Biosafety research facilities require to verified about the facility and experimental environment, especially for level-3 and level-4 of biosafety research facilities verification is very important. In this paper, introduce verified procedures and present the methods and the results through a verified case of the biosafety level-3 research facilities.

The objective of this research is to develop an assesment system for BTL Project. A new method for the prediction of construction and maintenance cost in the educational facilities has been considered and under development by the authors. This paper explains the current BTL assesment method used by most local district office of education and lists its potential problems. Main conceptual modules in the new Assesment System are shown in this paper. Also, viable results of each module are discussed in this paper.

When an individual needs to prove eligibility, it is sufficient to know whether or not s/he meets the eligibility, but any existing method inevitably exposes the identity of the owner or unnecessary additional information in the process of providing personal information. In this paper, among the immutable items of personal information such as gender, date of birth, and place of birth, we propose a method in which the owner provides only essential item(s) to the eligibility verifier with each iterm marked on one option among multiple choices. In this way, the eligibility verifier can access the combination of items stored in the blockchain with the consent of the information owner, and can safely store the access history by requesting recording in the blockchain again. In the proposed method, the user does not worry about his/her identity being revealed or his/her personal information being overly exposed, and the eligibility verifier can check only necessary items and search later records without separately storing the records.

The police is huge career civil service organization. In 1999, police organization employed 7,801 persons as a new hiring. The police had revised employment system several times for competent human resources. But, it is true that much improvements need yet for person's employment which equip eligibility. Specially, discussions need for many new hirings by duty police system abrogation. Career civil service system is impossible of dismissal after permanent appointment. It is true that competitive rate of police officer examination much rose. But it's not important about organization development in addition this unconnects with competent resources. Must change police officer employment system for organization's future development. This study proposed policy about improvement way of examination for service step, field training officer and appointment.

This study examines the dynamic hedging performances of the Black-Scholes model and Heston model when stock prices drift with stochastic volatilities. Using Monte Carlo simulations, stock prices consistent with Heston's(1993) stochastic volatility option pricing model are generated. In this circumstance, option traders are assumed to use the Black- Scholes model and Heston model to implement dynamic hedging strategies for the options written. The results of simulation indicate that the hedging performance of a mis-specified Black-Scholes model is almost as good as that of a fully specified Heston model. The implication of these results is that the efficacy of the dynamic hedging performances on evaluating the specifications of alternative option models can be limited.

From the 2006 report of Korea Foundation for the Promotion of Private school(KFPP), Private college account for 97% and private university account for 79% of the all college in country. The report shows that private college invest in educational facilities about 200 million won every year. But the standard of investment analysis which is for the private business of private college is not arranged, private college could not make progress the business. Accordingly the research is suggested "eligibility analysis method theory" that is a basic to make decision. At first in case of Quantitative VFM analysis, we suggest alternative analysis & progress procedure in analysis step. And in case of qualitative VFM analysis, we developed 15 items of analysis which is made with professional interviews.

본 논문에서는 한국어 구문 해석을 위해 동사 중심의 구문 틀 정보를 구축하고, 나아가 결합 빈도가 높은 명사와의 결합 관계를 하나의 네트워크로 구성하는 구문 해석의 방법을 제안한다. 동사 중심의 구문 틀과 명사의 의미 자질은 구문 해결에서 아주 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로, 구문의 비문 여부를 가리는 데 도움을 준다. 그러나 명사의 의미 자질은 경계가 모호하여 구문의 적격성(wellformedness)을 가리기에는 부족한 점이 많다. 따라서 동사와 명사의 결합 관계를 이용하면 구문의 의미적 적격성을 좀 더 명시적으로 가릴 수 있다. 한국어에서 기본 동사이고, 초등학교 교과서에서 사용된 빈도가 아주 높은 동사 '가다'를 가지고 구체적으로 구문 틀 정보와 결합 명사의 의미 자질 및 결합 관계를 정리하였다.

지구온난화 완화를 위한 세계적인 활동에 부응하여 우리 정부는 "저탄소 녹색성장 기본법" 및 동법 시행령을 제정, 공표하고 지구온난화의 주범으로 지목되고 있는 온실가스 배출을 줄이기 위해 "온실가스 에너지 목표관리제"를 도입하였다. 온실가스 에너지 목표관리제는 일정량 이상의 온실가스를 배출하는 사업체가 의무 보고 대상이 된다. 대상 사업장은 온실가스 배출 감축목표에 따른 이행계획을 수립하고 명세서를 매년 제출하여야 한다. 따라서 대상 사업장은 온실가스 에너지 관련 데이터를 관리하고 목표달성을 위해서 온실가스 및 에너지 관련 전문성을 가진 인원이 필요하며 이러한 인원에 대한 적격성은 개별 사업장에서 정의하고 양성하기에는 어려움이 따르기 때문에 온실가스 배출량 정량화 및 평가, 보고 및 내부 검증에 대한 전문가 자격제도의 도입이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 온실가스 에너지 관리자 자격제도를 도입하기 위한 방안을 연구, 온실가스 관리자의 역할 및 적격성, 자격구분 및 검정기준, 검정체계를 제시하고, 향후 도입 단계에 대한 방안을 제시한다.
