  • 500kg급 차세대중형위성은 공공분야 위성 수요에 효과적으로 대응하고, 국내 위성산업 저변 확대 및 산업체 육성을 위한 사업으로 개발되고 있다. 국내 산업체에서 개발되는 표준 위성 플랫폼이 적용될 예정인 차세대중형위성3호는 우주과학/기술검증용 위성으로, 특히 한국형발사체에 의해 2023년 발사된다는 점이 특별하다. 본 발표에서는 차세대 중형위성 3호에 제안한 우주망원경 UVOMPIS (UV-Optical Multiband Polarizing Imager System)에 대한 개념 설계 결과 및 과학 임무에 대한 소개를 통해 국내 학계와 산업계의 협력과 관심을 유도하고자 한다.

  • Shor 알고리즘의 영향으로 RSA 등 기존 잘 알려진 암호 알고리즘들은 양자컴퓨터가 등장하면 안전성에 대한 위험을 받게 된다. NIST에서는 양자컴퓨터 환경으로부터 보안성이 유지되는 암호를 선정하기 위한 양자내성암호 공모전을 개최하였다. 또한, 국내에서도 양자내성암호 분야의 경쟁력 향상과 기술 저변 확대를 위해 양자내성암호 국가공모전(KpqC 공모전)을 개최하였다. 본 논문은 KpqC 공모전 1라운드에 제출된 4개의 코드 기반 양자내성암호 알고리즘에 대한 소개, 퍼포먼스 및 안전성에 관하여 살펴볼 것이다.

  • Recently, there has been an increasing interest of serious games escaping it's negative views on games in general, broadening and widening the area in the scopes of game field. Among these, educational serious games not only satisfy both the purpose of enjoyment and educational values, but also has been looking for new ways of distribution of the digital textbooks and utilizing them to the best of their potentials. This can change the ways we understand things by using the revitalization on the basis of serious game competitions. The purpose of this study was to analyze educational game and game competition and to develop the efficient management strategies.

  • This paper presents an effective policy of information telecommunication R & D infrastructure project. In order to survive the infinite competition in this fields, choice and concentration for national R & D play an important role. Results of this project are influenced potentially to the area of related field in contrast to technology R & D. In this approach, suck investigations as research environments, infrastructure, application of results are evaluated, and also verified that this project is essential to the small and medium enterprise.

  • Recently, IT-based environment is changing rapidly as changing in web services platform, evolution of cloud computing environments and expanding the base of a smart market. Accordingly, monitoring development of environment is changing quickly. So a customizable SaaS-based monitoring tool is required to provide monitoring services. It has to support a variety of environmental monitoring and a resource managers with requested information, and by an enhanced monitoring framework in clouding environment of management system. In this paper, the 3D viewer for the management of sensor node management system was designed and built. Through the 3D viewer by enhancing the accessibility and visibility, the sensor network will allow resources to be used efficiently.

  • Consumers' interest in performance art is increasing with the advent of the 'culture era', and there is a need for marketing strategies for market base expansion and research in order to achieve this. Therefore, the aim of this study was to empirically establish the effect of service quality factors perceived by consumers during musical performances on audiences' relationship quality. Research results showed that the quality of the physical environment and of results, i.e. service quality, affected commitment and satisfaction, and quality of interaction had a significant effect on satisfaction. Moreover, commitment and satisfaction with relationship quality had a significant effect on loyalty. This study confirmed which service quality elements were considered important for audiences' commitment and satisfaction when attending musical performances, and thus suggests opportunities to understand audiences' consumer behavior and better improve their relationship quality.

  • One of the essential factors for successful college mathematics class is to provide a strong motivation for learning to students. In this respect, this paper attempted to find out how the letter-writing assignment can change students' learning attitude and enhance their motivation for further mathematical investigation. The process is to have all students write up letters containing a summary of the major points covered during the semester, and to find out how valuable is the letter-writing assignment. The major finding of this research is that the letter-writing assignment makes a notable contribution to the desirable change of students' learning attitude. From this finding, we suggest that the letter-writing assignment be adopted by more math classes and expect that such expansion of the letter-writing assignment would have a positive influence on the students' learning attitude.
