한 학생들의 전공 만족도에 영향을 주는 결정변인을 조사하는데 있다. 조사대상은 의류학 관련학과를 전공으로 하는 국내 2년제 및 4년제 10개 대학의 재학생으로, 총 690부의 설문자료가 최종 통계분석에 사용되었다. 분석은 Lisrel을 이용하여, 학생들의 전공 만족도의 결정 변인과 구조적 모형을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 학문적 경쟁력과 전공에 대 한 적성 및 흥미가 가장 중요한 전공 만족도의 결정 변인으로 밝혀졌으며, 기타 만족도 변인인 시설 및 장비, 취업, 학생활동 관여도, 사회적 유대감등은 전공 만족도에 직접 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라, 학교 만족도를 통해 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study involves descriptive research designed to understand the level of major satisfaction, the motivation for major selection, and major commitment of undergraduate nursing students, as well as the factors influencing major commitment and the mediating role of major selection motives. Data collection was conducted with 228 people enrolled in nursing colleges located in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province, and proceeded from November 7th to November 16th, 2020. The collected data was analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The analysis found that the level of major satisfaction was high and that the motivation for major selection and the major commitment were strong. Major satisfaction and motivation for major selection were predicted as factors influencing major commitment. Major satisfaction and major commitment were partially mediated by the motive for major selection, and specifically, they were partially mediated by personal motives. These results provide basic information to improve the undergraduate nursing students' major commitment, and suggests the importance of the process in which nursing is selected as a major.

치위생과 학생의 전공만족도는 인식만족이 가장 높았으며, 교과만족이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 전공만족도는 3.51점으로 나타났으며, 성적이 높은 학생일수록, 종합병원 및 대학병원에 취업을 원하는 학생일수록 전공만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01, p<0.05). 치위생과 학생의 전문직관은 치위생의 독자성이 가장 높았으며, 사회적 인식이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 전문직관은 3.48점으로 나타났으며, 성적이 높은 학생일수록 전문직관이 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 전공만족도와 전문직관의 관계는 전공만족도가 높을수록 전문직관이 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 결론적으로 치위생과 학생들의 긍정적인 전문직관의 확립을 위해 전공만족도를 높일 수 있도록 학생들의 학업성취도 향상과 졸업 후 취업에 대한 비젼을 제시할 수 있는 다양한 노력이 필요하다고 사료된다.

The Korean language major is being activated in line with the increasing number of international students who are studying in South Korea. Therefore, the motivation for selecting a university major varies according to the background, environment, and values of each student. Thus, it is meaningful to examine the motivation of international students to select their major and their satisfaction on the major. In this study, 173 international students living in Seoul were surveyed and the data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 23.0 to demonstrate the structural relationship between their motivation for selecting the major and their satisfaction about the major. From analysis result, their motivation for selecting a Korean language major were classified into internal and external motivations, and their major satisfaction was classified into perception satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, subject satisfaction, and general satisfaction. Regarding the motivations to select a Korean language major, the level of external motivation was very high, and among the major satisfaction, the level of general satisfaction was the highest. Furthermore, the external and internal motives had significant positive effects on all the categories of major satisfaction, including the perception satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, subject satisfaction, and general satisfaction. This study suggests effective methods to improve the satisfaction of international students about the Korean language major such as the provision of information about and opportunities for employment using their major and the provision of a high quality.

This research, targeting the college students majoring in health administration science in Kwangju & Chonnam, is aimed at understanding their satisfaction with majors according to general, relationship, consciousness, and subject satisfaction, and looking into the correlation between the satisfaction and further career choices. This research set the 270 prospective graduates its study subjects based on convenience sampling. It was found that the number of students who want to choose their further major-related careers as medical records technician was greatest among the research subjects, of whom 62.4% were satisfied with their major subject while there existed a little difference in major satisfaction by further career. In addition, the students who want to choose the career of medical records filer showed higher satisfaction with their major subject than those who want to choose other-major-related careers. In general characteristics among the influential factors of major satisfaction in major-related career choices of a students of health administration science department, the 2nd year classes' major satisfaction was found to be 4.13 times as high as the 3rd year classes while the major satisfaction of the group choosing their major subject spontaneously was found to be 8.04 times as significantly high as the group choosing their major subject involuntarily. As a result of the analysis of the influence on major satisfaction among the sub-province of major satisfaction, it was found that the group having high consciousness satisfaction was 3.93 times as significantly high as the group having low consciousness satisfaction. A logistic analysis of the influence of major satisfaction on further career choices, the major satisfaction of those wishing to choose their major-related career as a medical records technician was 2.06 times as significantly high as those who didn't choose a medical records filer as their career choice while the major satisfaction of the group spontaneously choosing the career of a medical records technician was 4.51 times as significantly high as that of the group involuntarily choosing the career of a medical records technician. There should be a plan for enhancing major satisfaction by each major-related career in consideration of the characteristics of health administration science department having diverse career choices.

This study attempted to investigate the effect of class satisfaction of the students majoring in the studies of security services on the efficacy of career decision. To do this, I chose 430 security services of the students majoring by the systematic stratified cluster random sampling as the subject of study. All data were analyzed the causal relationship of the collected equation. In order to do a data analysis used descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis of SPSS. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn: First, it was found that there was not a statistically significant(learning factor, interpersonal relation, aptitude factor) difference in their major class satisfaction and career decision efficacy(goal choice, future plan, working information) according to gender. Second, it was found that there was a statistically signifiant difference in such factors as learning, interpersonal relations and aptitude, in relation to the difference in subfactor such as major class satisfaction and career decision efficacy. Third, it was found that the learning, aptitude and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the future plan. Fourth, it was found that he learning and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the resolution of the goal. Fifth, it was found that the aptitude and career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on job information. Sixth, it was found that the career factors of major class satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on the problem-solution. Therefore, we must first give priority to improve the class satisfaction. By doing this, we can raise the efficacy level of career decision.

In this study, we tried to investigate the relationship between the cosmetology major student's major satisfaction and the professionals by analyzing the effect of the cosmetology major student's major satisfaction on the beauty professional hall. Research Results It was found that there is a correlation (p <0.001) between the degree of satisfaction of college students in the hair beauty department and the beauty professionals (p <0.001), and the satisfaction of the department is "specialty" t = 4.625 (p =). .000),'Occupational recognition' t = 3.152 (p = .002), major value is'specialty' t = 2.330 (p = .021),'professional activity' t = 2.438 (p = .015), 'Occupation recognition' t = 4.843 (p = .000), university student activity adaptation is a subordinate factor of the cosmetology profession, "professional activity" t = 2.746 (p = .006), "occupation recognition" t = 4.303 ( Appearing as p = .000), it was found that the degree of satisfaction of college students in the hair beauty department has a significant effect on beauty professionals. For cosmetology college students, major satisfaction not only leads to satisfaction with the university and department, but also to self-satisfaction and cosmetology job confidence, allowing them to adapt to social life with a positive impact, and cosmetologists are hair With the values and attitude toward the beauty profession, you will be able to become a professional officer when you are a university student majoring in cosmetology. Through the research results, the formation of a positive professional hall for college students majoring in hair beauty and the satisfaction of the major will be enhanced, and the self-development of students, as well as professors and educational relations, will be established so that beauty professionals can be established through correct theory and practical education. Education and continued guidance on the professional ethics and values of the person is considered necessary.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the satisfaction of college students majoring in healthcare-related fields with their major and with their clinical practice on their career decision-making level and to investigate the mediating effect of their satisfaction with clinical practice on the relationship between their satisfaction with their major and their career decision-making level. The subjects were 180 college students who had completed clinical practice as part of their healthcare-related majors at C University in A-gun, B-do Province. Their completed questionnaires were collected between March 2 and March 5, 2020; 165 questionnaires were used for the data analysis. Questionnaires with missing or insincere responses were excluded. According to the results of this study, the students showed a mean of 3.99 points in their satisfaction with their major, 3.33 points in their career decision-making level, and 3.71 points in their satisfaction with clinical practice. Statistically significant positive correlations were found between the students' satisfaction with their major, their career decision-making level, and their satisfaction with clinical practice. In addition, their satisfaction with clinical practice produced a partial mediating effect on the relationship between their satisfaction with their major and their career decision-making level, and those with a higher level of satisfaction with their major and with their clinical practice also presented higher career decision-making levels. Therefore, the present study suggests that healthcare-related students' satisfaction with their major and with clinical practice should be enhanced to increase their career decision-making levels.

This study has the purpose to show superiority of Korean food, strategies for competition and infinite possibilities of Korean food to students by making them to recognize accurate and right values for each work world, examining satisfaction level for studying Korean-style food in culinary high schools and how such satisfaction could influence their decision on career. Both literature study and demonstration study were carried out for this study. The literature study includes the research on the significant effect of satisfaction with a major on career decisions among technical high school students. Three hypotheses were established for this research. First hypothesis was that satisfaction with the curriculum of Korean-style food(satisfaction level of their major study and prospects of their major study) among high school students majored in cooking would have significant effects on their sense of insecurity for choice of career. Second hypothesis was that satisfaction with the curriculum of Korean-style food(satisfaction level of their major study and prospects of their major study) among high school students majored in cooking would have significant effects on their mental conflicts for choice of career. Third hypothesis was that satisfaction with the curriculum of Korean-style food(satisfaction level of their major study and prospects of their major study) among high school students majored in cooking would have significant effects on their sense of security for choice of career.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between major selection motives and employment preparation behavior in college students majoring in hair and determine if major satisfaction had any mediating effect on the association between major selection motives and employment preparation behavior. For this purpose, research was conducted in 154 college students majoring in hair in B Region. Such instruments as the major selection motive inventory, the major satisfaction inventory, and the employment preparation behavior inventory were used. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, product moment correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed to determine the mediating effects of major satisfaction on the association between major selection motives and employment preparation behavior in college students majoring in hair and Sobel test was carried out to determine the significance of the mediating effects. This study obtained the following results: First, among the major selection motives, the personal motives were positively correlated with major satisfaction and employment preparation behavior, and major satisfaction was positively correlated with employment preparation behavior in college students majoring in hair. Second, the personal motives and major satisfaction affected employment preparation behavior in college students majoring in hair. Third, major satisfaction exerted partially mediating effects on the association between the personal motives and employment preparation behavior in college students majoring in hair. Major satisfaction partially affected the association between the social motives and employment preparation behavior.
